When we pick up our basket for the first time, the person without looking at us just points and we don't really understand, no smile and then I am told that the person is silent. I sympathize with his condition, but that shouldn't stop him from smiling. The last time we returned to get our basket, nobody even deigned to come and see us and check if we have a collection to do, the two employees stayed in the "backstore" and I am very disappointed because he seems that to bring in a customer to go pick something up it is still a customer who could buy however this will be our last visit, we have changed the pick-up point to another business (Original) Nous sommes allés à trois reprises dans ce commerce, la 1re fois pour le visiter et nous avons eu un aide moyenne . Ensuite nous sommes allées deux fois pour aller ramasser nos panier Lufa. Au 1er ramassage de notre panier, la personne sans nous regarder fais juste pointer et on ne comprend pas trop, pas de sourire et par la suite on me dit que la personne est muette. Je sympathise avec sa condition mais par contre ça ne devrait pas l'empêcher de sourire . La dernière fois nous sommes rentrés chercher notre panier personne n'a même pas daigné venir nous voir et vérifier si on a bien un ramassage à faire, les deux employés sont restés dans le "backstore" et j'en suis bien déçue car il me semble que de faire entrer un client pour aller ramasser quelque chose c'est quand même un client qui pourrait acheter par contre cela sera notre dernière visite, nous avons changé le point de ramassage pour un autre commerce
