Amazing experience with Bloomex the first time I used them! I send flowers often and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again. From the time I ordered, until my sister received the bouquet, it was only 45 minutes!! I was blown away! On top of that, the flowers were gorgeous! Love the options & how easy they make the subscriptions where you can send them to someone or keep them for yourself that month. Thank you for not only providing a great product but backing it up with excellent customer service.

I wish I could go less than 1 star. I thought I had my share of terrible companies, but seriously this company trumps that. There customer service is helpless from hanging up to not offering proper solutions to not following up. I helped my dad purchase flowers for my parents anniversary. We ordered paying more for morning delivery, so that it would make it before 12 pm. Flowers NEVER arrived. I call at 12:40 pm and I got the difference of delivery fee refunded and was promised the flowers would make it soon. I called another time asking for the status, and then asking to talk to a manager and the agent just hung up. Next time I call the next agent told me he would call the delivery driver and get back to me within the hour. Nothing happened. 1.5 h pass I call again, no help, no valid solutions. My parents were stuck all day waiting for flowers that didn’t make it and the next best date the company gave me was 5 days later and no refund. My parents had to cancel plans because they were waiting for flowers that the company said would make it and their anniversary was destroyed. This company is garbage!!!!!!!!! I’m still going to be contacting them to talk to a manager. Absolutely terrible! If I could I would copy and repeat this review 100 times. Such terrible service! Very unreliable!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

If there was an option for 0 stars I would put it!! I ordered a flower arrangement to surprise my friend for her birthday and luckily I got it ordered to my place first because it was the ugliest flower arrangement I have seen. It would have been embarrassing to gift that to someone. The pictures I included were from right after the flowers were delivered. DO NOT BUY FLOWERS HERE. Any good comments you may see are likely fake as I found out the company gives additional $5 off to their customers if they write a google review for Bloomex!!! They say they care about quality but they clearly don’t considering they sent me squished, dying, old and wilted flowers with an ugly vase (please see the ordered vs what I got pictures). I ended up making my own flower arrangement last minute from Zehrs flowers and that was a million times better than anything from Bloomex. I contacted Bloomex and their customer service is horrible and won’t take accountability for their actions and refund the awful product they send. They even said that if they were to resend it could take up to five days because they need to wait tor fresh flowers?? That’s hard to believe considering the dying flowers I received (and that I’m not the first to have this happen). Also who gives a birthday flower arrangement 5 days after someone’s birthday?? They won’t refund and offered me a gift basket or credit to their store which is really inconsiderate since this is solely a faulty product they sent out. I also do not ever want to order from them again. I would advice NOT to purchase anything from here unless you’re wanting disappointment like I got.

Terrible. Flowers were delivered at 7:15pm on the hottest day of the year. The flowers were most likely in the delivery vehicle for hours as they were wilted. Not 4 hours later the roses started dropping their peddles. This is not what I expected when I placed my order. Completely unacceptable.

Support the Farmer!The flowers are always fresh, beautiful and organic...in these times especially, supporting NATURE, the growers, and those associated to a quality product such as Bloomex, is what matters most to me. Order a gift box with a teddy bear and rose for a grieving mother and this what Bloomex sent.. dead roses , rotten frozen fruit .... absolutely outrageous customer service... I will never ever buy anything from Bloomex again! As much as I enjoy your fake sympathy... no refund has been give. No apology to the family they hurt and every day I call looking for at least a refund. If I could I would give you less then one star but google doesn’t allow it .... do the right thing refund the amount, apologies to the hurt family and to my family for the embarrassment you caused. Update ... Their replacement is a fake promise Fake tracking number and absolutely the worst customer service... don’t waste your money or time Replacement fruit box : box with a cheap bottle of wine, bruised fruit just thrown in ...absolutely disgusting ! Do not order flowers from Bloomex! The quality and service will disappoint. I ordered a $55 arrangement, then added a $10 upgrade fee and paid extra for a morning delivery. The flowers did not arrive on the scheduled day, so I had to contact Bloomex. I received an "order stats changed" email with no information. The flowers did finally arrive the next day (pretty useless the day after my anniversary) well after the 12pm deadline, and they looked terrible. Each of the blooms were brown and wilted with holes in 2 of them. I suspect they were sitting in a truck for 2 says. I tried to get a refund on the delivery fees. My emails to the support address received no response. The online live agents abandoned our chats 3 times. When I called their support number, they simply said there was nothing they could do. Do yourself a favour and get flowers elsewhere, especially if they are for an important occasion.

