We have been members of Costco for years. it is a great place to shop if you have a family because you can buy in bulk and save a lot of money. this location is really good. the staff is always very friendly. they have a wide selection of products that we would normally Buy, but can save a lot of money. the kids really enjoy all the free samples, but I do as well, but don't tell anyone. it can get really busy on the weekends, so my recommendation his to come during the week at night.

Good selection, though like many Costcos what's carried can vanish by your next trip. Still, a lot of well-priced mainstays. Checkout lines always move at a good clip, and it never seems understaffed, though it is often busy.

Generally a great experience, store is organized, stuff I need is in stock, depending on the time of day the check out lines move well, and the associates I have interacted with are nice (especially Dom, courteous and took time to answer my questions). I wish there was a gas bar at this location.

Absolutely chaos as expected on a weekend with a messy parking lot and the worst ignorant bunch of people walking in between traffic causing so many frustrations. However, this Costco location does have everything always in stock including additional unique items that are not available online and sold location specific only. If you don’t go to shop here early expect long lineups and a packed parking lot.

Best place to buy bulk quantities for daily house hold purpose. The prices are also quite reasonable and its so huge. You will get lots of variets of products of different brands. There are number of paypoint counter for easy and fast payment.

Got in fast, no line up, pretty much got everything I needed, just noticed there is no longer the plastic bags around deli and fresh produce. Asked them.and they said they won't provide it anymore. So better take your own when going for shopping.

This store is horribly unorganized and looks like an absolute mess. Impossible to get around, skids in the way, and product everywhere. The store's culture of shoppers is full of tension, verbal assault, and visible agitation. There are too many other Costcos around to HAVE to go to this one. I recommend a slightly longer drive to avoid having to experience this awfulness.

If you go early enough you won't get caught in the line up to cash out. At 11am the cash lines were horrendous! Got most of what I needed. I like this Costco because there are different things than in my local Costco. As always the bill is high but inflation of goods has push the bill well over a 10% hike.

They really need to figure out how they are going to help customer with self services. Those machines don't work properly and customers scans the item and puts back to the cart. They must put a not on each machine that DO NOT SCAN AND PUT YOUR ITEM BEFORE YOU PAY.

FOOD COURT IS AWFUL!! ???? Why don't they put digital number sign on top of counter area? For God sake it's COSTCO!! So many people crowded to get order pick up. Social distance? No way!! Service is SLOW and unable to here my order number from counter. Wait more than 20 mins to get fm sz wings. Shopping was ok. Not too crowed in weekend. Express line works good.

Bad customer service. Bad attitude. I was double-charged for marinara sauce and didn't notice until later.I called Costco customer service about it and they rudely cut me off. I then called the Billy Bishop warehouse to get the overcharge reversed. Although purchases are on the warehouse computer, they wouldn't make the correction by phone. I was told to go to the warehouse and line up at the returns counter to get this done. so I lined up at returns, which took 15 minutes. I understand that mistakes happen but a customer shouldn't be inconvenienced because of it. Warehouse shopping with absolutely no customer service or accountability.

My mom’s car was stolen from their parking lot. Costco’s management says they are seeing 2-3 Honda CRVs stolen from their parking lot each week and they are doing nothing about it. They are not putting up camera in their parking lot, they are not warning customers with Honda CRVs and they are not offering anything to the people whose cars are stolen from their lot.

The pharmacy takes really good care of me, primarily, this review is for them and the entire pharmacy staff* Loads of grace under fire, and very efficient. Costco in general? They went and got so big, that they can afford a greater "Lost litre" than any other place - too many things on my grocery and lifestyle list are fairly supplied and priced at Costco! I'm a big geeky fan!

Costco is Costco but this location is always SUPER busy and I have been finding that their product selection is not as vast as other locations. Perhaps the other locations are slightly bigger and/or products are brought in according to the area demographics. Finding the aisles are always scattered and messy -not wanting to come across as harsh, but I've noticed this throughout different times/days of the week Sizes regularly not in stock and NOBODY EVER answers the phones except the pharmacy and hearing clinic staff, who by the way are all so helpful and great! I can't say all the staff are helpful and friendly. I've had many interactions with floor staff the past few months that left an unpleasant tone, IDK, maybe they are simply humans who are overworked and stressed but really hope management sees this and makes an improvement overall as this is a convenient and great location for many.

I bought a package of gluten free bread and it was moldy. The bread was on sale and cost as expensive as $ 10. Super expensive beef and shows green parts like expired. there is no good quality control for food.

Good selection of products, not extensive but decent. Some people seemed in a hurry pushing their cars around. The croissants are the best, good butter flavour and half a loonie. The parking lot is minimal, so lots of people catching exiting customers. The cashier lines move quickly, and the staff is friendly.

