I enjoy the low prices and the fact that I can pay with my points! However it would be nice to have a fresh dessert department where cakes and pastries were made. Also I don't enjoy my shopping experience when I hear the employees who work around the fresh produce and meat departments swearing when they converse together. Not professional. All in all this is a great place to get groceries from.

I asked the guy at the fruits and veggies if he had cherries in stock he said yes in the back he will go get some so mean while I went around and finished my groceries to give him time. I come back no cherries I see him walk-in out of the store.. Every time we go there the fruits and vegetables section is dirty, food all over the floor as if staff does not notice and clean often enough. The lettuce section is horrible, leaves all smooshed out, a lot of flies. Another example : the aisle where you find boxed juices is messy, staff does not remove empty boxes at all. Meat can be found in many sections following where they are supposed to be, but customers leave the food anywhere and staff does not remove it (example : found ground meat packages in many places). Had to argue for 15 minutes with customer service, for a simple price error, management came during the process and was very impatient/accusatory. We do not recommend this place.

I was most impressed upon my last visit, after a prolonged absence. The store, although busy on the day before Black Friday, was stocked to the rafters with regular as well as the ever important BF sale items. Some of the neighboring Maxi & Cie outlets were not as well provisioned, especially with the electronic items that were heavily discounted. My sole interaction with staff was courteous and efficient, not always the case in some branches. I was also through the self service checkout without having to wait in line, always a positive. It was well worth the extra drive to do my BF shopping.

A mon avis, non seulement , cet agissement est malhonnête avec leur tentative de camoufler leur faute, en plus ils n'ont meme pas pris la peine d'assumer leur responsabilité et appliquer la politique d'exactitude de prix qu' ils l'affichent en gros dans leur magasin. je suis parti du magasin frustré et en colère. j'ai même retourné les achats de plus de 100$ que j'a effectués. j'ai senti que le client chez maxi n'a aucune valeur. si c’était Walmart, on m'aurait donné la boîte gratuitement. À bon entendeur, Salut.

I went to return my beer bottles around 7 PM on a busy Friday night. No problem, everything was as expected. Staff was wearing the mask and most customers I ran across also wore it. Nobody was distancing themselves but this is something we see everywhere.

Le pire c'est qu'on m'avais averti mais il fallut que j'achète pour voir vraiment que ce type de commercialisation existe! J'ai même fait une vidéo tellement j'étais choqué. En tout cas plus jamais encore je n'acheterais de la viande à un Maxi.

Was walking around and came through this grocery store, thought of visiting and came out with a invoice of $260. Huge store with so many options. You name it and you tend to get everything there. Right from varieties of Beer to frozen stuffs, vegetables , bakery , deli stuffs everything.
