I LOVE this store. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I find their pricing very reasonable. They've also done a fantastic job throughout social distancing of keeping things safe and accessible. It is a small store so they don't always have *exactly* what I'm looking for if I'm planning a recipe or doing a major grocery trip, but for bulk goods, tasty snacks, pantry staples, veggie/vegan substitutes (seriously great selection for the store size) and some random veggies, love love love this store.

Basically the only grocery store in downtown kitchener, great products, but some things are expensive as they are labeled Organic....and thus, the price is doubled..Staff is wonderful, and helpful.

Lots of great vegan items here! We got our wedding order here for some Gardein products and the owners were great to deal with! Thy take product suggestions too and got some vegan toona in! There is a bulk section, fresh vegetables, breads, faux vegan meats, vegan cheeses, vegan ice cream, and Gardein and Beyond Meat products as well. It’s a convenient location. Lots of other health things as well including vegan toothpaste and deodorant. Parking is limited but there are a few spots. Mega close to the future LRT.

I love this place and the new owners have only improved upon things. They now offer shampoo and other cleaning products in bulk in addition to their already well-stocked food bulk offerings but get this...they also sell glass containers of all sorts in case you forgot your own! They’ve also moved from plastic to paper for their bulk bagging options which is encouraging — the more zero waste or low waste options we have in the KW area the better. They also carry my favourite crystal roll on deodorant and spray. This is a routine stop for me and while they aren’t the cheapest for some items I love (vegan cheeses) they are local, not a chain, and they keep consistent stock of items I enjoy so I am fine paying a bit more.

Honestly this is my favourite place to shop. They have tons of bulk/package free options and well as organic and non-organic. They will order things in for you if their supplier has it but they don’t stock it regularly. Super nice!

Full Circle foods made grocery shopping an experience reminiscent on a modern aesthetic of small town grocery stores. Organic, vegan, and bulk buy selections with the goal of reusing your jars and bags and creating a sustainable experience . My favourite is when they stack the shelves with oat milk and unique drink flavours and the quick buy of individual vegan packaged foods to make my meals super tasty. Love that I can walk around and pick the quantity of my nuts and spices . Can’t wait to see the new store opening up on king!

They have a fantastic array of local goods, and the prices are very affordable. I never leave empty handed, and the staff are very warm and welcoming!

Fantastic organic choices, they have just about every supplement you could think of, or have no idea it existed, service is superb, one on one, very kind and knowledgable sales associates, and prices are unbeatable. Just recently bought 6, SIX super high quality organic essential oils there, like oregano, hempseed, teatree, pumkinseed, oils, spent no more than $50!!! This store is literally a life saver! It's right beside Kitchener downtown bus terminal, behind the building that faces it, actually.

Pros: Great location. Knowledgeable staff. Good supply of packaged foods. They have your daiya cheeses, butters and nuts of all kinds, spices, organic soaps, shampoos, and other hygiene products. Cons: Not enough fresh fruits and vegetables. There are some, but I guess there is not much demand for it because I couldn't find more than half an isle worth. If there was more I doubt people would buy it, that's just how it goes these days.

I love how close they are. The staff is very informative and friendly. I find almost everything I am looking for here. They can be a tad bit pricy too. That is why I only buy from them from time to time. The first health store I checked out.

I have been in Full Circle Foods several times, both for myself and with others who have dietary requirements. It is a great resource to have within the downtown area. Selection is good and the bulk items are varied. The no waste push is much appreciated! You may want to bring in your own container as the paper bags that you put bulk items in may not provide freshness in the long term, but that is easily fixable by yourself. Although a meat eater, I love the alternative to chicken that seasoned tofu provides! (Easier to make, quicker, goes in all the same dishes). If you're looking to try something new, or just need a few essentials, have a look inside.

Limit of 3 people per store is ridiculous, now when stage 3 opening in effect everywhere for more than a month. I entered the store with my mom and daughter family all living under same roof; there were two more people inside....one was paying; we have been asked that one of us to go out because we exceeding the limit of 3 people per store. Very dissatisfied with the way we are treated as customer the rules and measures inside the store completely out of touch with current shopping and distancing rules in effect.

A gem in the downtown! Our household has been transitioning to low-waste shopping and this is the bees knees for a gentle (or rapid!) introduction. Local glass-bottle dairy drew us and zero-waste shopping kept us. Self-serve container tare can be done in the bulk goods room in the back. Lots of local, vegetarian and vegan options including Beyond Meat products. Bulk soap, maple syrup, and many other sundries. Check this place out - you'll be glad you did.

I am so happy with my recent online shopping experience at Full Circle Foods, there online ordering system is easy to navigate and they had my order ready in less than 12 hrs! I did contactless curbside pickup the next day and they put everything in either paper bags or glass jars (deposite required) so no plastic packaging was used! Prices are very affordable as well for good quality items!

I absolutely love coming to full circle. Prices are better than any other health food stores, staff is just amazing, and I love that they're quite old-fashioned and down to earth. It really creates a welcoming stress-free atmosphere in this crazy stressful world we live in. They're not there to sell you things, they are there to help you with your holistic needs. I think that's what differentiates them from many or most other health food stores that I've been to.

I understand from a business standpoint, and recognize the high quality product, but as a consumer and individual without a lot of cash, I'm not into it.

Whenever I shop here, there are always items on my list that they don't have. They pretty much never have chicken or hamburger -- they don't stock enough to tide them over to the next shipment. Today it was hard organic flour -- oops they're out. Last week it was vanilla ice cream. Their shelves are usually half empty. It is such a frustration to shop here. Why do I return? Because it's close by. I wish there were a better source of organic foods in downtown Kitchener or uptown Waterloo.

Please enforce the store policy as it is 3 people at a time. An argument broke out today as I waited at the top of the stairs. A self entitled woman was waiting for her friend to finish at the dry goods. The store was already past its limit. I asked if she could wait for her friend outside as she was done shopping and wanted to do my shopping.Two young female employees did nothing to enforce an already violated policy and refused to ask the woman who was done shopping.

I have been shopping here for quite a few years. Always been satisfied with the products and the service. I pretty much always find what I need. Prices are reasonable as well. & the staff is always friendly and helpful, never pushy) I hope the construction isn't hurting the business. It is a pain to park there right now, I try to walk over when I can. But there is parking available every time I have visited recently.
