I just tried this store out for the very first time tonight. I needed some orange peppers, an onion and oranges (don’t worry the peppers and onions were for supper, the oranges for lunch :) ). I didn’t feel like driving g the extra distance nor waiting in line for the big grocery stores so I stepped in to see what was there. I was pleased to find they had all the produce I needed as well as a few other surprises! The produce that I checked out was great, no bad ones in the bunch and they are also competitively priced. I was impressed to see that they carry a little bit of everything. I saw they have a decent meat counter too though I didn’t buy any this time. I’ll pop back in another time and give them a try. The staff were very friendly and aside from the freezer section that was being stocked at that Moment, the store was bright and clean!

At Berries I have seen the worst customer service , worst pricing compared to many other local middle eastern places ridiculously overpriced. A set of tea cups are 24$ while elsewhere they are sold for 12$. A Mabkhara was put for 19$ and above up to 40$ just for a small low quality Mabkhara ridiculous and pathetic! They are using Arabs who are in London that don’t commute to Mississauga to compare or shop there alternatively. If you want to put these kind of prices at least have some decent material

Arrived there at 1230pm, very busy, there was a small truck in front and was unloading fruits and vegetables thru the front door. Is there no back loading area to to this? Bakery smelt good. Please put signs for prices for your baked goods/pitas etc. I would have bought more bakery if I knew the price. They just start cooking on the grill when I got in. 1 cashier on and was friendly. Only takes Debit and Cash. It's just starting up. Keep it clean, fresh and organized and I'll be back.

Here is one of the best places in London for everyone to find mid-eastern stuff. It is a well known supermarket -usually full of customers- which I refer to buy persian food ingredients and products. With a smart and kind manager and well trained staff and also vast variety in food and some other accessories, I should say there is one of trustable place for preparing meats, breads, dairy products etc.

So we were very happy to see Berries open up shop in London, and visited for the first time today. Overall it was an excellent experience and we found most of the products you'd find at the Adonis stores. Wow! I am so impressed with this store. The staff (and owner) are some of the nicest and friendliest people in the business. I don't even live in London but I will make repeat trips back here! They carry a large selection of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food products, as well as a lot of products found in chain grocery stores. The service really takes this store to the next level - I must say I've never had such a pleasant experience grocery shopping! The bakery is top notch and the freshly prepared food selection is excellent - if you are unsure, ask the staff! Great job!

I was quite disappointed in the quality of the produce and wouldn't go there again for this. Their desserts, such as baklava, were amazing though. Just be careful as the baklava is sold by weight and the prices aren't marked on the containers, so don't be afraid to ask before you buy.

Only thing I noticed is the pull out carts made available for use at the door entrance seem not wiped or disinfected after each use by customer. One cart I recently used kinda looked a bit soiled so I had to cover the bottom with plastic before I put my groceries there.

Very clean and a lot of variety, and the items on sale are very cheap & good quality. They are also very honest. I have asked for delivery to my home twice, and once they forgot to deliver the dairy products along with many other items and mistakenly charged me for those undelivered items. They have apologized and brought the missing items along with a nice Iraqi bread (as a gift) the next day. I will definitely continue buying from them.

I don't feel safe there. We are still in COVID-19 even some people got vaccine that does not mean we will not get the virus. For those who are looking for authentic Middle Eastern produce, Berries should have it. Their cheese bread is a personal favorite of mine and I would recommend this for a quick bite to eat.

The worst place for halal meat and shawarma. I do not think the meat is even halal. It is too old and bad smell. If you buy the minced meat then the bad and smelly one underneath and put a little bit of fresh on the top. The shawarma is all the left over from the last day and damaged old vegetables. Please avoid it.

Love this store, however I would like to point few things out, Employees should not be talking Politics with Customers, two days ago an employee and another customer were talking about the middle easter governments politics and it sounded really rough and loud, this is not good for the business, your customers are from all backgrounds and there is no need for such a subject in the store. Also, many people go behind the butcher counter without washing there hands or having their hair covered, this is not good for your business. Many of your employees dont wear uniforms and this makes it really hard to know who works there and who doesnt! Other than these 3 points, we appreciate having a store like Berries in London! All the best.

