Amazing service . Good covid-19 measures .. I mean .. they are strict but are we all ready for all of this to end ? :) Staff is super friendly and all of the staff members know the models really well and they helped me find the perfect fit. They ALL helped me. The manager is so sweet, I told her that I had an amazing service and she seemed so proud of her staff and I think this is why the vibes in this store are so good. Staff seems to love their jobs and their coworkers. They care about their customer service and it shows. There was another customer when I was there that was arguing about the covid measures and the customer started yelling and being very disrespectful and I felt super bad because they are all so nice . Don’t be mean with the staff it’s not their fault. This is why I’m taking the time to write this review because they deserve good reviews and not mean ones from rude customers who don’t care about safety measures and for whatever reasons they take it out on the staff ( this applies to ALL stores ) . I will be going back for more jean in the fall for sure. I highly recommend the Levi’s store in Vaudreuil.

Their employees made me feel bad when I returned jeans, and they actually refused to let me be reimbursed because it was my mother’s card and I could not sign (yet delivery services allow you to sign for hundreds of dollars worth of stuff for someone else). It is ridiculous that I cannot put money back on a card, yet I can purchase something at their store without signing. Never going back, they have left a very bad impression on me.

Je n’y retournerai pas à Levi’s à cause de votre gros manque de jugement face aux règlements sanitaires démesurés. Pourquoi ne pas juste fermer votre magasin complètement tant qu’à être autant paranoïaque?

I don’t remember the name of the young women with the tattoos who helped me but the service was great! It’s a customized service which is rare nowadays but it was fast and very helpful, she knows her product, staff is friendly and bilingual. Other employees also seemed to know their products very well !! They seem to enjoy working there.. and that’s also something we don’t se often in other stores to be honest especially right now during this pandemic. I will be coming back for sure .
