Voici maintenant trois mois que nous commandons chez G.Cyr. Au début nous étions très satisfaits. Cependant, la qualité du service a beaucoup diminué depuis environ un mois. Il manque des items dans chaque commande. J'en ai marre de devoir vérifier absolument tout, c'est inacceptable. Il faut leur écrire à chaque fois pour se faire rembourser, et parfois il faut leur ré-écrire encore pour se faire rembourser le bon montant. Stress. Perte de temps. Je comprends si vous n'avez pas les choses en stock, mais si vous m'avez facturé pour qqchose, je m'attends à l'avoir dans ma commande. En plus lors de la dernière livraison le livreur a juste dompé le stock devant la porte sans nous aviser. Alors je sais pas ça fait combien de temps que mon lait pis mon fromage sont au gros soleil de canicule (bravo!). Et il manque encore pour 25$ de stock pour lequel on m'a facturé. Dommage, j'avais donné 5 étoiles au début. J'espère que Gaëtan va se raviser parce que je sais pas si nous allons commander là à nouveau. --------- Service de livraison à domicile super rapide. Et la livraison est effectuée toujours rapidement, souvent même dans la journée pour certaines commandes, tout dépendant de l'heure à laquelle on passe la commande. -- Des fois, on commande pour du ramassage ou une livraison à l'épicerie et j'ai souvent l'impression que le commis qui prépare la commande travaille plus pour son patron que le client. En ce sens qu'on se retrouve avec des produits qui sont quelquefois sur le bord de la date de péremption, pas toujours les paquets les plus garnis, etc. Or, dans le cas de Gaëtan Cyr, c'est un grossiste et on n'a encore jamais connu ce genre de frustration vécue avec certains supermarchés. -- J'écris ceci, alors que nous sommes encore en train de nous apprêter à faire préparer une autre commande. Ç'a vraiment été apprécié pendant la pandémie, mais c'est certain qu'on continuera d'y avoir recours même après.

I was thrilled when I found out about Gaetën Cyr after trying to shop at an overcrowded grocery store when the Pandemic hit. I was a little concerned because I prefer to pick my own fruit and vegetables. I've changed my way of thinking because everything is so fresh and it comes boxed so it takes no time to unpack and my grocery order is done in minutes when I shop online. We like buying the 3lbs of mixed green salad and the huge bag of spinach which are an excellent deal. Their green onions stay fresh for a very long time. We also like their avocados. The lemons and limes we prefer to purchase by the dozen. The local products are good as well. Or family enjoys the Aviator tourtière, Marcello pesto, La Trappe à Fromage products and Flirt Kombucha. We have tried their steaks, chicken, porc roast and fish all were excellent quality. Gaëten Cyr does provide a weekly flyer with some great deals. Some of their products are more expensive than the 'door crasher' deals in the Grocery store. And I'm not able to get the rye with caraway or pumpernickel breads that we enjoy so much. I still have to shop at a regular grocery store for the odds and ends that Gaëten Cyr is unable to provide and take advantage of the sales flyers and 'door crasher' deals at that time. We have been shopping with Gaëtan Cyr since April and have ordered about twenty (20) times. On occaission there were shortages and our invoice was adjusted accordingly. I have had issues with the products and have emailed sometimes returned other times I have had to follow up with a phone call (and did notice that I no longer could reach someone directly because they became automated). I remained persistent and patient while the company adjusted to the increase in demand a learning curve for them I'm sure). All my concerns were addressed in a professional manner and that is what matters most to me (not the problem but the resolution/ outcome). Gaëten Cyr began delivering to households during the Pandemic and we are grateful that they have decide to continue with home delivery even after the Pandemic is over. We will continue to shop with Gaëtan Cyr because of the quality of service, the politeness of the delivery drivers and the sheer convenience. The best part is the amount of time that we save shopping through them.
