This is our main grocery store. I won't go anywhere else. They keep the produce area a little too cold but overall we really like what is there.

Sélection was fine, but the store is not laid out in a way that makes it possible to keep your distance with others. Also lots of people there don't seem to care about social distancing or proper mask attire. Customer service from the staff was pretty great though!

The cashier's are good, but the store is poorly run. I've found expired yogurt on the shelf which apparently comes that way, and no one checks.ive visited twice during covid to find the person at the door watching customers and no cart or hand sanitizing. Covid with a side of broccoli!

Cheap groceries. Very easy for parking. There is not to many stores like this in the area. You can find almost everything what you need for your weekly house shopping. Staff is polite and friendly but very slow. Also I don't like their groceries plastic bags they are very poor quilty. Also store need to be better organized and more tidy. They have good choices of European groceries what is really nice. Registers are very busy on the weekends. Good working hours.

I had a horrible experience here, worst customer service ever. I had picked up less than 5 things and went to check out in the express lane. Keep in mind yes it was very busy which is why I chose to limit my choice of items so I could get in and out as quick as possible. I was the second customer in the line at the time of this incident (approx 5+ people behind me in line) while the cashier was about to serve the customer ahead of me, a random gentlemen had approached her wanting to buy one bag of ice (he did not want to wait in line so he asked her to ring in his one single item and cash him out before everyone who has been patiently waiting.) As expected by her gesture, this was a common occurrence people must do because she did not hesitate to cash him out before all of us. As she proceeded to, keep in mind this gentlemen was standing at the “bagging the groceries area” at the end so it was very obvious to everyone in line what he was trying to do. No one said anything and just respectfully waited while being very unimpressed with her actions so far, all customers in line could feel the frustration among each other. After this incident had happened she then cashed out the customer ahead of me. Then it was my turn to have my items rung through. Just before she did so, another man mid 20”s very rudely demanded he pay for a single case of water and have her cash him out before me (same incident that had just happened 1 minute prior with someone else, this guy had skipped the entire line and went to the bagging area to do the same thing) he must have seen this precious gentlemen get away with it which is why he did the same. The lady who was at the register was a very young teen with blonde hair who clearly couldn’t say no, and even went on to admit this happens “all the time” which is why it’s “acceptable” in her eyes. I specifically asked her why they allow that when they should wait in line like everyone else if they want to purchase something regardless if it’s one or 100 items. Normally I would shrug a situation like this off, however seeing it happen more than once within a two minute time period, + have the cashier refuse to serve me before him, is exactly why I will not be returning here to grocery shop. This fresh co use to be a great, clean and fast place to shop on the way home but I highly discourage people from going here due to their customer service. If you are in a rush, I recommend going somewhere else as this store unfortunately does not respect something as simple as a “line up”, nor value their customers.

My regular store, good produce, bulk section (except during Covid), awesome bread products, adequate meats, terrific dairy, dry goods and frozen. Very reasonable prices as well as higher quality. Lots of International foods if you're interested in trying something new. Great, friendly, helpful staff & a hands on owner, who I see in the store often.

With hours starting at 7am and closing at midnight it’s hard to beat their hours. Especially as it’s a value grocer compared to both national chains (like Zehrs or Sobeys) as well as mom and pop grocers (like Central Meat Market).

I have been to the store today and i saw that in the bread section there was a whole bunch of garlic bread which was expired and the new ones were kept at the back so that the customers take away the expired ones. I asked the associate that the bread is expired and he didnt even responded to it properly. Really very bad experience.

This FreshCo always has items in stock - both produce as well as other grocery items. Even if the item is high-demand, on their flyer and marked at a discount, they always have enough stock for the entire week - which I cannot say for many stores here in KW. The reason for 4 stars vs. 5 is because some of the cashiers are a bit cold/rude. But if you go late night closer to closing hours, the cashiers working night shifts are much nicer and it's a more pleasant check-out experience.

When I originally reviewed this location (2 years ago) I gave it 3 stars. I am downgrading my review to 1-star based on the miserable state of this store over the last year or so. Lately, when visiting this store it is beyond dirty. The aisles are stacked with skids, the produce department is horrid, and the staff seem generally apathetic. It's disappointing because other discount grocery stores, like No Frills, manage to maintain clean and tidy stores while still offering good deals – there's no reason why Fresh Co. couldn't do the same thing. It seems the management/ownership have ceased to care.

