Do sign up for flyer savings, and shop there Tuesdays if you're a senior (5% discount). One fave is the Oriental snack pack, especially when on special. For example it was 1 of 4 items on the page 1 of their flyer at $9.99 (reg 13.99) for 2017 Super Bowl weekend (Amazing comeback by NE Patriots to win in OT). We'd put several in the freezer, sucked them back at New Year's (regular & Chinese). I think we ate one for a quick dinner too now that I think of it :-) Added: I saw somewhere that you can get 10% seniors Tuesdays if over $30 purchase. Bonus...

Not everything is priced [easy to find] at the display. The layout doesn't seem to make sense. If your looking for meat, it certainly won't be fresh; only frozen available. Meat is in a few places scattered in what I recall 1 of 4 freezers. If you want a price, but can't find it look in the other place which you item may also be. I don't know when M&M went from being a meat shop to a upscale frozen TV dinner store but it left me kind of dissatisfied.

I don't usually write Google reviews but what makes me want to give this store 5 stars is its amazing customer service. My partner and I went into the store with no clue what to purchase for this Thanksgiving dinner, and the lovely lady named Amy gave us some suggestions. She is delightful and well mannered when telling us the history of the British Thanksgiving and advised us on the portion for our meal. The food at M&M is always good, but her excellent customer service makes me want to visit the store more often.

The young lady working on March 5th,2019 needs customer service training. When a customer walks into your establishment they NEED to be greeted with a SMILE and feel welcomed! She basically just stood behind the counter and when I pay for something I want to be thanked like you REALLY appreciate my business!

It is so unfortunate that I just recently read that a customer went into your location purchase something and they were not wearing a mask us very have an exemption and one of your employees yelled at them telling them to put on a mask and when they said they were exempt the employee then yelled I don't care put one on so the customer left the store this is absolutely absurd... As a business you should know human rights and you should know that people are exempt from certain things and none of your employees should be yelling at anybody and being disrespectful and discriminating.

Love ordering for pickup here as they get it filled in an hour tops. I love their veggie burgers and deep dish chicken pot pie (not pictured). I also like the cabbage rolls and mini vegetarian spring rolls (pictured). The fish sticks were just so-so and I will not be getting them again

I have been fortunate at various M & M businesses, to be treated with wonderful service and friendly employees. I hadn't been in one for a long time and so while my number has changed, the same fantastic service I received from Jasmine; reminds me why I like to shop there. She greeted me with enthusiasm, handled every customer with courtesy ( there is a 2 person limit) and took my ordering, while managing to multi- task and listen to me share. Alot of us in our world have been in isolation. To have someone take the time to show kindness, while still managing the store, shows her compassion as an employee and as a genuine person. I highly recommend stopping into this business, which offers a very clean store, helpful suggestions and exceptional customer service!

i have a medical paper saying i am excempt from wearing a mask, when we went to the store i showed the paper and it wasn't appreciated and a guy flexing what muscle he had appeared and stayed in the store watching in case i started something, seeing as i'm a non mask wearer, we were also asked if they could help us more than once we were told we can shop online, must be because i can't wear a mask asked if we had discount card we said no and got that look cause we didn't, we spend a fair amount there but if they don't want it just tell us not to shop there anymore we will gladly give our money to another store

I do think that they are now overpriced. I went looking for something made of beef for the BBQ and ended up getting some bacon wrapped 6 ounce steaks. These were on sale here but still cost about a buck more than a comparable 6 ounce bacon wrapped beef product that was not on sale at Save-on and that's without doing a serious comparison shopping spree At The Real Canadian or Wally Mart. Just to be a little more thorough in this info, I've found that they do both tend to cook up about the same with no clear quality difference that I can tell between these two stores.

At least once a week I would buy 3 boxes of the chicken strips they were awesome I went this morning to buy the chicken strips I noticed the box was smaller it read 907 g The old box reads 1.36 kg hmmm I just cooked them and they taste different almost no taste at all I guess new owners new products well they lost my business

Was there a few days ago and wanted to buy our usual 3 week order of $300.00. We walked in, started to shop when the clerk said we had to wear a mask. We told her that the mask mandate was over, she said we still had to wear a mask. We put the items back and walked out. We will not go back after this. I decided for the first time to try M&M and unfortunately my experience was not great. To begin with their packaging is misleading. The contents do not match the picture. I bought a chicken meal only to discover coated balls filled with a foul tasting liquid very tiny cut up vegetables to the point you couldn't even see what they were. The Philadelphia cheese steak I bought turned out to be just shaved meat with no seasoning or onions & peppers I could go on and on because I bought 6 dinners but I think I've made my point. I won't be buying anything else from M& M Meats. I can buy better frozen meals from any supermarket.

We had a very poor customer experience at this store. We made an online order for products on the website and received confirmation of the order total and quantity. When we arrived to pick up the order, not only did the store not have the quantity ordered, but we were not given the item price on the email confirmation. The email clearly stated the order total and pick up date. This is false advertising. We do not recommend the online order system.

I have never shopped at M&M before but I figured I would give them a try when I saw their ad this week for chicken strips on sale. I travel to my Collingwood store to buy when I rudely find out that this price is not available to me because I'm not a member or something. The ad clearly states the product and price without any stipulation. I asked the rude lady at the Collingwood store to show me where this is indicated and there was nothing. How does M&M get away with false advertising like this? Why would anyone want to spend their hard earned money with a company who does not care about the buying public?? I think M&M should be ashamed of themselves and I know that the Collingwood store will never get any of my business. They are dishonest and unscrupulous in their advertising practices and theres just too much competition in town for me to ever go back. Shame on you M&M Collingwood.

On M&M website this store is as curbside pickup is available, but be careful when you call the number to pickup the order they always tell you to come inside since their card machine is not working outside. Basically this stored offer in-store pickup. Not curbside pickup
