I have been to this Target a few times. I have NEVER had a bad experience like the one I had today. The cashier said an item was on a "do not sell list," so I was unable to buy it. So instead of a cashier or ANYONE helping me to grab a similar item, I had to walk through the entire store with my screaming, crying, baby. You would think someone with common sense would help me out. On top of it, I was starving myself and straight aggivated how they treated us. Then, I finally get back to my register, and the cashier took another customer. A horrible and horrendous situation to say the absolute least. I'll have to call the manager over myself the next time I need anything. I also got ZERO apologies for this incident.

I was having a problem with an online order for pickup - I went up to the customer service desk and the Target employee with so helpful, pleasant, very professional and was kind enough to allow me to pick up my item, a Keurig coffee maker and honored the $109.99 price from the actual price of $129.99 for online order pickup right away for me. It is so nice having someone work with you, be kind and so their appreciation of their hard work and job during these unsettled times. I have been, am and always will be a Target shopper. I would highly recommend Target as the #1 department store to friends and family. I wish I got the service department desk employee's name, to give her a big compliment and praise at the Niagara Falls, NY store. She was great!

I love this Target! I live in Lockport, and I used to go to the one down Transit, but when I found out that there was one in Niagara Falls, I had to stop by! I absolutely love their sense of clothing, it's unique, which is my style! The people are extremely helpful and the fitting room is always clean ????

Typical Target store. You have an assortment of clothes, personal hygiene items, as well as household items to choose from. Target also has a grocery section. The meats and the produce are very fresh. Now you can order online, and get your purchases drop off at your car. There is a designated area for pickup.

My Children were trying to purchase sports cards and were told they could only have 1 per. The store has a policy of 2 per person due to limited supply. Do my kids not count as people?

Seems to only restock once a year as I've gone 3 times in the last month a vast parts of the store remain largely empty. Also at 11:30 am i would like to think they would have the pallets of overnight stock and carts full of cardboard and old stock pulled down but it was not. The staff is very friendly but some seem to just walk about as if they nothing to do

Went to the store to pick up the order that I placed online as I'm walking out of the store I noticed that they pulled the wrong two cube storage I ordered two gray units and was given one brown and one gray.when I walked back into the store I was told I would need to wait 24 hours before I could do anything I said absolutely not. I had to go back into the store look all over finally found them team member to help me locate the item that should have been at the front of the store to begin with.

I don’t normally review big box stores, however this location was deserving of a shout out. Two cashiers went above and beyond to be friendly and interact with my restless toddler, ensuring an easy checkout for my big cart full of products. They had stickers on standby and even sent some home for her cousin she was gabbing about to them. Small simple moment in their day. But it meant so much more to me. Good and friendly employees are hard to find and they have two (probably more!) awesome ones.

The pandemic hasn't crippled Target's staff numbers. There were employees everywhere. But none of them was in a hurry to help me! I stood 10 feet from four employees, and finally had to interrupt their conversation to acquire some help. There was one, very nice employee who helped me price an item without a price tag. Her pricing machine said that it was on sale for $10. When I got to the register, it rang up as $20. I told the cashier who said, "She has the same pricing machine I do, and mine says it's 20 bucks. Do you want it or not?" She didn't try to find out if it was on sale, or help me in any way. There was no line behind me. Apparently, she was in a hurry to join the gab fest with the other four employees.

Target shows respect for its employees and customers, and treats them both with consideration. In my 75 years on this planet, this is the first time I have ever seen fashion photos and manikins that look like ME (well padded), and have found fashionable clothes in my size - and at very reasonable prices - in a mainstream department store. No US Shopping trip is complete without a visit to Target! This location is well located, clean and the staff are pretty helpful. Pros: -They carry great selection of natural beauty brands like Pacifica and Good Chemistry, which I'm so excited to try! -They also have a good selection of meat alternatives and plant-based protein products Cons: -The clothing area is usually a hit or miss for me -The shoe section is ALWAYS a mess whenever I come here, and most shoes are usually out of stock. Its pretty disorganized. - I found it pretty strange that I needed assistance to pick up a $20 perfume and when an employee came to help me, they said they would keep it up at Customer Service for me to come claim when I paid at cash.

The store's workers were cleaning constantly, the social distance floor stickers were well placed and easy to follow. There was multiple lanes open so all shoppers were maybe 3 people thick at most. One employee (young man with purple hair and beard) was masked and wiping down the shopping cart handles as they came in and ensuring all shoppers were handed a sanitized cart upon entry. Fast, quick and friendly worker!

This Target and the Target on Boulevard Mall and Transit Rd is selling expired wet cat food. Make sure you check the purge date. Already I was given expired cat food for Fancy Feast wet and Friskies wet. I notified their customer relations, store manager and shortly the FDA. Check the food dates on all your grocery items here, especially if you do drive up or pick up.

There was an extremely rude black haired girl working the self check out, I believe her name was Anna. She kept talking with the other employees, while laughing and pointing at me and my family. It was extremely unprofessional. I was getting second hand embarrassment just from watching her. Then she screamed, in a rude tone, that the self register I was about to go to hadn't been cleaned yet. I will not be returning to this Target due to that experience.

Manager Katie was extremely rude threatening and demeaning . Asking personal questions and very unprofessional. Since I am an independent female I was discriminated against making a purchase . The limit sign clearly said two per guest .I am 62 and was also threatened like a child that I would not be allowed to purchase at all if I argued with her . Most stores are happy for business.She also told me corporate does not care about complaints they get thousands and do nothing . Not a good business model .

Great merchandise and GREAT customer service!! Also love the little informative descriptions listed for each on line category before you start browsing. I'm moving and was looking for a floor lamp. Never would think that different types offer different light output, until I read what a certain type was best for. The niagara falls store would only price match one product from target on-line so i immediately order two more products on target on-line and two hours later claim that one item was out of stock when they had 7 of them at that time i was there and two of them was put in bucket by cashier. So i had to drive 45 minutes away to another store to get it.

I tried to buy a toaster the other day, and the one I wanted wasn't on the shelf. So, I asked if there were any in the back, but they were out. So, the employee told me to go to customer service and that they can order it for me and have it shipped to me for free, so I went up front and asked but the employee up there told me that he can't order it that I have to do it myself, so I asked someone whom I know and who used to work for target and he told me that the store can order it. Customer service is not very helpful.

I am temporarily disabled, and the store does have motorized carts for us. The baskets are large enough to hold several larger items and made my shopping trip so much easier. Their shelves were stocked and their merchandise easy to find. I also enjoyed the food area, for many purchases. It's nice to have one-stop stores.
