This salmon is absolutely the best I’ve ever had! If you’re in the Percé area, it’s really worth the detour on a bumpy road (don’t go too fast) to go and get some product there. Fresh, finely seasoned. Definitely recommend. Make sure you bring cash with you!

Émile pour m'aviser que ma commande était possiblement dans le lot contaminé. Et non, aucun appel, je l'ai découvert en lisant le journal. Suite à mon appel au fumoir,, on me confirme que ma commande est peut-être dans le lot contaminé à la listéria. Et si je n'avais pas téléphoné, nous aurions, peut-être, mangé encore plus de saumon fumé contaminé. Le problème n'est pas tant la contamination (cela peut arriver presque partout), c'est la gestion de la crise qui est immensément déficiente. Désolé ce sera terminé pour moi. Notre santé n'a pas de prix. Ci-joint mon premier commentaire avant la crise: Le meilleur saumon fumé au monde. Il est possible de le commander directement de l'usine de Gaspé et le faire livrer à la maison à un prix super intéressant. Belle entreprise de la Gaspésie. Bravo.