I sent flowers to my mother for Mothers' Day. I ordered the Designer's Choice where Bloomex choses for you its best flowers. They sent not one, but two bouquets to my mother. The flowers arrived on May 3 and as of May 28, some of the flowers are still alive. The bouquets included some succulents that my mother is going to plant in her garden. My mother was so pleased- she has told me repeatedly how much she liked the flowers. I could not have had a better experience.

The only good thing I can say about this company was that they did deliver on the correct day. The flowers arrived from Purolator, in a HOT box, more than half dead, and looked nothing like the sample photo on the site. I emailed customer service but three days later still hadn’t heard from anyone. I then contacted the company through their chat portal. They take forever for every response. They told me that I needed to email customer service and someone will get back to me in 24hrs. So I emailed again…. Still no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Edit: if you see their responses to the justifiable bad reviews, they just copy and past the identical response to everyone. EDIT: they have responded to me with the same canned response they give to every poor review, asking me to do the exact thing that I have already done, twice.

My first order of roses was great. They were fresh and perfect. My Second order of sunflowers was good, but not without issues. They came very dehydrated and bent in the packaging. After being in water they perked up and lasted almost a couple weeks, but the shipping was clearly hard on them. Overall though I'm very happy with Bloomex and their flowers.

Horrible product, horrible customer services. Ordered on a Thursday for a Saturday delivery, to my dear friend who lost her father. Got emailed the Saturday stating they didn’t have a florist in the area and an upgraded plant would be delivered Tuesday, wasn’t happy about it but what can you do. Wednesday rolls around and it says it’s still in transit what condition is this plant going to be in travelling for days! Ask for My money back so I can just order new flowers no they couldn’t do that they would send new ones and don’t forget upgraded again. My friend calls to thank me and I explain the situation and ask her to send pictures. I have never been so embarrassed and glad I didn’t send them to a funeral home! Call and emailing is horrible, staff are not helpful and rude! They finally email me back saying they will Give Me a 15.00 credit…really!!!

My flowers arrived exactly when I expected them to and were absolutely gorgeous. They lasted a long time, and I loved getting to learn more about the farm from which they came. The colors were quite a bit different from what I expected from the photos, but were still beautiful and unique. My favorite part was that the bouquet I chose came with two adorable succulents that I was able to pot and plant to keep (hopefully) for a long, long time! I bought flowers on Oct. 29th for one of my teachers and I didn't come despite the fact that I had ordered before 12. It was a same day delivery order. They didn't come and when I called to follow up they claimed it was because they couldn't deliver to schools so I contacted my teacher and gave them her house address. They put it in the system and said the courier would be on it right away. Apparently the order status changed too. It's Dec. 16 and the flowers still haven't come and I have not gotten a refund despite my efforts to contact them. I would give it 0 stars but that's not possible so I give it a one.

This is my first time ordering on Bloomex as I was looking for a gift basket (there are none to be found locally in stores which is extremely frustrating when looking for a simple but classic gift. Gift baskets never go out of style) to send to a company as a thank you gift for their hospitality towards me and my mom for a service they provided. What I loved about Bloomex was even though I couldn't find a physical location to go in and place my order, their online process was very smooth. I was looking for a standard fruit basket, but outside of Edible Arrangements there doesn't seem to be any companies that provide uncut fruit baskets for delivery. I also really like that deliveries can be made the same day you order. Will use again.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers, chocolates, card and a balloon. They delivered a completely different set of flowers claiming their florist ran out, but they didn't even call to let me know if I was ok with the onces they chose because they didn't want me to cancel the order. They didn't deliver the nice card they advertised but printed piece of white paper. They delivered a cheap purple balloon instead of the fancy one and completely different cheaper chocolates than the chocolate truffles advertised. You see the pattern here. They will show fancy stuff online and deliver something that looks like its worth $20. Worse, the customer service refused to correct the situation, kept hanging up on me for lack of response to the false advertisement, and only offered me a $20 credit, which their shipping cost $20. It's a huge scam artist company.

Easy transaction, great deals and coupon codes available. Express delivery made it on time and the recipient says they are beautiful. Ordered: Enchanted cottage. EDITED TO ADD: While they were nice and fresh, they were definitely not as described. I find it ridiculous they don't include the vase, but it's noted in the description & I missed that, so I guess that's on me. However, if you picture it in a vase, include the vase - literally every other floral website does this.

Spent a week trying to get a response (email, chat and phone calls) Nothing. Can't reach anyone on the phone. No response to emails and the chat is just a bot that gives the same repetitive unhelpful answers. It's now Saturday... and still nothing. I can't even cancel the order... awful awful awful!!!