I like the store a lot. Let's start with accessibility: Public transit is a great option. Bus stops on both sides of the road. If one chooses to drive parking wraps around the corner of the store where the entrance/exit is. So, you always parked near the doors. They have a great variety of fresh produce. I love their bakery section with a choice of European breads. Good prices too. Deli, fish and meat departments have everything prepackaged and reasonably priced. It's relatively compact store, so one can easily maneuver through the aisles. My favorite are three international aisles. Hope this was helpful.

These two brands of their juice box latterly tastes like wine and beer. I bought the Allen’s yesterday but the oasis last week. My son kept returning the oasis untouched from school. I thought he doesn’t like the brand so I went yesterday and bought Allen’s apple juice. I opened one to taste right now oh boy this is fermented and taste straight like beer. am so worried for my 4 year old son I packed him one box juice this morning omg ????

I used to go to this Freshco all the time and never had a problem, however lately it has been FILTHY every time i go in. The floors are gross, the carts are gross, the produce needs to be replaced with fresh stock, and there are often people asking for money at the front door or in the parking lot.

Thursday March 29th at 11:10am I drove across town as the Google page said this Fresh Co. was 24 hours. Although the parking was full the store was not open. 1 by 1 angry customer left as they found out they store was closed. When I asked Evan why it says the store is open when they were closed, his remark was we don't control google and the hours they provide. This is in fact incorrect, but more importantly a ignorant excuse to a disappointed customer. Im hoping to hear from the owners of the store, but won't hold my breath.

Edit: in light of the pandemic, my edit has to do with the lackluster attempt at Covid precautions. Too many people are crammed in the store every time I visit. It's not a big store, so for there to be a half dozen people in every aisle and every line at the same time seems a bit much. Maybe I'm just going at the busy time. Best grocery store for basic items. Produce always has best prices. Meat selection is decent. Great international aisle.

Contrary to the available 24/7 hours, as a frequent shopper here the lines at check-out progress slowly. There are usually only 3-4 cashiers working while there are plenty of registers available (speaking during peak times). Sometimes the store can be disorganized & messy. Crowded isles, hard to move in. Numerous isles where I met another cart and had to back up because there was not enough room to pass each other. They also did not have several products available from their advertising. And when we asked questions, including where to find products, their help did not even know and gave us wrong information. Not a great store. I did my first review for this place almost a year ago. Now I find they're even worse than before. If I could give them a zero I would. Today we went in. Had 2 rainchecks from FreshCo on Westmount so we asked if they could be redeemed at this store. Clerk took the copies to check with the manager and came back 10 minutes later telling us, yes, no problem. So we did our shopping, probably $100 or more. Got to the cashier and she refused to accept the rainchecks. Then she spoke to another cashier who said yes they could but only for 2 items not the 3 we had (rainchecks were actually marked for 6 of each). We explained that we had already spoke to someone who gave us the go ahead to use them. But these two girls said the owner does not allow them to accept the rainchecks from another FreshCo. Wouldn't even call a manager. So we decided that even though we had just spent 45 minutes shopping in their store we left it all there. We refuse to give any place like this any of our business. I would rather pay more and shop in a store that actually treats their customers appropriately. These girls were rude and sarcastic in tone, remarking, "well thanks a lot! Go and have a good night". It will be a long time before I ever shop there again. In fact, we may just stop shopping at FreshCo all together. I hate to give places like this any of our hard earned money! I hope others will also think twice before shopping at FreshCo, especially on Weber St. East, as well.!

Fantastic that this location is 24 hours, however there has been more than one occurence of entire things being completely out of stock (i.e all chicken, all beef, several kinds of fresh vegetables). I'm sure there is a reason for this however as a customer it would be nice to be able to get (for example) any kind of fresh chicken to complete my grocery shop instead of leaving what I've already picked up and shopping elsewhere. For these reasons ill be shopping elsewhere unless i absolutely have to shop here (i.e after hours)

They make u now buy bags ( which is fine) but each location needs to get it together on the amount of the green cloth bag... .10 cents at one store and .25cents at a different one... make up your minds here... ????‍♀️

Clean and lines arent too long. Like any freshco, decent prices on many items, but poor quality produce. I have also bought meat here that was spoiled, but they are good at refunding plus giving you a replacement.

Good but shelves seemed bate in green grocery area.like that there was no partion in-store felt like a maze or gauntlet before. Was pleasantly surprised that the lines moved quickly because the staff was there. Thanks
