The best ice cream in London! Their pre-formed hamburgers, (frozen or fresh) party cheese balls and pita wedges are what I go out of my way to get and I don't just buy them for when we have company.

Wish I was wealthier. Tremendous choice but you pay for it. Fresh and lovely produce. I bring the amount of money I can afford and buy a taste of whatever I choose. I dream of being wealthy enough to use this place as my regular grocery store.

The food looks great, and the local flavour is a real plus. It's definitely a place that caters to those who have the privilege of paying higher prices for lake Erie perch and local greenhouse grown Spinach, but it's a nice experience with very few lines for those looking for a quieter place to shop.

I go to this local market to pick up some sandwich hams for my kids' lunch boxes. I was lucky to get their in-store made roast beef and oven-cooked turkey, which do not contain nitrate and preservatives. Also told that their meat comes locally. I believe their products are relatively healthy compared to other lines of products.

Amazing grocery store. Has mostly basics (fruit, veggies, deli/meats, bakery) but also some unique things thrown in. Just about everything is put together by hand too. Atmosphere is nice, kind of dark though, conveys a modern feel. Samples were available throughout the store from baskets hung from rafters. Prices were a little higher than Id hope (3.99 for one extra large avocado), but in terms of quality food, Id definitely go again. Personally picked up some quacamole mix, frozen fish burgers and local Booch.

The store has perhaps the best looking produce I've ever seen. There is a wide variety of food and the cheese selection and pre-made salsa, guacamole, and other dips are excellent. They also have an inhouse butcher that is very accommodating and sells high quality meat. My favorite thing about this store however is actually the fresh squeezed juice - you can't beat it.

I am so impressed. The staff were amazing. I asked a young man about a gluten free product and he went above and beyond what he needed to tell me but wanted to ensure I understood which I really appreciated. The lady who rang us out overheard me tell one if my sons about a nut allergy his brother had and therefore anything g with a nut he had to carefully eat away from his brother and she wrapped the nut product in a separate bag away from everything else even though it was already in a sealed package. I was very impressed with the service we received this evening. And as always the food looked great and the store was very visually appealing and clean

Great quality food, and always fresh. The only place I buy my meat and produce. It can be pricey, but you get what you pay for. Buy one get one free, I usually stock up on meat. I never have to toss any produce out, so no waste. Other grocery stores may be cheaper, but I always throw out half my produce.

I walked into this place and my jaw dropped. I have never been into a grocery store that was this unreal. The stacks of peppers were magically organized in perfect pyramids, the apples were in neat little rows and had spotlights on them. The avocados were the size of a newborns head. Its unreal. The place was sparking. Gleaming. The meats were organized in a way that made your mouth water. I was so blown away. All of this being said, this place is insanely expensive, however if I had the income to shop at this place every day, I would. 100%.

SUNRIPE is a premium supermarket that is a little smaller and focuses on fresh produce. Due to the area, the aisles are smaller. They do have a small cooked food section that is mostly focused on western cuisine. The fruits and vegetables are very fresh albeit pricey. Customer service is great! Overall a good place to get quality produce.

Produce is typically priced higher than grocery stores but the quality makes up for it. Grocery store avocados are hard and need to ripen for days, sunripe avocados are ready to use I'd avoid the prepacked candy and other treats near the cash registers as they're marked up exceptionally high for what it is

Why is there animal saliva in the bread? I have a love/hate relationship with Sunripe. As far as freshness and store cleanliness go, they’re A+… But for the life of me, I can’t figure out why they use so many terrible animal byproducts in their bakery items. No one else sees the need to add animal saliva and/or pancreatic enzymes to bagels and pastries, so I find that I have to go elsewhere for my baked goods even though Sunripe has the most perfect-looking products. I mean, come on. SALIVA? Really? It’s so unnecessary! I wouldn’t mind the higher-end prices if I knew I was getting quality products, as I do when I shop at Whole Foods—but I can’t justify all the horrible filler. If you don’t mind it, then they’re absolutely a five star establishment! The staff is friendly and the store itself is beautiful, so I can’t fault them on anything else. Great selection of things to grab and go and an ideal one-stop shop for a few necessities. But I can’t escape the feeling that they WOULD be a perfect place to shop if I knew they weren’t using such terrible additives which serve no purpose in the recipe for those bakery items. I look forward to the day when they do away with that garbage. Otherwise… wonderful place.

