I never received my flowers I paid extra as well for a morning delivery. Three ladies never received their flowers, teddy, card and basket of candy. It was a very disappointing Valentine's day. I tried to contact someone all afternoon and the phone was busy the chat was automated and no one replied on email. I wouldn't recommend Bloomex or any affiliation with Bloomex. Now I am waitting for my refund. I feel I was scammed. Do not buy from here.

Was able to speak to customer service offshore of course and they started an "investigation". My parents NEVER got the flowers, cost me $200. I received an automated email with a FAKE signature as "proof of delivery", which looked nothing like what my parents would ever sign. Tried to email their customer support email address they supply and it's fake, it bounced as failed email. LOVE this company! First of all they have beautiful flowers and I am picky! I have used them several times and they are stunning each and every time. They have absolutely amazing customer service. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my friend in the hospital, however, they discharged her early. I immediately received an email from the company letting me know that they were unable to deliver them, as my friend had been discharged. In that email they also asked me if there is an alternate or home address they would like them delivered to at no additional cost. The next day, as they promised they were delivered to my friends at her house. Therefore, not only did they most likely have to replace the fresh flowers, they also had to pay a driver for another delivery run. I also received an email after the flowers were successfully delivered to let me know. They never even mentions charging me anything extra for all of the trouble they went to. I have lots of friends who use this company as well and they all have nothing but positive things to say to!

Mon bouquet d'hier pour l'anniversaire d'une jeune femme de 18 ans, son premier bouquet dans sa vie de femme, n'a pas été livré, malgré un suivi téléphonique de date de livraison et un rappel en après-midi. La personne de la boutique est visiblement débordée et n'a pas le support voulu, ni la compétence que demande un service à la clientèle de qualité. Une entreprise fleuron de Québec vendue à une organisation inconnue canadienne qui ne fonctionne que par internet sans prendre en compte les demandes des clients. Je me suis fais très mal recevoir, raccrocher au nez et quand j'ai rappelé pour discuter de la problématique doucement et respectueusement je n'ai pas pu placer un mot et on est allé jusqu'à me demander si j'annulais la livraison...l'insulte à l'injure. C'est malheureux. Une réputation bâtie avec cœur qui fond en un appel! Bien triste!
