Narrow aisles and poor selection.

Wanada - “And Shawn” Keep it Real

I shop at this grocery store more then any other lately. Employee's are friendly and helpful so far. I have searched online to find out if this particular Valu-Mart (Barry's Bay) does in-store pickup. Where I can order my list and pay online. Then pick up my order at a specific time (do to my physical disabilities) but I have had no luck. If someone could help me find out that would be very much appreciated! Thank-You! Wanda

They have a great selection. The best option for groceries near the East Gate of Algonquin Park. They have a Pizza Pizza in the store as well.

Cashier that rang up our groceries was really polite. She even put the non food liquids in a separate email plastic bag being mindful of our other food items, without us asking. Good prices too.

Same as other reviewers. I like the staff and management here. They have a huge selection of produce and awesome to-go meals. Pizza Pizza is another great stop when shopping.

This location is quite nice. Its in need of a eeno to update the place, but offers most grocery stores. Plus has PC Optimum which is a draw. The staff were friendly and courteous, and helpful.

We always stop here on the way to our cottage. They have a solid selection at pretty good prices. The deli is well stocked, and the customer service is exceptional. The parking can get a bit tight on long weekends, but we've never had an issue.

I wanted to get strawberries and was told there was a shortage due to the dry weather .... I went over to Metro to finish my shopping as I didn't like the produce at Value Mart ... it didn't look fresh ... at Metro the shelf was full of containers of very nice looking strawberries and other fresh produce

sale items rarely available ; especially meat specials. Right after the sale, the shelves are fully stocked. Don't shop there anymore as a result of the practices. Go to Metro around the corner and their sale priced items are ALWAYS available.