I ordered a holiday gift basket from Bloomex for a company event as a door prize. I even opted to going for a deluxe thinking it would have much more inside enough for 12 people to share (it describes quantity inside would be more) I ended up receiving the package and it was nothing like described truly disappointing even for 3-4 people to share. I hyped this place up to my management team as I have purchased flowers from here occasionally. It was a true let down I didn’t even open the cellophane or basket or anything I just opened the delivery box to look inside and immediately called to request to send back and for a refund. They just messaged me back and said I’m not eligible for a refund or return even after I sent pictures of the basket in perfect condition. Now I’m out -$160!!!! 160 for what I got is ridiculous. Just lost my business.. as well as many people in my corporate company. The least you could have done is let me return and refund.

The flowers were all wilted one rose was broken the balloon said it’s a girl instead of happy birthday. She asked for a refund and they said no . Instead yesterday they sent me another bouquet that was wilted . The Gerber daisies all looked terrible. The sponge that was suppose to hold the water was a broken into pieces so no wonder the flowers were all wilted. Buyers beware I had an experience myself with this company months ago when I sent flowers to a family member. Her flowers were all wilted and died within a day of receiving. I also paid the extra for deluxe . It’s a waste of money and terrible customer service . I did email them as well as my aunt with no response. They will reply back to this review- please contact us. You will with then get no response and no refund . Please beware of this company. I hate to see anyone else waste their money

I ordered a “supersized arrangement for a funeral and was embarrassed by what was sent. It wasn’t supersized at all. It was very small. Bloomex decided that it was in the same colour scheme and fresh so they wouldn’t do anything about it. I will NEVER order from them again. Buyer beware.

I’ve used Bloomex before. As per usual, the flowers were beautiful and the recipient was very happy. I docked the score by one star because of the delivery timing (and perhaps this isn’t Bloomex`s fault). The flowers were a birthday gift. While they were delivered on the promised day, they came at 6:30 PM. It would’ve been nice for the flowers to have been delivered earlier in the morning.

There was a mistake in my order. Upon calling, Bloomex quickly sorted out the issue. The recipient actually received the order again due to the mistake. Which is greatly appreciated. As I now have to order for another occasion, I have gone with Bloomex again. I was able to use a discount (always good!) and am looking forward to my Mom receiving her flowers, vase and card.

Absolutely disgusting. Rotten fruit … 3 lemons, 2 plums, 6 clementines and rotten grapes. This was sent to my family from my 90 year old grandmother. How lovely to rip people off right before Christmas. Half of the fruit mentioned on the website was no where to be seen in this sad excuse of a “fruit lovers” basket. Never order from this company! Bloomex it looked like they threw the box on the porch and never let us know in any way that flowers were delivered in the afternoon . The next day about 2:00 in the afternoon my husband went out to shovel off the porch because it had snowed and saw this box laying on the porch about 4 feet from the door on its side ,then brought them in and opened the box to find the arrangement which looked like it might have been nice at one time but some of the flowers were out , the one candle broken out and the other bent , the ribbon just sitting there and the flowers were frozen so the next day even after trying to repair and water especially the white roses were all brown and when we tried to get some satisfaction from the company they said we don’t know how to take care of them

DO NOT waste your money. Pay for same day to an commercial address which I was guaranteed by 5pm. Best part She gets a text message saying an order is on route for delivery between 7 and 9 pm. so thanks for ruining the surprise for our anniversary and thanks for attempting to deliver after business hours. Top it off the online support cause no one answers the call centre just says the driver will try again tomorrow.

Terrible experience. I was supposed to get the type of bouquet in the first picture on top of which I paid EXTRA for TRIPLE SIZE. Instead I got the bouquet in the second picture which was less and not even comparable to the original size. NOTHING in comparison. Not satisfied and I demand a refund. In fact the bouquet came in a box dismantled from the vase. It should have been put together. In fact the vase wasn’t even the same from the picture.

One time the bouquet was held up in the mail and Bloomex was very proactive - they made sure I was aware and issued a credit without me asking. I received “roses” on Tuesday (17th) from a good friend. She kept asking if I had received a package. When I got home on Tuesday the box from Bloomex was at my front door. As I opened it, I realized it was upside down, when I opened petals fell out, on further inspection I saw some of the roses were dead and others were withered. I cut off the ends and put in water in the hopes of reviving the remaining ones. I was most disappointed, so I put a post out on my Facebook to see if anyone knew of this company, Bloomex, imagine my surprise when numerous people responded with horror stories about the quality of their orders and the service received. I will be letting my friend know, but I don’t want to upset her, but she needs to know not to ever order flowers from Bloomex. Attached photos taken today, 2 days after delivery. This is absolutely disgraceful service and very deceptive based on what they advertise and what they deliver.
