This a very well laid out and clean store. The bakery has quite a lot of fresh items made daily, and all staff members are friendly and helpful. The only downside is the majority of the items are more expensive than their competition. However, I’ll continue to shop here as the excellent product quality reflects in additional cost.

Our new local store. Just started coming the past couple weeks and love it and the instore sales. Todd is a great employee that clearly goes above and beyond for his customers. However bad experience this evening with cashier Lindsay. Her belt was sopping wet from sanitizer and I politpey asked if she could dry it. She said it wouldn’t harm me and I said that’s fine can you please wipe it and she told me that I can go to the other cashier if I didnt like it. I said why can’t you just wipe it and it may not harm me but it will ruin my boxes with food in it. Lindsay needs to learn how to be more polite and use proper customer service skills. Five starts because there is nothing wrong with the store Just one employee that needs some manners.

A lot of the staff often seem unhappy and bothered by customers, I've had multiple issues with the prices not ringing up as being marked and this has been going on for many years. The ready made chicken strips are always hard and way overcooked as well as the potato wedges. I've purchased multiple rotten or expired products here and gotten home and realized and the prices are a highway robbery. I only shop here out of convenience. The bakery has always been great, however, and recently the selection of seafood and vegan options have been expanding.

Smaller grocery store with President's Choice products. Clean. Higher prices due to lower volume. Handy for small-scale shopping. I recommend shopping at the nearby Food Basics for larger quantities due to the lower prices and better selection.

Great locally owned little grocery shop! We arrived a moment or two too early, however James (the James!) Let us in to not catch a cold. The place was clean and bright. The shelves were stocked with pretty much anything you would need in a pinch. The cashier was pleasant and efficient. 10/10 will come back again.

Family friendly.. if you are a repeat customer, your particular needs are taken care of.. because staff take the time to listen. Many employees know the customers on a first name basis. The product and produce is more exotic, which satisfies a niche for both medical needs and personal preferences. It is a little more expensive, but you will find a consumer/producer community here that is in sync with each other. Needs are met, and as a result loyalty ensues!!

I dont know who it was, but a young ravishing lad in the produce section if this magnificent store IMMIDIATELY assisted me when my mobility scooter ran out of batteries. This old soul even helped me when a fouling of my pantaloons was inevitable. This is not one of huge grocery shopping places like Loblaw’s in Kingston. However, the quality of fruit and vegetables are very good. Price-wise, it’s medium-high. My offhand place to go for fast shopping, especially if you live on Eastern Kingston.

I tend to have problems with items scanning at a different price than advertised, but staff are quick to correct it. Just check your reciept. Prices are pretty high and they do not price match, but their meat and produce are good, and sale prices are usually good as well. Cashiers are nice and friendly.

I like this locally owned gem! I like that I can get PC products here, the selection is usually good. It's nice to have a deli where you can order takeout meals - I'll come here instead of Food Basics for the takeout and fresh bakery items alone! The staff are usually friendly and helpful. I LOVE That you can get 50% off bakery and takeout items, or the option to pay full price for freshness. This is what keeps me coming back! We are PC Optimum points collectors and I appreciate having this in our East End. I find the prices can be too high to justify the pros. When we buy the same things at Food Basics, we can shave about 30 dollars or more off our usual grocery bill. We understand with an independent store it will be higher, and we are also willing to pay a price for premium quality, but that is just a bit too much. It's not our usual grocery store, but we love the option to come here.
