Great place, great people, and they carry Hamilton's Everythang Sauce that helps raises funds to help people struggling with complex trauma and addictions.

Good selection of products, they still have some of my old favorites that mustard seed used to carry. I'd say the one flaw is the lack of prices on some of the products, it happens often enough that it makes it a bit hard to buy more interesting products when they never have a price on them. Other than that it's a good option in the area. Update: I've tried 6 - 7 of their specialty drinks, the peppermint mocha is my favorite, their muffins are great as well, the Swiss and Bell pepper tastes like a quiche in muffin form.

Happy that after the mustard seed closed that such good people took over. Store looks great and they carry Everythang Sauce by Canokie Foods. It's all made at Liaison College in Jackson Square and the company is raising money for an addiction program here in Hamilton
