Decent Fiddleheads location, it seems a little dark in parts so maybe more lighting would be nice. They have a regular amount of products, some Gardein, some Daiya, and it’s great they are connected to Dutchies for produce.

Great Health Food store sharing the entrance with Dutchies. Vitamins, gluten free options, Keto breads and other nutritional options. Even has a smoothie bar! Due to Covid-19 restrictions there is no seating available at this time.

Amazing staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Great stock of supplements, health foods and health products. Fantastic smoothie-coffee bar... did i mention their delish Greek Frozen yoghurt. Wish i could live there ;-)

The service here is brutal. There were 3 employees chatting in the supplement section, in clear view of the register where I stood for 10-15 minutes before being served. They even gestured towards me around minute 5, but continued in their story time. Beyond that, the shelves were also very bare, and when I was served, the discounted items I bought were not applied, despite me mentioning that they were on sale (which they always do manually). I had to return, mention I was over charged, and waited again for 10 minutes to get my money back. I want to like this store, but why would I go here when I can go to GoodnessMe in Waterloo that has better selection, better prices, and better customer service? It took me an hour to get a few basic items. Will not be returning.

I have not visited this location *YET!* but have already had a great experience over the phone with Amanda this evening! My friends are searching for vegan dill pickle chips (and are totally still open to suggestions - we've only been able to order dill pickle potato chips from USA) and she made it her mission to find some for us and checked with a DIFFERENT STORE next door, then called me back AND texted me pictures for research. Whatta gem. Definitely needed to pass this along. Kudos to Amanda!

I loved the store but was incredibly disappointed to observe a store leader publicly discipline a fellow coworker for placement of a divider. It was extremely unprofessional and as an onlooker I couldn't help but wonder what the treatment of staff must be like behind closed doors.

I've been coming here for years but as of today's visit, I will not return. I was directed to return a product by the manufacturer. I provided the visual first hand on my mobile banking that I had paid using my interact. They refused to credit me stating that I did not have my paper receipt. Customer service was a complete fail. I will be notifying the manufacturer

Ran into fiddleheads, just to grab a few new supplements.. I was a little lost at where to begin, like many people are! Fortunately, I found Nikki. This is the best service I've gotten in quite some time! Knowledgeable, kind, and all around good vibes! If you go to fiddleheads, find her. She's the best!

Actually, this is Laura's husband Larry. My Laura recently passed away (Dec. 31st) after a battle with what else, Cancer, that lasted over 4 years. Throughout that time, the staff at Fiddleheads were absolutely astounding, From the first visit, way back when, I was comforted by staff members, who expressed compassion for what I was going through. Not only that, but after giving me an idea as to what we would be facing, they never pushed products for the sake of selling a product, rather for the efficacy it would give to my Laura. After that, the atmosphere became one of familiarity, where they came to know us, and how to address our needs as they arose. Unfortunately, as is the case all too well, and after beating the cancer back three time, we lost the battle. Yet even after that, Ayemon (forgive the spelling), the manager went out of his way to help me, as the sole survivor in this battle. Knowledgeable, intuitive, and compassionate. Thanks to each and every one of them....from the bottom of my heart.

I love the smoothies at this place. However, the customer service has really declined in the morning since one of their staff left in the Spring. On my last visit, the staff member who was supposed to open the store, didn't walk in the door until 9:03 (they open at 9). Given she was late, she then decided instead of taking customers orders, to ignore them and do other things. After about 5 minutes of standing there waiting (I was the ONLY customer), the Manager had someone else take my order and pay at another till, since the smoothing bar till wasn't open yet. So after I paid , instead of making my order, the staff member decided to count the till and stock the shelves. Finally after waiting another 5 minutes, I had to ask for my smoothie to be made (why?). The entire time she moved at a glacial pace because she was busy talking to other staff. Overall, it took me over 15 minutes to order and have my smoothie made, while I was the ONLY customer in the store. To be honest, this is the first time this has happened either. Really wish this place would sort out their staff.

Been coming here for 5 years plus now. The service used to be super good waited over 30 mins for 2 smoothies with 2 customers in front of me in line. Love this place but the service had definitely gotten worse the past few months.

My go to health store and smoothie bar. The ladies at the smoothie bar make a darn good Keto Peanut Butter Cup. My wife likes the Mad For Matcha and my son likes the Mango Tango. The bread is always fresh and meets a our dietary needs. You never know what new and interesting items you will find on every visit. Many low carb options like pasta, rice, and bread. The staff are always cheerful and greet me and my family as soon as we walk in. One of only a few stores that carries Grainfield's bread and Fibrelicious bread. We shop here often. The prices are decent and often lower than major grocery stores. Selection is very good and they often have great sales and discounted items.

I was visiting family in Waterloo and we decided to visit your store for the first time. On returning home to London the next day I discovered two of the products were not up to pare. The Silk coconut creamer expired on June 1st and it was purchased June 26th and the Thornbury gluten free bread was filled with mould. Not a good first impression of your store.

Everything you could want in a health food store in one place. It also has some indoor seating at bistro tables and a decent sized patio out front. The fresh squeezed juice I purchased was a reasonable price and very good. I'll be back.

I went there for an interview and it was very unprofessional. The interviewer left me in the middle of the interview and didn’t come back for 20 minutes. When she came back she said sorry but didn’t seem sorry that much. She seemed to like me during the interview so I was expecting a call but I heard nothing. I was very angry at how they treated me. Her office was extremely tiny, and a worker who was working there didn’t seem happy at all. Also the store was generally filthy.

Recommended with reservations: I visit mostly out of necessity - they carry some specialty brands and gluten-free items that I can't find in regular grocery stores, and this location is close to my home. Concerns: I have visited infrequently during the pandemic and every time have encountered shoppers not wearing masks. While I understand that there are *some legitimate* mask exemptions, it is unclear to me why this is permitted and I will be reluctant to return in future.

Aweful service. Made a purchase with Debit and was told absolutely No returns allowed, no matter what. Store credit is the only option!
