Intended to go to Costco but at 9:30 am there was a crazy line out the door. I went to BJ's(don't need a membership to shop) ended up getting a membership because it actually saved money. Not everything is in huge bulk packaging. There was a much larger selection on dairy, meats and cheeses than what is at Costco. We may not be renewing our Costco membership and I am a loyal Costco customer.

I was pretty disappointed, to say the least. You need a membership just like Costco or Sam's Club, as BJ's wholesale club is trying to compete. BJ's definitely has much more options to purchase, but if they classify themselves as a wholesaler, a lot of the prices don't make sense. One gallon of skim milk, $2.44, and a gallon of whole milk, $2.99? The only reason I'd pay that is if I have a coupon. I can only assume I'll only be using my membership of the next 364 days for gas. For the gas price alone though, I'd say its worth it

Nice and new. Smaller than it looks outside. Gas savings are great when you buy the "HIGH OCTAIN" items. Friendly staff. Not as good as Sam's or Costco but way closer. I'm happy.

This was your normal big box store. But prices were GREAT and the staff was very friendly!! I really did enjoy my shopping experience. One thing I did notice was the great quality of the goods they carry. Of course the options will always be limited to the most popular of whatever item your looking for, but that is the norm when buying in bulk.

I love love love love this bjs location, all the employees are so polite and wonderful. I really appreciate the fact they have curbside pickup whereas places like Costco don't offer it. Very pleased with the prices as well!

I go here almost twice per week. I have only had one incident with a cashier, she forced my family to move really close to another family at checkout, even though they literally have a posted sign and line to separate us all for safety. She blatantly disregarded the guidelines, and even after I suggested that we should maintain the distance that the store suggested, I was shrugged. I did receive a call my the MGR, who was absolutely amazing, she handled the matter. Even without the MGR reaching out, I would still continue to go here. Everyone seems helpful, and patient for the most part. The store and grounds are very clean. The fuel center is priced, the best in the area, and is easy to navigate to. I fully recommend this place for sure.

Store is very large They do not have some of the amenities that are available at Costco in Sam's club for instance they don't have a photo area They also don't have a huge electronic selection. They did have paper towel when I went. The natural, organic, vegetarian options are actually good. They do not have individual servings of almond or soy milk. So if you're looking for lunch box stuffers in that way don't look for it there. I didn't run into any associates on the floor so I can't say if they are helpful or not. Overall good shopping experience great price on gas!

Smaller sizes products at the same price as other warehouse prices. Can't pay your charge card in store. The cashier's customer service doesn't understand how credit card policies work. I find it hard to believe a store won't take cash for your credit card. Then a pin number is required for transaction when you are not told. Then are told we need to have 4 different accounts between store, charge card, coupons and payments for one store is just crazy. What a bad setup all around.

I love the prices, the coupon stacks and the fuel discounts. If you're a coupon it's possible to get fuel for as low as $0.02 a gallon. The prices are a few cents more than other warehouse stores but I love this place so much more. Staff is friendly and helpful, they sale things for individuals as well, its not just bulk items. All the BJ's I've been are clean and well kept as well as the restrooms. I highly recommend BJ's.

A longtime member of Sam's Club and Costco, I figured BJ's would be more of the same. It really isn't. They have many of the same items, but different brands. Their produce is better, and in small enough quantities to be practical. Their baked goods are better, with a bigger selection. A full serve deli counter with upper end brands is well manned to avoid much of a wait. More check outs, both attended and self serve. Add to this truly friendly and helpful employees, a cleaner environment, and brighter lighting and it is a great place to shop.

Not sure prices are any better than Sams or Costco, in some cases more expensive. Service desk line was way too long as was the check out line. However, when I finally was helped at Service desk, person was knowledge, helpful and friendly. I do like the idea of having coupons.

Good experience! Love that people kept at least 6 feet from one another, everyone had mask, carts were cleaned before given to you. Shields were at each checkout separating you from cashier. Overall first time experience was great! Bonus: There were no crowds, no long lines, no large amounts of people indoors at one time. Would definitely recommend!

It's a small, but a very clean warehouse. I wouldn't cancel my membership at cost because it doesn't have a lot of merchandise to choose from. Staff is extremely friendly.

First the pros: very friendly staff, store extremely clean prices are pretty good. Example Sprite is 35 12 oz for less than 24 12 oz cans at Wal-Mart. also the deli was very nice. Low sodium turkey was great havent had deli turkey in two years way to much sodium. Now the cons: prices are not so good either. I shop Sams club and Wal-Mart i buy the same 7 items each week among other things. 3 items are 10 cent cheaper the other four are a 1.00 to 1.50 more expensive. BJ's has a large selection of many many items so many items in my opinion they can't buy in a quantity to make things less expensive. Their trying to be everything to everyone. I checked my favorites list at Sam's and Wal-Mart. BJ's cost was greater than more than half the other products I buy. Sumation: I'll stick with Sams and Wal-Mart. I'll stop in again in a few months see if things got any better.

Busy for the opening day. Most items were stocked but some items sold out at the opening hour (disinfectant wipes). Overall the staff was friendly, items easily available and organized, checkout was quick, self checkout was a breeze. We also had a few high octane items so we our gas was 1.49 down from 1.89.

Went yesterday for the second time . Was very impressed . Nice layout. Nice and clean . I would say it's better than Sam's. Not quite as good as Costco. Disappointed in the clothing selection . Like the fact that they have a deli .

Today I again stopped at BJ's, still looking for an item they had on sale the 1st week of August. I was more than willing to pay full price, but, again the item was not in the store. I ordered the combination microwave, convection oven and air fryer, on line and was sent a regular microwave, which I promptly returned. They have never had the item in the store, there is no place for it when the area is checked. I asked at BJ's courtesy desk if they could order one in I was told they do not do that. Well, I feel they use bait and switch tactics. So, off to Walmart, I go when they have a smaller appliance, at half the price that does the identical functions.

It's frustrating when I go into a large establishment and there's only one can return, one glass bottle return and one plastic bottle return. What's more frustrating is when they're out of commission. I tried returning my cans and bottles but the can machine was down for service. Please either fix your machines ASAP or have multiple machines, BJs. This is unacceptable for a corporation as large as yours.
