Less busy than the Uptown Sobeys, and a better ethnic aisle to accommodate foreign student clientele. Smaller than Prospect and generally less selection when it comes to baked goods, fish, cheese, etc. But trust me, having battled the hoardes uptown, the chill atmosphere makes up for the slightly smaller store, plus things aren't as picked over. Worth mentioning that it is near an ANBL location, but you have to drive all the way around the block to get to it, the two parking lots aren't connected despite the buildings being back-to-back, which is a bit annoying...

Store is well organized, clean. Best part is the bakery. Other than that all things are expensive. Even the same brands can be purchased for half the price from walmart. Produce collection is poor. Atlantic Superstore can be a good choice for produce than sobeys. However customer service is average. I personally dont see any troubles so far. Its another average store. It's like Walmart but with less and less healthy selection, worse organization, far, far worse management on, as far as I know, every level that manages to treat it's employees even worse, and has higher prices than Walmart or Superstore almost across the board. To Sobeys, I no longer feel safe in your store since you changed your check-outs back to the old ways.
