BEWARE OF EXPIRED PRODUCTS! Since I'm local to this shop, I happen to buy from them at times. I've continuously ran into expired products. The owners of this particular shop are likely tired of running it...They act hysterical when you bring up an issue with their products. From expired milk to expired beverage's, check the date! Edit: Out of date is still unfortunately, out of date. No one should have to drive out of their way when the local shop can't seem to consistently bring in products either in the "Best before" or "EXPIRY" date. The owner's Personal preferences or decisions to consume products out of date should have no association with customers best interest. Haven't returned, and the owner's devious reply has assured that permanently.

I have received nothing but kind and respectful service in the years I have been coming here. While I'm not a local, I do pop in on my way into Renfrew for their homemade baked goods or a drink when needed. The owners keep a tidy shop, and anyone they hire are polite and plain lovely. All employees or either owner are happy and always ready to help. Its an enjoyable environment to be in -I was in today and saw their newest help dancing and singing before jumping to attention the moment she saw me, offering to help with whatever I needed. The prices are very reasonable with all things considered. You pay for the convenience of the items available, and should be happy that they take the time to buy the items in general. The reviews complaining about the service or store itself make me furious considering the work that goes into keeping the establishment running. I highly recommend spending the extra dime that people seem to complain about, as in the end, I would prefer to be treated with respect and get quality products than be a penny pincher and just another face. 5 stars hands down.
