This is one of the few stores where I am permitted without prejudice for my health issues. Staff is always courteous, professional, and helpful. The prices are competitive, there is a good variety of products, the shelves are very well stocked, and the store is impeccably clean. Thank you very much for providing me with a pleasant shopping experience each and every time I visit. Frank’s No Frills is my grocery store of choice. I will continue to show my support for this store, and I have highly recommended them to friends and family. As a token of my support, I have pledged to never price match here. March 18th and EVERY container of cream in the cooler is dated 'best before Mar 13'. Why why why? I love the store for every other thing but its sad I had to go to Giant Tiger for cream.

New store, better layout than others although still has many congestion points. The staff are doing their best. I have noticed prices creeping up. This uses to be the chain with best prices but no more and I shop elsewhere now, normally, for that reason.

Some staff are polite and helpful. However, they do not seem to follow the covid capacity limit as it’s always packed full of people. Also noticed employees not wearing their masks properly (ie. below their nose or not at all).

I visited store just before Christmas Lockdown so Store was super-busy so so all employees. I loved store exterior look as store is quite new with large parking lot. I had to ask for assistance for few things from staff and they treat me well. No complaints. Happy New Year!!

We usually go to this No Frills because its big and clean, however I've noticed that COVID protocols don't seem to be implemented at all. Workers with masks half on, and the store is always VERY packed, way above the approved capacity for sure. Probably won't return until they sort this out.

Amazing No Frills! Clean & organized. A *fantastic* selection of meats that are really good prices! Usually no frills produce isn't that great, and while there is always hit or misses anywhere you go... I find this no frills produce to be the best I've ever seen and I've lived all over Ontario. The only "complaint" I have is that whenever I've gone the Bagels are almost all gone...could just be the day or timing tho. Still the best location I've ever been too. My Mum was visiting & came with me on my last shop and she even said she thought this no frills was amazing... and for my mum to say that is surprising because she is a hard woman to please lol Keep up the good work! ????????

Updated review: <<<>>> Went there today to buy Kashi cereal. I checked the PC express app before going and knew that they carry what i was looking for but the price on the shelf was exactly $1.50 higher than the price on the app!!!! If it was only few cents it wouldn’t have mattered but $1.50 is a HUGE price difference. I had to walk around to find someone who can help me, he went to get another person, who ended up getting another person (three people by this time!!!) , all these staff were very friendly and great customer service but I lost half an hour standing around waiting for this to get sorted out. At the end they honoured the price on the app but come on Loblaw, you shouldn’t trick your customers like this!!! My time and your staff’s time was wasted to sort this out. I’m sure you have all kinds of systems that you can manage inventory and prices. Unless you do this on purpose to trick customers who come in to your store. I am appalled! Screenshot from the app and photo from the item on the shelf are attached. First review: Went there yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Clean, organized, well stocked and friendly staff. Oh and best of all, they have an isle with organic and things you would buy in health food stores! This will be my new go to store. Glad that i will be using my Optimum card more frequently because of this location.

This is a new location that recently opened. It's a good location with sufficient parking lot. There are going to be more stores opening in the same plaza. A pizza store ooened already next to it. This store is big enough. You can get all types of groceries, produce, fruits and vegetables. The price at no frills is always reasonable and affordable. They do offer the price match as well.

Store is bigger than your average No Frills, very clean, and awesome staff. They have a Deli, and Seafood section in the back for fresh meats, and seafood which I found pretty impressive. They have a wide selection of foods throughout the store. Great supermarket overall!

I was shopping at this No Frills today about 15 minutes ago on Sunday May 2nd. Normally my experience at this location is fine but today was another day. The shopping experience was as usual, nothing to write home about . But it was when I left that my bad experience started. As I left the vestibule and exited the building I was stopped by an older African American gentlemen wearing regular clothing ( khakis and green sweater plus a hat,) . This gentlemen proceeded to ask me is I had scanned a specific item in my cart to which I replied "are you accusing me of stealing ", his reply was "no ,some people forget to scan items sometimes." My reply to this was that if he thought I was stealing from them to call the police. I was humiliated in front of a line of customers waiting to come into the building . I worked customer service and part of that was in store loss prevention and in no universe can you accuse a customer of stealing with zero evidence. Absolutely horrible experience.

It's hard to give the store and an accurate reviews so early. But I can tell you is that it's nice and clean. I'm really curious what the butcher section is going to look like because at the time I'm writing this there's meat in the coolers but there's cardboard covering the meat. I'm optimistic. If you're not usually No-Frills shopper you might be like me and be a little shocked with all the yellow in the aisles.

If there is something that you are looking for and they don't carry it just ask for manager and let them know what you want and they try their best to get it in stock for you. Very very poor customer service, I do my grocery shopping at this location only, I asked the cashier if she can get me a buggy cart because I didn't have a loonie on me, she said " I am sorry there is nothing I can do". I even mentioned that I'll go shop elsewhere and again she just said "sorry" . I spend about $200 a week, however I will never step a foot into this no frills location

I purchased a cheese product (paneer) from this store on Friday October 15. I went to cook with this item today October 17. Paneer is a product that has a pretty long shelf life, the best before date is usually 4 months out from when it’s made. When I looked at the expiry date on this package it was Sept 2! So the item I bought was about 6 weeks past it’s expiry date. Frank’s No Frills still had it on the shelf and continued to “face” it ( bring the package to the front of the shelf so customers picked it first). How is it possible that this store does not check the expiry dates on this item for over 6 weeks!? How can they possibly try to sell items this far past the expiry!? This is not the first time I’ve had expiry date issues at this store. WARNING - check all expiry dates when you buy things at this store because they obviously don’t check themselves. Do better Frank’s No Frills !!!!
