I absolutely LOVE this store. As a vancouver girl, living in Kamloops - sometimes I can't find things that I love at the big box grocery stores. Nature's Fare has most of what I like! I'd like however, to rave about how wonderful the staff were last night when I showed up at a minute to close to grab an item, and they allowed me to pop in and grab the item I needed. I was so intensely impressed.

My all-time favourite health food store. When I am looking for specialty baking and cooking items, I always look here first. I appreciate the broad selection of gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, vegetarian, and organic items here. It seems like the items they stock are carefully curated. The cafe here is also delicious. I eat lunch here two or three times a week on their little outdoor patio and have come to love it. The food is always superb and all of the staff are exceptional.

The widest selection of supplements in Kamloops and so many healthy food options. There also have a salad bar/deli thing that looks good. I mainly go there for supplements and I have never been disappointed with the products there. They also have very helpful and knowledgable staff that love to help you find what you need and answer any questions you have. I highly recommend this store.

Beware that when you ask for salt free baking supplies that NFM staff have no clue what you are talking about. I was told a whole shelf was salt free only to look at the back of multiple packaged and see daily sodium content of 225%, 667% which is definitely not salt free & well above the daily limit and in fact dangerous for one's health. This is being sold at a "health food store". This kind of sodium content could kill a person with just a very small quantity & they should be ashamed of themselves for having this in the store.

One of the best places around for all things organic. Groceries, cosmetics, supplements, and what have you. A good selection of hot and ready made food items as well. They have a nice little sitting area too if you prefer to eat in. I like that they have the option of using real cutlery and dishwater rather than disposable.

TERRIBLE service. My sister and I went here for one item, we had called 10 minutes before hand to make sure they had it and went up there as fast as we could. We were cutting it close to the closing time but when we pulled up, the open sign was still on and the doors were still open. when we got out of the car and ran up to the door A young girl met us at the door and refused to let us in, even though the open sign was still on. She tried to say that Natures Fair did not carry the item we were looking for but we had just called and spoke with a young man who confirmed that they did indeed have it. She spent more time telling us that we could not grab it quickly then it would have taken to buy the item. To top it off, as we were walking back to the vehicle we saw all 3 of the staff members standing in the window laughing about it. I would never turn down a customer if the open sign was still on and doors were still open. RUDE.

Nature's Fare is fantastic! Especially The Apple Bistro that is inside it! They are THE source for natural, organic, vegetarian, and vegan foods, and anyone with any kind of particular dietary need should look them up. Some prices tend to be on the higher side (as a student, I wouldn't shop there regularly for groceries), however items from the bistro are reasonably priced and delicious. Be sure to check them out for a health and delicious alternative for lunch!

The staff go above and beyond but the managers are are rude and short not just with us and on several occasions. If it was my store I'd toss them to go work for the gestapo. With better friendlier management this place would be 5 stars all the way. Perhaps it is time to give the management the boot and recruit some of the amazing staff to fill their shoes. Cancer patients don't need attitude from a health food store every time they visit and have questions ffs.

This has been by fav store since i started shopping here a couple months ago but the last time I came in it was absolutely swamped with nobody wearing masks! One of the biggest reasons I was shopping here is because the atmosphere felt calm and safe for me since I have health issues but I had to leave because of how crowded it is and it seems like out of nowhere nobody is following covid rules! Please fix this because i love this place and the staff but it's not worth putting my health at risk

We recently moved to the area and I absolutely love this store! Friendly service and everything I am looking for. I was like a kid in a candy store my first day here and I have been coming about 1 x week since and always find something I need. I picked up a sandwich from the deli and a loaf and they were very good! They have all my supplements and I even picked up some cosmetics as the selection is fantastic. A Customer appreciation day would be great with a discount? Maybe that is something they already have. Doesn't matter I'll still shop here on a regular basis.

Great selection of affordable, pre-made quick meals and snacks to fit a variety of ways of eating. My turkey club wrap had lots of real turkey slices, not deli type turkey. The wrap was a gluten free teff wrap. I'm not gluten free and it was almost the same as a wheat wrap.

Almost every other store has made masking mandatory and enforces social distancing but then a health food store is over crowded with only the workers and a few shoppers wearing masks. Really disappointed because it's otherwise a fantastic store but I don't think I will be shopping here again until they make some changes

This is one of the best health food stores I have ever been to. I have lived in California and Oregon which are health food store heavens and this store is up there with the best of them. I stopped in as I was passing through Kamloops. Staff were so kind and helpful, all the food was delicious and the variety and selection was great. Prices were comparable to other health food stores and not over priced. I wish this store was across Canada!
