Nice grocery store with lots of prepared food (as in prepared by the staff). In my opinion it's what makes Metro stores different than others, since most other grocery stores don't necessarily make their own sandwiches, pastries, etc. However, prices are higher than other stores such as Super C or Maxi (which will always do price matches btw). Other than that, the staff is very friendly and nice.

For the second time they don't deliver half of my products. They have a large section of organic foods which obviously they aren't stacked up on. I use the delivery service for my convenience which turns out to cause a headache because I have made plans which are ruined due to undelivered products. Also it takes forever for the delivery guy to pull up my list of groceries for me to sign. Their technology is outdated and don't recommend their delivery services due to lack of quality products.

This metro has a few problems which makes much of the food spoil and they continue to sell anyways. I have had several issues with purchasing food that has been dethawed and refrozen many times. I have had to return items that were freezer burned approximately 25 times, I am sure that I am not the only one that has had this reoccurring problem.????????

Pros: Service is friendly and helpful. Never had a problem returning stuff. Their hours of 8AM-10PM is really convenient. Cash lineups are short and quick. Cons: Very expensive compared to other grocery stores and they don't price match. I go out of my way to do my groceries elsewhere and only go there when I forget items. Their produce could be Fresher; I don't think they use local farmers.☹️ Their ready to go hot food needs major improvement. Asked them multiple times in the last 3years to get 'Silk for Coffee' and they still don't carry it.

Decent place to shop for groceries. Has all the essentials and organic products I use in daily life and cooking. Cashiers however can be a little ignorant if you aren't capable of speaking fluent French. Even a basic "how are you?" nets you no grocery bags or assistance if not given in their language.
