Not a very busy store, but has all the things you'd need from Freshco. Unfortunately some of their younger employees are less than respectful to customers, when asked a question. One guy was very helpful when asked a price of a product, which was on the shelf with no pricing,and another packer guy was rude when asked where something was, so it depends on the individual.

I love Freshco for everyday staples. The prices are good, good variety of products. I find Freshco keeps a reasonable amount of stock in a way I find impressively minimalist. Prices on name brand items are the most consistently resonable & I find the Our Compliments brand they carry, most comparable & sometimes better than the pricier name brand. This location has limited produce & is a bit smaller than the other location. It doesnt stock as much but the shelves are full & tidy & so is the entire store over all.

Very busy store always a line-up. Staff chearful, prices are somewhat better than other stores for my needs. They do have a gluten free section. Best if you go n the morning or evening otherwise you are standing in a hot sunny lineup.

For the most part it's a decent and clean store. My second choice for grocery shopping is freschco and I usually am there at least once a week. However just something that irks me a bit and to be fair it's not just this store but seems to be all grocery stores. Why do they have to rip us off on produce? Today for example I bought some apples. I bought the ones that were "on sale" and $1 something a kg...I end up paying almost $3 a kg. Why? Because it seems they just charge you for the most expensive apple they have no matter what apples you buy. I don't have a lot of money do to a disability so every cent counts. I just wish the stores would not do this and would be fair.

This location is not as clean as other fresh goes in London. A generally have the items on sale but at times can be difficult to find. Check out can be confusing with only the express lane open at times yet signage telling you if you have more than 10 items to line up near the side of the store

Clean, great prices, usually pretty quick through the cash registers. Great place to shop. I'd rate it five stars if the setup was more like nofrills where food is easier to locate than internationally setup. Makes it very hard to guess where items are and makes u feel a bit racist cuz u think spaghetti sauce has to be in the Italian section or taco stuff is in the Mexican aisle lol and it actually is. So four stars.

Good store. Great prices. Relatively clean. Convenient location, relative to where I live (Old East Village area). It will be even more convenient when they finally get Egerton St. reopened! Only one beef - found the shelf labeling a little confusing. Bought an giant pack of t.p. for $17, thinking I had bought the $7 pack that was on special (located on the shelf above.) Not the end of the world for me, but some customers may not be as happy or understanding about that.

Great place to get groceries this one is closer to my home. The FreshCo I tend to shop more frequent at is Wellington and commissioners and its mostly because they are opened 24hrs. Both places have been awesome I've actually switched grocery stores. FreshCo is the only one that I've gotten everything we needed, never had a bad experience at any of their stores....( knock on wood) and Always a happy customer

They did not have Easy On Speed Starch aerosol spray cans and in fact the worker didn't know what I was talking about. An older women did though and I started to think it is no longer available anywhere. I tried Walmart and they did not have any either and knowone there knew how to find it either. Terrible product knowledge, training etc.

This chain of supermarket has above average fruits and vegetables selection without the above average price. Sales items are usually priced very well. This parking lot is big and always empty on the further side because the other stores at this plaza is not popular. One of the must stop for me when I'm in London shopping for groceries.

I had a very bad experience with the manager and the assistant manager of this store. Before the pandemic changed the hours of operation, I had to buy milk for my two young children and arrived 11:50pm after leaving work together with my husband. We was barred from entering and we explain that the market was still open. He was extremely rude and I started filming him for evidence in case we were attacked or assaulted us. He got angry and when I went there after about 3 weeks, I was already returning to my car after shopping when he followed me to my car and approached me, again very rude way, informing that my husband and I were banned from returning to that store. We called the manager and explained the previous reason for the disagreement and explained that we have small children and that this was the supermarket closest to our residence and that we bought there for many years but they showed no empathy, embarrassed us again among other employees, insisting on showing us all so that we never enter again and said that about having children: I DO NOT CARE, THIS IS MY STORE AND GO OUT! We left with the feeling of being criminals just because the other time we wanted to assert our right to enter the supermarket before opening hours. I don't recommend this place for such stupid and rude owners.

A nice clean new store, with good selections. Went in at store open, disappointed to pass 3 different staff and no one greeted me. As I passed a fellow shopper I threw him a Good morning. One lady in deli even passed me 4 times and not even a hello. I've been outta of the grocery industry for sometime, but good customer service shouldn't have declined like this.

I like shopping Freshco in general, even though I usually go to other location, I was by this one and wanted to get some flowers. Fresh cut flowers. They had beautiful flowers so I picked two bouquets and head home. Once i open the bouquets the flowers inside were all putrid and rotten. You could not see that when you buy it because its all tide up and only see when you open. I was extremely disappointed and could not go 30 minutes back to the store as I live on the other side. Needless to say I will not pick up, least flowers from this location ever.

