At the time of this posting, this location is the closest to my home. A decent sized grocery store with a good selection of products to choose from at affordable prices. The staff provided friendly, courteous and timely service each time that I was there. There's even a big indoor parking garage right under the store which is rare to find. No issues overall to date.

I recently moved and this is now the closest FreshCo to me. Its well stocked and well maintained than the centennial pky location. Plenty of fruits and vegetables selections with a very reasonable price. I noticed thier fruits and vegetables are more organic than any other store in town.

I like FreshCo. Store has large inventory ...you can find virtually all grocery items here. Quality isn't bad however it's like anything else...check what you are buying. It's very convenient to me. Lots if parking and easy access.

theirs one cashier who works the express lane all the time, whose extremely unpleasant. She’s never ever polite, and I’m sorry but I feel like she chooses to be grumpy every time she goes into work, and should learn not to take it out on people, especially if they make an effort to be polite every time they see her. That’s my local grocery store, so this hasn’t just been a one time thing. I hope next shift no one pooped in her morning Cheerios and she’ll be a little more polite.

This store is awesome and usually the service and prices are great but whatever you do avoid the cashier named Linda. She is an older woman with died dark brown-black hair and she always makes the cashing out experience so much harder than it needs to be. I don't mean this lightly. Today she almost refused to sell me alcohol despite me being of age. She tried to claim I didn't look like my ID photo, even though the only difference in how I looked then in comparison to now is that I have darker hair in a different style. To make it worse she tried to offer to sell the drinks to my fiancee instead of me! In the end she got a second opinion and the other girl said it was obviously me from four cash registers over! First: this is extremely rude, it made me feel like she was treating me like a child. I am 23 but I am certainly not 16. I haven't been carded at restaurants for years now. Comparing me to my fiance like this, making such an obvious statement about how old he looks in comparison to me is outright embarrassing and the opposite of customer service. Second: it is literally illegal to sell it to him while under the impression that I am going to be drinking it and that I am also underage. She opted to do something illegal rather than sell me the alcohol because of a personal opinion that honestly was extremely invalid! I wish I could say I look different, that I have lost a lot of weight since the photo, but I haven't! If this was one instance it would be fine but it isn't the only time she has done this or other rude things to me! Every single time she has cashed me out she has purposely caused some problem that slows down the purchase. My fiance and I dread going in and seeing her there and the relief we feel when she isn't there is immense. Although this store is great, and you shouldn't avoid giving there because of one bad cashier, I would feel bad not warning others about her.

Was just in the store and noticed at least to families not wearing masks. Brought the cart back to be washed and the girl didn’t wash it, she just put it back. I don’t feel safe going there. Too bad, I like that store.

This was first grocery store I have been in since start of pandemic that still charges for shopping cart. Didn't have quarter and didn't really want to touch any change. UPDATE Went there yesterday and no charge for cart, store very clean and great prices

Stopped in for a few things today. I come here a lot as there prices are pretty good. Their Our Compliments brand of frozen hamburger patties are a great deal at their regular price of $7.99 for 6 thick patties and they are really good. Anyone that has had them at our place love these and always ask where I get them and are shocked that they are a no name brand. Sprinkle a little Keg spice on them, and voila, a great Hamburg everytime and filling too. Better be really hungry if you want 2 Burgs with a couple sides with them.

This store is clean and well stocked. This location sells beer. Lots of parking. Prices are fair. One downside is that their deli does not have sliced meats, it is all prepackaged in the cooler with the spreads and dips. They do have a good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. This is a good location to shop at.

FreshCo is a staple in our family's grocery shopping. They have great prices, fresh produce, price matching, and beer! Their sales cannot be beat and they carry compliments brand (which is an inexpensive no name style brand that tastes the same as higher level brands.) Price matching shoppers can save alot by going the extra distance here. Make sure you pick up a weekly flyer for this place!

The weakest link in this store is when trying to cash out. Seems every visit when I go to the front, there is one cashier on 16 items express lane and one on the regular checkout. This creates a backup and takes way too long to pay. Will not return....fed up with the lack of attention to this matter. Other customers were visibly frustrated.