The kitchen was the worst and awful treatment i ever had I just ask to barbecue the lamp chop i bout from the butcher And it is only 0.2 pound extra than 1/2 kg And he ask either to remove the extra or to pay 60 dollar as whole kg He even did not offer to calculate the cost according to actual weight I never ever meat such behavior

I went to berries market and I ordered 2 whole chicken with rice and they gave no rice so when I told them the owner gave me 2 free rice plates with discount coupons for my next visit he also gave my younger brother a free ice cream cone.the staff have the highest respect and are very friendly. Berries is my favorite supermarket in all london.

Great prices (with a few specific exceptions) and very friendly service! The store can get quite busy and it can be a little hard to navigate past other customers, but the aisles themselves are organized and have appropriate signage. There are a lot of neat items you don't often see as well, such as copper coffee carafes and ceramic ashtrays, plates and bowls.

At the same time, big thanks to your kitchen and bakery staff for the amazing food they provide on the days I don't wish to cook. Thanks to your deli and meat staff for preparing everything exactly the way I want it. Your vegetable and fruit section also offers everything I need. At the end of the day, I'm very glad to have this store in London, which let's me save money on gas by not driving to Adonis in Mississauga or the US. Keep up the great work and the tidy appearance.

Great store, carries a lot of middle eastern groceries. Items on sale are very reasonably priced. Halal fresh meat counter. Store was packed on Thursday when I visited in the afternoon so social distancing was challenging. Recommend this store - I simply have to visit when store not so busy. 4 stars because social distancing a challenge. Store has directional arrows but free space is limited to allow distancing between shoppers or shoppers are not adhering to rules, not sure which. I plan to shop here again when less busy. Masks required.

First of all this store started at an ok level and then started to go downhill by time. I don't expect that they will stay in business for long if they didn't work on themselves. I have been shopping from them for almost a year . Each time I go something is missing in their inventory .they change their inventory a lot ( you can't find the same item twice) . Some imported items prices are reasonable but others are marked up high. Come on guys!!. If you have a competetor like Adonis you will shut your store next day . Some meat and Deli staff is nice and others shouldn't be even hired ( they don't know what they are doing) .The owner better find a good store manager before this business cracks down

On Aug 13 around 5:25PM, I went to Berries Market to purchase chicken wings. I got 5 pounds, and I was willing to get more than 5 pounds because I have a big family. One of the workers refused to sell me more. There was not sign says they cannot sell more than 5 pounds. I went to the cashier to complain. He was apologized and tried to call one of the owners. After that he said he would go with me to the meat department to get more. The guy in the meat department was very rude and yelling at the cashier and refused to talk to him. The cashier got my phone number and said the owner will contact me. I will never go back to that store.

Walked in for the very first time today to buy a few things. Saw moldy fruit everywhere and walked right out. This wasn't a little bit of mold either somewhere in the back. These were green fuzzy former strawberries and blackberries, right up front and centre. They must have been there like this for Days. I saw depressed and squishy tomatoes, also right up front. If they can't be bothered to take fruit off the shelf before it molds, how clean could the rest of the store be? Eww.

Today was our first time to Berries Market. While they were sold out of a few things, they had lots of very well priced produce items. We decided to get a dozen falafel which were made from scratch while we waited and they were the amongst the very best I’ve ever had. While we were waiting we were offered a sample of the beef shawarma meat and it was spectacular; we are definitely getting that next time. Luckily we were there when they had samoon for sale and picked up a pack of it. Oh my word! It was as good as the falafel and the beef. I know it’s a market but don’t overlook the fresh made food counter. This will definitely be a pick up lunch while grocery shopping and I will drive clear across town to do it. The customer service was also really wonderful and friendly. We can’t wait to go again!

It was my first time shopping there and I really liked the store. It had everything we needed. We were considering to come and shop regularly going forward but when we came to the cashier who was busy with another staff member fixing something was was not friendly at all and she just threw our stuff over there for us to put them in bags. She didn’t even say a word and left. Very very poor customer service. If you have so much attitude you shouldn’t be working as a cashier. We were there Sunday July 25 between 12 to 2 pm. I still gave four star because everything else was great! -:)