It's not nearly as big as the big name grocery stores, but the selection is still quite impressive. They boast the freshness of all their products, and although I've had issues with that before, for the most part it's good. However, that freshness doesn't come cheap as a lot of the products are more expensive than what other grocery stores might sell them for.

Beautiful store but customer service is awful. The cashier never said a word to me nor told me the total. I ended up looking at my reciept when i got home and changed my mind on an item because it rang up significantly higher than i expected and the store was refusing to return or exchange. When talking to the manager he wasnt putting customer satisfaction first and gave store credit after I had to fight which shouldnt have ever been a thing. Every store ive been too before allows returns even those similar to sunripe. I wont be shopping here anymore unfortunately.

Went to this location on Friday May 14 2021 with my mom and she bought “fresh” turkey burgers ate them Saturday night and was in the hospital Sunday morning with salmonella poisoning. Be careful shopping at this store and make sure to take a picture of the package as they are NOT doing anything about this as she threw it out. She’s been in the hospital on oxygen now 3 day.

SUNRIPE is a great fresh market with many fresh fruits and vegetables. They appear to take pride in having unique accidental handmade items for their customers. I had accidentally purchased an item that was expired that day. Upon noticing, they offered to switch the item, and ultimately returned it when there was no alternative. The return policy sits on a value of guaranteed freshness in that had I not picked up an item that was nearly expired, I would not have returned the item because I had already left the store. I would have given full stars if it had not been for the manner of which this value had been delivered. Regardless, it is good to know that their products hinge on such a solid value.

SUNRIPE is not inexpensive however you are paying for quality produce and products and it's worth every penny.

went there Sept 6 musta been a bad day to go. Bought a basket of peaches but they were old and dry tasting. Tried their mashed potato Gnocchi it had as much flavour as wallpaper glue. Tried the banana cream pie it was mushy with little slices of banana inside that were like rubber. And we're not talking dollar store prices here for what was basically inedible. I don't know but with the food so underwhelming and stale could this SunRipe be on the virge of closing?

I order fruit baskets from Sun Ripe each year and receive so many thanks on how beautiful they are from the recipients. When I am in London I always shop for fresh produce and have never been disappointed. This store offers so much and always leaves me with a great sense of satisfaction after shopping there. My only wish is that they consider opening a location in Windsor. One more thing, their Apple pie is incredible.

Nice store. Very similar to Remark but with out the speciality items. This store is based on fresh fruit and produce. Very well laid out. The prices are higher than most stores...but believe it or not the same price or cheaper than other stores. Over all more expensive though. Has some gluten free bread but not much. Could expand on that front. Great spot for fresh food or a quick in and out.

I use to love the one on Fanta on Highpark in London. I have been finding mouldy fruit and the employees don’t seem to care as I find it every time I go. Prices are high and I will not spend the extra anymore to just have to throw out half of my strawberries and raspberries in less than a week.

Stopped in for lunch. We have bought our lunch here previously and it was quite good. Not so this time. The sandwich was tasteless and the chicken penne alfredo was dry, not near enough sauce. It was disappointing. Also they do not offer you a place to sit and eat. The spaces to sit were still there but told we could not use them. Will not be going back..

I'm extremely disappointed. I picked up a regular salad made with iceburge lettuce. Looking at the closed container you would assume it had mixed veggies throughout. But once opened it only had 3 small HALF slices of cucumber, 3 small slices of pepper & maybe a teaspoon of shredded carrot. Not happy about paying $8 for a container of iceberg lettuce.

I came here today to grab something quick and healthy to eat and was I ever impressed on how this store is set up. It's so beautiful inside, home made juices, fresh baked bread, fresh made sushi, take out dinners and a station for trying out freshly squeezed juices before you buy. Everything is like Art, bakery, fruit, and fresh local Vegetables is s plus too! They even have a sitting area for kids to sit and colour while you shop, talk about great customer service! I gave this a 4 star only because it is very exspensive. But if we say it out for the great service, good quality and everything is fresh made in the store this is what we pay for.

And the place is expensive as heck! Sometimes worth it for the convenience factor, but I wouldn't do my weekly shopping there. If you're going to spend that much, and have the time, there are other options.