I just want to share my experience last sunday, I honestly don't know that I already lost my cards and cash $250 on it not until I went home evening after we did grocery shopping with my friend. Oh how really good and honest the people in this branch most of all whoever the employee is who returned my card wallet without any doubt at all. Self checkout was a dream. So fast. Attentive help. Easily scan Costco cards from phone usually have problem with the cashier person. They could do better with bread selection. Yorktech has more bread varieties.

Maybe it was by chance but thought this costco location is less crazy than others, say the one at Warden and Ellesmere in Scarborough. Ample parking too considering there are big box stores around. Self checkout lanes help with the flow of shoppers going out, spending at least $300 for a quick stop and shop.

Great Costco. Pretty busy around noon for the cafeteria! There was a large line for food. They don't take credit. So you have to pay with cash or with debit. The hotdogs were good as always! Still a buck fifty for a dog and drink. Condiment dispensers were taken away cause of Covid

I was pleasantly surprised to find that my US Costco membership was valid here in Canada. This location is very conveniently located in Toronto with plenty of parking. I always stop her for provisions and the odd hot dog when I am in town to see my son. Costco, ‘nuff said.

My favourite location is the one located at 100 Billy Bishop Way. The line not too crazy on weekends. They have quite decent prices on most products, especially the ones with Kirkland brand, their own company. However their online shopping far more cheaper or you can't find them when you shop-in. For instance, Omega 3 Fish Oil will cost you $22.99 for 2 packs online. The ones in store will cost you $34 for one. Also their cashier policies has change since pandemic. Before, their grocery helper will neatly place your items in boxes when you have one. Now, they expect the customers to do it AFTER they take it out, placed it back in the cart. Then later the customer will have to take it out of the cart again, place it in the box and then put them again in the cart on the way out. This system is not efficient at all.

Super busy and shopping carts were non existent. Had to travel across the parking lot to find one. Line up was huge but moved fast. The staff seemed efficient and organized. It's Costco after all, what more can your expect.

Costco is always on point, you can get almost everything here. But the hot food is what people really enjoy. You'll see people have lunch even if they don't buy anything else. Inexpensive, it will fill you up. $19.99 for wings or chicken in a bucket. $10.99 for an extra large pizza. $1.50 for regular hotdog or polish sausage with pop. Definitely our go to.

A very busy Costrco locations. On the plus size you have the low Costco prices, large parking lots and a limited restaurant with low cost items. On the negative side, the store filled it's aisles with additional displays and enlarged produce department that makes for narrower passageways and "slow commute". The food sampling tables create annoying bottlenecks.

Definitely one of the busier locations around, but probably because it's central and very conveniently located. Overall, it was clean, well organized and things were easy to find. Good selection of things as well. The day we visited, their debit machines were down. We would've really appreciated knowing upon entering, or well before lining up because not everyone carries around that much cash so it would be a total waste of time for someone who doesn't carry cash, to do all their shopping and wait in line only to find out they can't check out. There is an atm on site though and they were still able to check us out with using credit. Although the machines being down led to huge lines, they moved fast once the issue was resolved (only some machines were working).

One of the three places to get Covid negative test for travel. Pharmacy people are cooperative and nice. Want to make a small suggestion. As the vaccine shot and this testing is in same place after test is done we have to pay money and go back to room after 15 mins. It would be nice if they give the certificate copy outside in pharmacy and there will be lineups and have to request people in line going inside.

So happy to live right near Costco. It makes eating a colorful balanced diet easy! I love the selection of organic produce. Spinach and frozen berries are also in stock and of great quality. The steelhead trout is also another great staple Costco carries. Prices are always right as well.

Moved closer to a Costco. Dispensing fees is only $4.95 for each bottle of medications...most places are $10-$13. Easy peasy, clean, no issues coming in with no membership, etc. Go Costco!

My friend booked an appointment for me under her name for a tire repair. I explained to the service agent my issue and she still took me in despite it not being under my name, otherwise it would have been a month to get an appointment. This like many Costco’s are super busy. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Disaster and rude staff. Helper at the check out is not well trained nor don't have common sense how to handle customer's items. They place heavy meat on top of $50 salmon fillet and crushed it. Rather than apologize for his dumb work ethic he told me to talk to floor manager if I want to complain. Staff with attitude problem and rude as well. The management said sorry but don't really seemed care much about it.

Love Costco. Its my addiction! However, I was there early this am for 8am opening... It never opened till 8.20. remember this is for compromised health and seniors. No chairs, riddiculous line ups, and for what? The line went from the door, past the tire center to the end of the building and then did a half cirlce back to the entrance door. This is covid. Crazy, but ehat will happen in Fall or Winter... Its crazy
