CUSTOMER ALWAYS CHECK YOUR EXPIRE DATES!!! I saw some frozen shrimp marked at $4.99. No sale sign, just a tag with $4.99 on a yellow background. I thought that a good deal and grabbed a few bags. Then I noticed all of the bags expire 2 days from now. I asked a staff member if they had any that were not going to expire in 2 days. I was told they were on sale because they were about to expire. Like said before, there was no sale signage, no original price, just $4.99 on a yellow background. The staff member told me the yellow background meant the item was on sale. Why didn't they just stick the pink half price stickers on?!? There was no signage stating that they would expire in 2 days. I told the staff member that, this is very deceptive, she agreed and said there's nothing she could do. She offered to take another 50% off, but that's not my issue. My issue is that this superstore is trying to trick people into buying nearly expired seafood. When I went to customer service to ask for a comment card, I was told they don't have any. I was given a piece of paper ripped out of a notebook. Very disappointed in this location.

Salad section often times has wilting product, and the weekday hot food prep section has a grumpy staff member. The rest of the store is decent just the to go salads and hot meals sections seem to be over priced for the quality of the food.

Prices compared to Gateway and Costco are rediculous. We only shop here or at Sobeys if we absolutely have too. If it wasn't for getting points with gas purchases we wouldn't go here at all.

Its not bad for a small town; however they sometimes don't have products I am looking for. Many times I go there, buckets are on the floor collecting water dripping from the ceiling which can be a slip or trip hazard. Overall not too bad but some improvements could be made.

My favourite section in any Atlantic Superstore is the bakery. The in-house baked breads are the best, and the buns at the Young Street branch are the best of the best. In general, prices are good, produce & fish are fresh, and there's a good selection of general grocery items.

It's a super market and has food, clothing, electronics and toys. Diner and lunches to go, sushi, bakery, deli, magazines, flowers, seasonal goods (shovels, gazebos and BBQ, etc). They also offer the option to do your grocery online and you simply pick it up.

My only issue with this store is the meat section. Meat quality is lacking.....bad cuts, tough meat, stinky brown hamburger and expired food. I will go out of my way to buy meat else where.

This used to be my main grocery store before I moved to the North End, but sometimes I still come to the Main Street location just because I love the layout of this store much better than Trinity Drive. I find they have better selections of home & kitchen products, home decor, and Joe Fresh clothes too. Sometimes when I go there are empty rows of produce or not the freshest produce available, but the good outweighs the bad here. I also love accumulating PC plus points and find it easy to do so. Great store!

I used to shop here years ago but when Costco came, I stopped going because Costco had better value and service. I was reminded of this last night when I went to the superstore for the first time in quite a while. Good grocery store with reasonable prices. Selection can be hit or miss depending on when you are there. Usually able to get about 80% of the products on the grocery list when I visit. The non-grocery items are spread out and the store feels small and older compared to other larger Superstores, Though I think this is the biggest one in the area. Best "grocery store sushi" in the city! It sells out as fast as they can make it so always fresh for the price. Produce section in this location is well stocked and taken care of. Bakery even had bread slicer. Pharmacy carries wide selection. Seasonal section is small, and housewares section even smaller (it's a smaller store so don't expect JoeFresh or household items at this location). Icecream section has a lot of variety. Now has self-checkout lanes!

Atlantic Superstore is not the store it once was. The biggest problem I see with this location and other is uncleanliness. See attached photos for what I saw one night when I was all set to purchase a turkey. It was repulsive. Some large insect and dirt. This is only one example. This is a 'grocery' store. Step it guys and get the place CLEAN please. I see nothing but sticky, dirty, grimy shelves and hand grime/ prints on the cooler doors/ glass. You sell food I put into my BODY so please CLEAN the stores.

ALSO, I am impressed with there 1 hour special openings for seniors and also they took all the steps to aware people about sanitizing hands. I happened to witness him personally going to them and advising all emoloyees to follow clean protocols to fight against COIVD19.
