Highly impressed comparing it with the competitors in KWC. Finally something with a good amount of staff, bright store, high ceilings and a really good variety. It is very insensitive of people comparing it to other stores in the GTA. They are doing the best they can considering the supply chain circumstances and I can surely attest this store still has the biggest variety when compared to anything else in the area.

A newly opened store and I think they did a decent amount of research before opening as they overcame shortcomings of other Indian stores in the area. They are very well managed with helpful staff (one girl left what she was doing to help me find a spice). I like that they have a lot of variety at competitive prices. My favourite being their spices aisle, temple stuff and huge bags of basmati rice which I have not seen at any other store.

I am regular customer of this shop ...every week I go here ...one problem only .....I love kesar keri(famous indian mango) and it's always sold in dozen (12 quantities) unit. It's expensive fruit, the standard is dozen, they sold me 9 mangoes for 38 that means almost 52 for dozen. So price is so high, also frozen food vegetables is always rotten. If you want I can keep pictures. Staff is nice but if products and price is not good, what should we do with smile.

Best Indian grocery store in KW, very well organized, very helpful staff, large variety of vegetables, snacks and staples. Only place I know that has Gongura and Moringa leaves, and also India’s favourite Amul cheese.

While they have a good selection of products, their cashier lady(which I assume was also one of the owners) was quite rude. We asked for pricing of a product since it was not posted and she got frustrated and said -" Do you want me to show you that it is posted over there?" And I was like- Even if it was posted and we as paying customers, missed it- IT IS YOUR JOB TO LET US KNOW THE PRICE. Idk why some indian store owners think that they're the only store in the region.

Store is good but dont buy bakery items like bread and vadapav bun. They are selling it on cheap price but they are already so hard and moldy from inside. Terrible experience. Few months ago bought Carrom board from here and paid 70$ but again disappointed this time too. So poor cheap quality board. Indian Supermarket has way better quality????

Great grocery store for indian food . Many things available here for indian grocery which you cant find in big malls . And here is my fav . Shrikhand from Keshav . Some of things are very expensive but rare . So, if you still want you get from here like these delicious mangoes .

Here comes the end to the wait! Finally, Om India is in Kitchener. I have visited the store today and been welcomed nicely. The prices are fair compared to other Indian Grocery stores. They are giving Tulsi plants and Agarbatti as complimentary gift to the customers. I highly recommend to visit the store for Indian Groceries with plenty of options! :)

Good store but only if the lady owner would improve her attitude. She is very unfriendly and never smiles or greets customer. We were a regular customer for few months since they opened, but stopped going there. She has to reliase that competition is growing and they just can't let the customer's skip away.

I become victim of it as I took item fast when I was in line. When I went back to return it. Owner was rude and instead of apology he was in attitude. Never going back
