Very accommodating to a last minute special order of 126 boxes of Nerds. Staff are sweethearts (pun intended). I was pleasantly surprised upon coming to this "new" location (hadn't been in years since they were on Doyle Street) at how spacious it is. A fantastic selection of unique and novelty gifts I haven't seen elsewhere in the city, and very diverse (read: something for every age, hobby and relationship). Bulk candy is colour coded for those who are soothed by such things. Hidden jem: their M&Ms section with flavours I didn't know existed. How did I function before Hazelnut or Thai Coconut M&Ms?

There are lots of cool and interesting time to buy here you can't really find anywhere else. Although they are pricey. We often atop in for candy bins because you can mix several different types in one bag from the bins.

Amazingly friendly store. My 1.5 year old son was running around here even snuck away from me and behind the counter to no complaints to from the staff. He ended up with a bunch of stuff he liked - 3 new rubber duckies, a new yellow Volkswagen beetle which he may or may not think is also a duckie, and several other random things. The have snacks, toys, gifts, candy, and a bunch of funny cards. Worth a visit

This is a really cool, eclectic store. On top of all the tons of candy they have, they also have a variety of gift ideas and knick knacks that you probably won't find elsewhere. I got my mom these cute little reading glasses that hangs around your neck and when you need to see something up close, you just hold them up to your nose almost like a monocle. Of course all this fun comes with a price, but that's probably to be expected. The ladies who worked there were really friendly too.

Love this store. They sell a wide variety of different items and lots of the old day candy that we grew up eating as kids and best of all they sell Roger's Chocolates from British Columbia. The store was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly. I will be going back again.

I’m in Ontario and I ordered from there for my sisters birthday who is living in Halifax. Their customer service was excellent. I spoke with both Ebony and Josephine and they had exceptional service. They were both so pleasant and helped me resolve a credit card issue. My sister received her box and it was beautiful. Loaded to the brim with goodies. I ordered the medium Retro Green basket. I would definitely order from them again!! Thank you for going over and above. It was greatly appreciated. It’s an awesome alternative to giving flowers or chocolate for a special occasion.

Cute little novelty shop two blocks away from spring garden. About half of the store could be classed as novelty and gift items. There are funny gifts, beautiful travel mugs, kitchenware, and stuffed animals. The other half is an assortment of sweets. There are more pricey items along one wall, a wide assortment of packaged classic candy, and bulk bins in the back half of the store. The selection is pretty good, but they don't indicate in bins either the ingredients or if something in vegan/gluten friendly (understanding nothing is truely safe out of bulk bins). Some items strike me as a bit pricey, but overall, it's worth the stop if you are able to. I would say it's a good spot to get your sweet tooth taken care of.
