Giant Tiger is a great little niche retailer. Price wise, and selection wise, it’s comparable to Walmart, though the latter ultimately has more products and a better selection. On the whole, GT has a respectable selection of fruits, breads, dairy and vegetables, but lacks the selection of clothes, pet food and other household items available at a Walmart. It’s worth checking out.

Quiet store with a decent selection of products. Staff are nice. There is a decent sized produce section. There are toys, clothes, shoes, bedding, cleaning products, frozen food, fridge food, movies, and other things. They have some vegan frozen pretzels and strawberry rhubarb pies (although lots of ingredients in these and sugar of course). Would like to see more vegan alternatives in the fridge section!

This store is in a great location for shoppers. Parking at times is a little crowed . MY only complaint, is there are NO baskets at the enter section, and if busy by the time you "happen" to find one the lines are so long makes for longer shopping times for just a few items. Their "hearing" is turned OFF ! Apparently they haven't shopped at Giant Tiger, shame.

Staff isnt friendly. They all seem to be depressed and introverted and the store isnt very clean. Staff can get a bit rude/aggressive if you take too long to decide what kind of canned soup you want (its happened more than once). They have some great prices which kind of makes up for the mundane environment but they definitely need to work on their staff energy.

Quality is pretty good, esp. for their active wear line which is in vogue at a fraction of the cost. This is a very conveint store for people looking to stop and a wide array of items, there are fashionable clothes at very reasonable prices, various household items, groceries (cold/wet/dry), work related items and there are always many items on special. What ever it is you are looking for, stop and check out Giant Tiger because there is a good chance you can pick it up here at a cost effective price

This is a nice store to shop, it's generally fairly quiet, unlike other department type stores, and a bit smaller. It has decent prices, some better than walmart. Product quality depends but typically it's good.

The only part of the store I'd rate a 5/5 is the as seen on TV section. Only because it's comical to go look at the selection of random junk. Other than that, the window was smashed and covered with plywood. Most of the bins were full of cheap imported products that nobody wants to buy. And the selection of the rest of the bits are leaving a lot to be desired.

Located close to everything else, this location has very friendly employees and most of your needs, from home to clothing to food giant tiger does not fail to provide, usually the sales are pretty good and items kept in stock, keep your eyes posted on the flyers or if electronic check them out on the Flipp app, all in all a good location
