Amazing variety of vegetables and fruits available. Clean and organized place to shop. Very friendly staff. I would like to give a small suggestion for the management team if it is possible for them. Please offer for free few fruits (small bowl with few bananas, apples, small oranges/tangerines) for children to encourage them to eat healthy while they are shopping with their parents.

My oh my! Where do I begin?! By far my favorite place to get meats! They have a WONDERFUL selection, and the prices are unbeatable! Produce is always tremendous and the staff is a delight!

I've always found this location to be COVID-safe and friendly. Meat & Produce are excellent quality for what I buy and the price is usually lower than other supermarkets. I find many hard-to-find items as well as some that intrigue my "inner Foodie" as being gourmet without being expensive. Their Lococo's prepared meat is of great quality. I can refrigerate a bulk pack for at least a couple of days before separating it into dinner-sized portions and freezing them.

Really great meat and produce. Plenty of traditional Italian specialties. Nearly every spice in existence is available. It's not a full grocery store with all major brands and pack sizes of packaged goods, but you can find pretty much anything you'd need to make a meal. Did I mention the meat and produce?

This is a go to supermarket for meat and produce. The store accommodates small family needs such as 1 or 2 lbs of hamburger or industrial requirements of bushels of green peppers. Good quality and good prices...

It looks like that they dont help anymore the customer bagging the staff on their own bags. I agreed not to bag or touch staff that is not on the store however is their own bags. I made a huge purchase and the girls were talking between each other and not help at all like another lococos, or fortinos or any other store... sad that Lococos is loosing the customer service

Great deals and best prime rib roast and steaks. Many exotic items. One of our favorite places to shop for a reasonable price. Store name bacon is choice, hot meals are great, and staff is super friendly and accommodating. ???? Nothing but praise for this store.

I just moved to the city and was happy to see a Lococo’s. I have previously been to one to in Niagara Falls and it was great. Hamilton location is great. The produce is so fresh and the store is very neat and clean. We will definitely be back. Oh and great prices at Lococo’s. Unfortunately they lose one star. The young girl with the long dark hair at our check out was very unfriendly. Even with a thank you and have a nice day, nothing. Just stood there with her arms folded. After us she got snippy with a senior :(

Lococo's is a great place for meats and other groceries you would find elsewhere including Fortinos with better pricing on most items. Will be visiting them more often. They are also doing a great job social distancing people. Great job lococo's.

I really loved my first visit to Lococos. It was clean, the staff were suuuper nice & the prices were reasonable. Only downside was the price of almond milk was nearly double other places & they don't carry sugar free ketchup - but I won't dock any stars for that - it's definitely 5 Star place.

Great place !! Unfortunately the hot food counter is gone and thus I won’t drive across town to shop there I will now go to my neighbourhood grocer. ????????????????. I would recommend this place as staff are considerate and quality of food is good ..... it is also in a good location with parking and access ... well that’s all for now take care folks ????????

There's lots of fresh produce, meat and baked goods here. They've also got a variety of juices and dry goods The quality looks to be good throughout. They have some very good specials, and for those on a budget you can get some very nice deals in their frozen to clear section. It's a bit out of our way, but I'll likely drop by next time we're in the area.

Astonishing value, so inexpensive that my friend drives from Orillia to load up $500 at a time. I was able to feed disadvantaged locals, too. Amazingly honest, hardworking, fun staff. The meats are very reasonable and the fruits and veggies are the best available. They also experiment with local brands.

Best produce hands down. Always great sales on great quality meats. Love they have some large primal cuts like brisket. They also have all the trimmings and staples of a grocery. And was 23rd of december all cashiers were open. In and out as quick as I wanted.

A year ago I used to look forward to going to this store but Lococo's dropped the ball and badly since. Prices shot up thru the roof and employees turned from polite and helpful to rabid wolves. The place is empty, cold and dark now. A busy time of day for them is when they have 5 people shopping inside. I think their policy of discriminating against the handicapped and disabled finally caught up to them. Used to shop there 2x a week for years. Not going back.

Their lococos brand hotdogs are excellent products. BUT in the course of one week they have gone from being normal price of 8.99 to on sale last weekend at 7.99 to now being a normal price of 11.99. Honestly for a 750 gram pack of hotdogs 11.99 is insane and I refuse to ever buy them again. Also I was refused access to there store because I would not take a shopping cart. This was at the start of the outbreak and they had no one even attempting to sanitize. I needed 1 item for supper, I was carrying my baby (I'm a single parent) and I just needed ground beef. I could see it from the door. But I was refused entry because I HAD TO take a shopping cart that they were not even cleaning at the time. Very poor management.

If you have a disability you are not welcome in this store. They will not adhere to by-law 20-155. In fact when I brought up the by-law and said that I was exempt from it because I am disabled they said no such by-law exists. When you get to the cash register you will notice 5 employees huddled together whispering to each other, while pointing fingers at you. The store these days has more employees than customers and is nearly empty. I can see why now.

Had an amazing experience. The lady that ran my groceries threw was an amazing young woman. I forgot her name,but she has a tattoo on her right inner arm and has worked there 5 year or 8 years she said. Anyways. Thank You made my day as I was a little sad that day. Lococo's has a mask policy that keeps their staff and shoppers feeling safe in these times. Their staff wear a mask 8 hours a day to safely serve the public, instead of making up ridiculous excuses as to why you can't wear a mask or facesheild maybe just show people of service the respect they deserve, stop being so entitled and wear your preferred facial covering. More importantly, the staff are amazing hard working people i adore them ❤ and appreciate their service. Keep an eye out for their online flyers as their sales are worth while, meat and produce is fantastic.

This store ignores the exempt rules and forces people to wears masks that can't. Today I was kicked out even though I had a mask on but not according to there rules. Absolutely atrocious and then when I left a member of the staff stuck her middle finger to me beside the supervisor and she didnt do anything. service here has been better but this time you were horrible. Not to mention I had 6 Lococo employees standing around me trying to intimidate me.