There was bad incident that happened to me there made me upset. Cashier didn't bother to see who was the next person standing in the line and how to communicate with customers to wait. . When I called the supervisor on duty and draw her attention she supported her buddies by telling me that mistakes are here to happen. She doesn't know the statement "Wait a second"... could last forever. The management should see and train their cashier as what up to customer service and hope that Store Manager (who was off today) would take note of it. I got the call from Manager and he listened to my complaints. Later upon my visits, I saw the changes at Tellers/Cashiers and now look nice.

I am a loyal customer of FreshCo. I Although I have choice to go to FreshCo Rymal or FreshCo Fennel but I prefer to go to Rymal. I find Halal chicken, ground beef, chicken breast and other meet products. I also buy Ontario peaches and Nectar from Freshco. FreshCo sells fresh vegetables and fruit.

I regularly go here to shop for ingredients, no complaints about the quality and price of the food there. One of the older cashier ladies is quite pushy about selling products that are on sale / going bad soon. Not a pleasant experience but I understand she's just trying to help. I saw so many ppl just walking the store not shopping at all no one keep the 6 feet apart staff included they will get right in ur face to put something on the shelves its pretty sad. Letting ppl in to just walk the store needs to stop staff see the same person walking back and forth for 30 plus minutes with nothing in there hands or cart they need to be asked if they need help or to leave its because of them there is lines waiting to get in.

We spend almost $150 bi-weekly. Cashier told us that we can have $10 off on our next purchase and didn’t gave us any coupon. And today, we went for shopping again on Freshco on Fennell road & upper Gage, Supervisor/cashier declined to give $10 off and simply says that they can’t do anything. I was hoping for apology that your cashier didn't provided coupon on first place but instead give us reason that we are not qualify for that offer as we purchase outside promotion period but on your weekly flyer clearly says that offer was valid when we bought on 20 June 2020. This is unacceptable customer service and laying in front of everyone about their policy to just get away $10 refund. Very Sad and poor outlook for big grocery store. i wouldn’t recommend FreshCo to any of my family and friends.

Was at this location last night at 930 and there was no carts in the store and the hand carts were at all the cashiers stations, no sanitation done at all the girls were standing around talking and when I left the store the guys were collecting the shopping carts outside and put them in the store with no sanitation. With the troubled times of covid I think this is very irresponsible of Freshco to allow this to be going on Shame On You Freshco

I spoke to the “STORE OWNER” Tony (who was very aggressive before I started speaking to him) about using the additional washrooms in the staff room. The washroom by the cash registers was being used and there is a sign on the wall that states to please ask for access to additional washrooms in staff room if the washroom was full. He did not want to allow me to use the washroom and continued to treat me so poorly in front of customers that I left my shopping cart full of groceries and had to leave. Never shopping here ever again and I’m telling everyone that I know how poorly this “store owner” treats his customers. EDIT: he has since then taken this sign down and now refuses to let customers use the extra bathrooms upstairs.

I was there st around 8pm on Aug 30. Great prices. But all Blueberries were all moldy. The ones I brought home ended up being molding too. Purple/red Grapes have no flavour. The employees were pretty great though! Younger lady working near the produce section was so kind and helpful! The man restalking/organizing the eggs/diary looked like such a hard worker. The lady working cash in isle 1 was so kind and welcoming. Thank you all for your hard work and kindness

It was 5 until today. The renovations are great but I also come here for the New York Style Rye bread - 2 loaves a week - as of today they have dropped it. The big bags of stir fry are now gone. Other products I got are also no longer stocked. When changes are made you have to remember sometimes small items bring customers in like me for more than that. I am really disappointed in these staple product drops. Guess my shopping may change elsewhere now for the most part if not all if more stuff disappears. May.10.2019.

Should change the name to Not-So-Fresh Co. Walk right on by the produce section, it's mostly seconds. Check the tags on any bread you buy, be sure they're original. Sealed, boxed or canned goods are well-priced, if somewhat limited in selection. My local grocery store, so I use it a lot for convenience.

What a disgraceful store I went in there to buy a phone card they had a voucher there that had many different phone cards on it you had to bring it up to the cash and she would get you the correct phone card well guess what the cashier had no idea then she asks another cashier who had no idea then she calls the floor supervisor Miranda Miranda had no clue and she looked at very confused and she's supposed to be in charge really Miranda precedes to leave and go and call someone else and that person didn't know either what kind of employees do you have working at this store and what kind of people are you leaving in charge people that have no clue on their job and Miranda is one of those people that needs to be retrained again from scratch
