I've wasted so much money at this store. Between the garlic that was apparently frozen in transport, and was rancid when I cut it open, to the multiple heads of lettuce that are rotting from the inside (while the outside remained completely picture perfect), I've been let down time and time again by their quality. Won't be shopping here from now on.

Freshco is a great place to get groceries. The selection of groceries ranges from expensive to inexpensive depending on your budget. I was in this location tonight around 6pm, one of the staff was loading margarine into the dairy case with his mask under his chin. Very unprofessional and does not make the store look very good.

They still need to attend to their produce. Everytime I visit, they have rotten produce out on display. The chaos of lineups now with COVID, sure didn't help poor Freshco. Awesome deals though! The 4 stars are for your selection and prices.

Great prices but the fact that the Cashiers refuse to bag your groceries, even if both lanes are full and you only have 6 items, and if she bagged them while you where paying with your debit card instead of standing there staring at her nails you would be ready to go, but NO. Now she can't start ringing in the next customers groceries till you bag yours!! What is that about???

When I lived in London, this was my go to grocery store. Staff is friendly, willing to help. Never seen a store owner working around the store except for Chris More. Store is clean and well organized for shopping needs.

Edit: Be careful as a lot of the yogurts/milk were about 3 weeks expired, including children's yogurt tubes! Read expiry dates carefully (Dec 2016 visit). (previous 4 star review) Some foods well priced, and some veggies are overpriced despite selling themselves as fresher food for cheaper. Good for local convenience but don't think it's cheaper than other chains such as food basics etc.

FreshCo has really gone down hill. I used to go in there for their fresh vegetables and clean clear aisles. Today I found their vegetables were much lower grade, some of which I refused to buy they were so bad. The store now seems to be positioning themselves as a 'warehouse' type style.. with signage etc. Just no where near as appealing as it used to be. Such a shame.

My friend was injured and the staff offered neither an apology nor acknowledgement of the act which was completely their fault. They were rude. To add insult to injury so to speak the other people there shopping were rude and completely ignorant. It was awful. I guess you get what you pay for. Wont shop there again.

This is a place you can find a bunch of fresh vegetables, fruits and food. Also, you can buy cleaning items and small blankets, I love them!

Navigating this store is difficult, and maybe it's because the people here have no flow and stop in the middle of every lane while going every opposite direction. This store needs arrows for others to follow and it would not be so congested on busy days ;) Their sales are great, the store is clean. I keep seeking things that are not sold there and they have no quality alternatives when this happens.

I love the store and the products but the cashiers are not so professional...I was there on st Patrick's day and the cashier was talking about marijuana to another customer...we all felt uncomfortable. I wish you had more room at the end of your lanes for packing up the groceries and more room for others to pass by. I don't shop there very often because of the lack of space

What used to me my go-to store is now impossibly lined up. Only 1 cashier on express means that I'm usually shopping for 10 minutes and waiting for 20+. Unacceptable for having a handful of items.

I like this store, friendly staff, but wait times have been too long since covid. Maybe I'm going in at the wrong times, but lately I'm waiting longer to check out which is annoying especially if I've only got a few items.

Good selection and prices despite its smaller size. Aisles can feel a little cramped. And they often carry questionable stock, like overpriced DVDs and half dead plants. Not a fan of the Owner, has been dismissive of issues, pushes blame on landlord, and has given rain check reciepts rather than checking the back for extra stock

I love freshco! Cheaper prices...good choices and the most important advantage over all other stores is that it opens until midnight! My favorite time for shopping is at 11 PM! The store is empty and quite. I can enjoy my shopping.

Frequent this particular FreshCo store nearly every day. I wouldn't say I've ever been overly been impressed by the cashiers, but today was terrible. My boyfriend and I were in line behind one other person, without even realizing it the cashier had rung through our two items. Aggressively and with an irritated tone barks at us 'do you want a bag?' we replied with no thank you, again barking at us the total '$5.49' we quickly paid with tap, and she shoved the receipt at us... Are cashiers forgetting their job is customer service? No eye contact, no hi/hello.. nothing. Exactly why people are being replaced with machines. You should hold your staff to higher standards!

This is a fairly standard FreshCo you'd expect anywhere. The parking lot is large, and when you walk in, you get a sense that this is a fairly clean, and well maintained grocery store. The lines move relatively quickly, and the staff (at least the one I encountered at the cash register) was nice and professional. It's at a good location too, so I don't see anything wrong with this place.

Can be relied on for Fresh food. Even have a DVD section I enjoy perusing. Haven't found too too many I need I think one 4-pack combo so far. Have meals for me. Have variety of options even an excellent health care aisle with basic pharmacy style options. Super useful store. Will go back.

Every thing is awesome there. Organized and clean. Friendly cashiers and helpful staff except for the so-called MANAGER named ANDREW. He is so rude, unwelcoming, very strange (probably has issues), talks very bluntly with customers, disrespectful. I have a video of what happened last night and my daughter was with me, and then my husband. I left the cart where it was and drove all the way to Wellington location and bought my groceries. I hope they are better selective when they give the 'manager' position to someone (like if you want to complain about something and it turns out he's the same person! What the heck??). And again I say, I love that place and won't stop going there because of that unprofessional human. HE SHOULD BE AWARE THAT THERE ARE LOTS OF PEOPLE OUT THERE LOOKING FOR JOBS.

Well , I am liking this store a lot . The produce dept is amazing. They have things I have not seen before so I find myself buying something new each week just to try it . The store is super clean , and well stocked,I LOVE their prices , this is me new grocery store and I buy a lot of groceries. I also love that they are open from 7am to midnight. You really should shop here

I have been going to freshco for my local grocery store shopping for years and today I bought over 100 dollars worth of groceries. They gave me 5 bags which I paid for and then I needed an extra 2 bags. They told me to pay 10 cents. I said I didn’t have any cash and they made me pay with my debit for an extra 2 bags to pack up my groceries. I’ve never seen such a cheapskate store in my life. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

The parking lot is large and the staff is friendly. The prices are decent and the variety is ok. The store could be more organized and clean. Other than that, i would recommend this place.

1/4 of the time there's no baskets when you walk in, they are all at the cash. Always check the dates on any meat products on sale. In several cases I have noticed they were 2-4 weeks expired. They are pretty good at keeping the shelves stocked. Prices are fair.

Many items don't have their prices listed on the shelves. You have to keep calling for help to ask for price of each item. That's Terrible.

Prices aren't too bad here, however, if you're going to include the word "Fresh" in your name, perhaps the produce should be just that. A lot of the times, certain things are far from fresh ie. tomatoes, berries, corn on the cob. They have good deals on cheeses, and frozen foods, however you really have to watch the expiry dates on anything dairy. Have also purchased chicken here that turned out to have gone bad once opened at home - nowhere near the expiration date. Cashiers are generally friendly, but some won't even make eye contact..

Good prices but the fruits and vegetables leave a lot to be desired. Perhaps that’s because the creepy ponytailed mini man working there is doing unimaginable things with the products. Maybe if he focused on his job rather than creeping out every 16 year old girl the area would look better. Is your company in the habit of hiring predators?
