Decent selection of Indian groceries at this store. You can find most spices and condiments required for Indian cooking. Produce section also had good choices with items needed for Indian cooking. They also some fresh sweet selection, which I believe isnt made in-house but probably made offsite by supplier who supplies sweets across the KWC area. The owner also have a tailoring business and a restaurant attached to the grocery store, thus making it much more attractive for families to come around for number of activities.

We were happy to discover the Pranaam India Supermarket durinig the lockdown . Found everything there that we could have looked for, even tasteful Indian food and sweets which are rare things to get. Highly recommended love this supermarket.

Extremely unsatisfied ,I've been a regular customer of Pranam stores ,but every time I had to wait at the counter for nearly half an hour as no one will be there to bill the products. August 2,2021 at 2.55pm I came to pranam, the store was open, I picked 4 packs of plain parata and a bottle of gulab jamun , and after half an hour of waiting, someone came for the shift while I was just gonna leave the premises. It's quite unethical and unprofessional to leave the store billing unattended . Fed up of this kind of irresponsible behavior. Will try not to come here for purchase when there is any urgent cases.

The store is well stocked with great items and friendly helpful staff. The dessert & pastry counter is full of unique and delicious treats that the staff seem very excited for you to try each one! The restaurant side is lovely as well. Full of fresh and rich flavors and caring attentive service. I had the lamb madras and the butter chicken and both were excellent. I would absolutely recommend this business and wish them all the best!

The restaurant is delicious and a new favourite of mine! Love the butter chicken and Palak Paneer. I haven't been inside the supermarket but it looks lovely as well, and the entire establishment is clean and the employees are very friendly and kind!

Great customer service!! It’s my one stop shop for all my Indian shopping needs. They have almost everything I’m looking for. They were even ready to bring and stock up specific products and brands of groceries on my request. It saves a lot of time and I no longer need to drive to Mississauga or Cambridge for specific items. I love their boutique which is having very reasonably priced jewelries and clothing. To my surprise, they even offer customized jewelry design!! Overall I’m really happy with their service and recommend it to my friends and families.

Large variety in the supermarket, the only thing I didn’t find was Zandu Balm, which is the best thing for a bad headache. I also tried the thali from their restaurant, loved the naan(soft and fresh), daal makhani(perfect blend of cream and spices)and paneer makhani(perfect blend of tomato cream and spices)would like to see chat papri on your menu as well. The food was not greasy either. We were greeted by the owners upon entering the store, they were warm, friendly, and helpful, we will be returning soon. Wish you guys the best of luck with your establishment, will spread the word about this place!!!

I was shocked getting into this market, they have "NOTHING', not even bread. Kerala kept was dried and building up fungus. When I asked staff why the shop is almost empty,she replied coz they get stock only on Thursday... First experience was horrible, not sure if I will visit them again. Even price are high compared to shops in Brampton.

Very much enjoyed lunch at this place - Clean and tidy restaurant...Very friendly staff. Naan bread was thin and crispy exactly the way i like it. We had dinner at Pranaam India, a new restaurant in Guelph. The food and service was amazing! This has definitely become a new family favourite The butter chicken was absolutely delicious, the whole famiy loved it! We were still talking about how we much enjoyed the food and experience the next day. The mulligatawny soup was the best soup I have ever had, a definite must anytime we go. The grocery store attached to the restaurant has great prices and all of your needs. We will definitely back. Highly recommend Pranaam India Restaurant and Supermarket

We had the buffet lunch in their lovely restaurant. Will definitely go back. The tandoori chicken was top notch and the service was very friendly. Nice variety of dishes on the buffet. Fresh naan as well.

Worst store owner ever ruined my long weekend morning. Being a long weekend I called the number provided to make sure the store was open even though on google it was updated open but when I reached there the store was still closed and when I called him back he was so rude and hung up the phone when I was still talking and I couldn’t even get anything I went on looking for !! Wasted my time and ruined my mood the guy should realise that he is in customer service and he should provide good service for customer loyalty !!!!!! I have had bad experience with this guy before that’s why I always avoid going to this store and would pick Indian spice house over this but today he being the only option I went there and had a worst experience ever !!!!!!! I never wanted to post anything negative for this store owner and I have avoided it many times but today he pushed me to my limit !! Thank you !!! Heads up for other customers the grocery is not even of good quality!!!

Pranaam India Supermarket, is a grocery and clothing store as well as a restaurant all under one roof. In the grocery store the selection of spices and beauty products is extensive, and the produce looked good and fresh and made us want to buy so many things. The clothing store seemed to be mostly salwar suit sets and saris, but there were accessories and fashion tops and we were told the clothing inventory is still coming in to the store. In the restaurant we found out that there is a daily lunchtime buffet ($12.99) as well as full service. The buffet did feature vegan and gluten free items as well as an array of paneers, meats, salads and even dessert. We arrived on a Friday at the tail end of the lunch rush close to 1:00pm. If you'd like a table between 12:00pm and 1:00pm it is best to make a reservation - yes, they are that popular! Arriving during the lunch rush ensured that we had access to hot food that was regularly coming out of the kitchen to replenish the buffett line. So nothing had been sitting around for hours, under a heat lamp, and everything we tried was delicious, flavourful, aromatic and not too hot. Service was great, the staff were attentive and the chairs were very comfortable. It was a tasty meal, in a new, clean and comfortable setting. We are looking forward to returning. Pranaam is located on Woodlawn, which is serviced by public transit. There are also several parking spots available on site, in front of the restaurant/grocery store and behind it. The restaurant is accessible and navigable for persons with strollers or mobility aids, as there are ramps and a good amount of space between the tables in the dining room and at the buffet area. The only wierd thing about our meal were the tines on the forks. They were blunt and made stabbing and picking up items (specifically salad) a little challenging. This did not really detract from our experience though, and we look forward to our next meal.

Discovered this Supermarket after moving to Guelph. Amazing and friendly owners and good selection of all Indian groceries. Very yummy Indian sweets selection and I have tried almost everything that they have. The attached restaurant serves very delicious food and I always takeout from the restaurant every time I go to the supermarket. Keep up the good work guys!!