This FreshCo is very close to home. I go there frequently. The store has good produce,and I always get what I came for. The prices are reasonable especially when they have things on sale. I love this location! The staff are friendly and the manager is so friendly and approachable, especially if you have questions about availability for products they have or did carry but can't find. Only giving 4 stars because I feel like this location gets screwed over when it comes to their chicken, too many times I've gone here and their chicken looks like it's about to expire. I don't blame the store but the supplier. Friendly staff, especially the man with the Scottish accent.

Freshco has become my definite go to grocery store. I find the prices comparable to the other like stores and they always are quite well stocked. I love that they price match as well. In today's world who doesn't want to save a little but still get great quality and service. And I really like that the store on Trafalgar is open till midnight now, fits my needs better. It's conveniently located close enough to where I live that I don't really bother with the "other store" which is about the same distance but in the other direction but stopped price matching.

I was in the store on Nov 13@ 936 pm in check out 4. 2 gentlemen in front of me. Another cashier comes up starts taking to lady behind me, opens her till #5 and serves her. Horrible customer service! Then cashier in check out 4 is serving gentleman in front of me, he thanks her at the end. she is totally oblivious to what he said because she is talking to cashier in check out 5. This was the worst customer service . I come into this store a lot and have never seen anything like this before. You may wanna teach the 2 female workers some customer skills

Great grocery store, Fresh Co have fair prices and always well stocked. Great for a quick stop or to load up. Not a huge store so selection is somewhat smaller, but they have all the basics and essentials.

Very dissapointed in how many times this store has changed hands. They have removed alot of items that people in the neighbourhood were used to and replaced with items that are not geared to the people that shop here. They never have meat out and I have to pick over the very few items in the meat wrack for enough to feed a family of five for a week. Its very frusterating. They have stopped selling portuguese sausauge.

Freshco is finally starting to compete price wise with other grocers in london. They have a good selection but I find the store somewhat Disorganized. Eg. Products that would naturally go together are not together. I know this is marketing but personally I'm less likely to attend a store regularly if I haveto run all over looking for products.

I've had issues with them closing early and twice in one week I bought something that leaked all over my fridge and floor, first was a bag of milk which I placed in the fridge and it must have had a small hole because one of the bags had completely emptied on my floor and in the fridge, took a good while to clean that up, a couple days later it was minutemaid orange juice which a factory error caused the seal on-top to be lopsided, which again leaked, had to be sideways in my fridge but unopened, but still went everywhere. This time I told them and checked the others to find all of them were leaking which proved I wasn't lying lol, Even though I refused a refund anyways, but was surprised the following day that they never took them Down! Kept selling them. I was embarrassed another time for paying with three dollars in quarters, I swear to god that's it, something I don't normally do, because I didn't want to use debit for such a low amount. No Nickles no dimes, I just forgot coffee cream, but the guy was EXTREMELY rude and almost refused, his reason was he didn't want to count it he said and it was close to closing cause they like to close early and be out the door right at 8 or 10, never seen a grocery store do that either. That was unbelievable to me, very embarrassing. Shame, I just moved to the area but dissapointed with service there. Prices are great though lol.

Its cheap, but the produce is usually rotten and watch out for the yogurt police- she's always lurking and she'll yell at you if you try to dig around the refrigerated section and get the yogurt from the back that's not expired. I think she works there...

Disappointed!! Literally just got a package of chicken breasts, took them out to individually package them and they smelt like rotten eggs or sulfur, disgusted. Didn't eat them but would've gotten food poisoning if I did. Waste of $10.

Terrible groceries my son has gotten sick several times eat the food you guys sell such as bear paws and nutrigrain bars, I've had to throw out almost full boxes of food and snack due to it be un edible and causing my 2 year old son to get sick. Nothing was past its expiration date but still makes him sick, this place is disgusting and I'm no longer shopping there

Good store. Provided a good shopping experience. Store was pretty clean, very neat and tidy. Herbs, fruits and vegetables were absolutely fresh. All items had prices properly mentioned / labelled on shelves. Staff was Polite, well-mannered and helpful. A few items at this store were missing which are available at the other FreshCo at PineValley-WonderlandRd, viz: CorrianderPowder, Kasoori-Methi, Deep Papad, Frozen Methi, frozen Suran & frozen Lotus Root (Surti brand), People of East Indian community, regularly need these. Besides this, everything else was fantastic.

On more than one occasion, I have been approached in the parking lot for money. On the other hand,a young man,in a wheelchair helped me put my groceries in the back of my pickup. All he wanted was to change his toonie for quarters for the shopping cart. Amazing!!

My go-to grocery store. Nice produce, decent selection of everything else, and their $2 days have terrific deals. If you shop carefully, your sales receipt can show you that you saved more than what your total cost was. Now that's a true sale unlike some other grocery stores.

Great selection of items that I don’t have to specifically pick because all the Freshcos have same items (mostly). The only difference is that this one has- -Greater options for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables - Clean and broad isles to walk the cart - Very supportive members of the crew - Great selection of Asian/Indian food items - Of course price match feature - Lots of parking - Big Dollarama besides Overall, this Freshco specifically is more attractive and better worth your time and money than the one on Adelaide. Happy shopping everyone!
