Provigo is so clean and well maintained that I always end up spending more than I should. Perfect place to buy frozen food, fruits and snacks. However, I would recommend Adonis if you want cheaper meat. Anyways Provigo does indeed have a wide and premium selection of meat.

This location is deceptively small. It's easy to find common items, but they do not carry much specialty items. The selection for many of their items are very limited and the entire layout is just awkward. Apart from that, all the food that they do stock are quite fresh and the store is well maintained.

We had a somewhat pleasant experience doing online ordering due to covid. That is, until we were charged $224 for two bunches of bananas. We called the store and corporate as soon as we got home. 2 weeks later, nothing had been done. Usual grocery store which has garden center and I believe it hosts (or used to) cooking classes for kids, and possibly adults, upstairs ... Well it did. Has a pharmacy owned by super nice lady but their new checkout system where you essentially grab a numb and wait like at DMV is infuriating. Not sure if that's every grocery stores answer during pandemic but it's atrocious when you got 2 cashes open and line of 10+ people waiting

Since this grocery store was rebranded, and renovated, the quality has diminished. I find it difficult to find fresh and various produce. The prices are slightly higher than other stores, but the quality doesn't follow suit. It's good for prepackaged or frozen items. I no longer shop there regularly.

Racist staff call cops and press criminal charges over a simple mistake of forgetting an unpaid item in a bag after having paid for all his other groceries. Despite explaining the mistake and wanting to pay and cooperate, the man was detained for an hour until police arrived to arrest him. Staff completely refuse to listen, simply saying its in the hands of the cops now. Do not encourage this racist establishment and avoid at all cost. I went today to this market for the first time and it was really convenient even if a micro grocery store surface wise but a really good selection of products. Great place to find everything you need. Huge selection of quality products. Clean and neat. It is just in the middle of the centre of Montreal. The fruit/vegetable section is quite inviting. Organic foods and foods from all around the world! The store is well organized. I had a very good experience! This Provigo is a lot better than others that I visited.

When I first walked into this Provigo I absolutely hated it. It's on the 3rd floor of a building, it's very long and narrow, and at first glance it doesn't seem like they have much (not to mention it's quite expensive). As it's the closest grocery store to my home, I have spent more shopping here and it's actually grown on me a bit. They have a decent produce section with regular sales on the more expensive items, like mangos. They also have a pretty decent selection of meats, seafood, ACE bakery bread, and good quality cheese. (And also tons of ????). I wouldn't suggest shopping here if you have a big shop to do, since it will cost you way more than other places, but it still serves its purpose well.

Great supermarket selling lots of different products that are not offered or available across the river in Ottawa Ontario. Well stocked and freshly made savouries. Unfortunately the woman around the bakery was the rudest I have ever met. There were three customers with all forms of freshly baked breads and pies. We all seem to be looking for further assistance on the cost and what offers were available if one wanted to buy half a dozen or more. We stood there for almost 6 minutes. One abandoned her planned purchases and left. I give three starts instead of one because of the very helpful lady at the till.

PC point program is pretty good and there is a good selection of products, but the fruit on offer is pretty consistently of poor quality, looking ripe but then tasting like nothing/pasty. Food quality is horrible. I can see many flies wandering near the onion section. Fruits like mango and avocado are of terrible quality. Also a lot of veggies have gone bad and they are still being sold. Extremely overpriced, everything’s about 30% more expensive than other supermarkets, yet with significantly lower quality. Staff gave wrong price info. The lady managing the self-checkout counter has serious attitude issue (Encountered multiple times already). I live in the neighbourhood but I’d rather go to another supermarket that’s 2 km away or order online than going to this provigo.

Vegetables are often not great, especially the green onions which tend to go limp 2 days after purchase. Canned and boxed goods are very over priced especially compared to Super C which is in the same mall. The Deli is great, although pricey. They do have an excellent selection of fresh fish. AND I just figured out they are open but close their deli early. So they are not open late or shouldn't claim to be.

The staff here are so nice, friendly and helpful. This location just opened which I am very happy about as I like Provigo and president's choice. When they first opened we were shopping and they gave us free flowers. The food selection is pretty good. They don't have everything that all of the other stores offer but this one is more of a specialty store. Nice meats and cheeses.

The store is pretty nice and selection ok, but customer service is not very friendly and they are not at all interested in their customer satisfaction. Guess they classify themselves as premium grocery store, and that means their service is kind of arrogant. Also, you might not get service in English, do better brush up that French! Their delivery service is not cheap, and they won't keep frozen goods in the cold - so don't buy anything frozen from them! And if you complain, they are not interested, because it was probably listed on terms and conditions, on their website, in French. Their organic meat selection is nice, though.

This store is on the second level, so easy to miss if you are walking by on the north side of the street. The store is well stoked, clean, and surprisingly large for a downtown grocery store. The staff here are unlike any I’ve met at any other grocery store, so committed to customer service. They were incredibly helpful each of three times I went for large corporate orders, and were flexible on delivery time to best accommodate me. Two employees who were starting their breaks even offered to help when they saw how much I had to juggle. Kudos to management for choosing / training employees with such a high level of commitment.

Be very careful with this Provigo, it happened to me quite a few times that the products were spoiled. The service is DISGUSTING, my mom went to see the butcher today and they had a special for the chicken, my mom asked him for 5 chicken because we are a huge family ! Double check the milk before you buy it. This store has a tendancy to put milk on the shelves that is close to expiration or in one case had expired that day. Life lesson for me to always double check my milk and eggs and to not trust this store.

Very nice Provigo location, one of the larger ones I've been to. Very large produce and bakery sections. There is an organic section as well. They also have a Joe Fresh in this location. There are a nice amount of self checkout terminals to speed up the overall checkout process.

It's just an "ok" place to do your grocery. They lack a large variety of stuffs that can be found in other grocery stores like metro and their items are usually all quite overpriced. Why go to this provigo when there's walmart just a few steps next to it ?

Big selections, fresh for whatever I've purchased, best part I can get great natural products I have a hard time finding in any other grocery store chain so that's a bonus, and some great deals with dishes or utensils, etc you just have to look for it. Long line ups but blame the management for that, it's not the cashiers fault as I've always had good customer service. Good location as well.
