If I could give this place 0/5 I would. Spent around 35,000 at this place in the last 6 years their customer service is horrendous. Especially when it comes to warranty, or so they call it warranty until something breaks and then they might give you a 1/4 of what you paid for the item in store credit since they can't supply the items to fix it. Same goes for furniture don't let them tell you if you don't use the warranty you will be refunded cause that was also a lie. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever. Deeply disappointed.

We always buy furniture from Edmonton and thought that good furniture is not available in Fort McMurray! That’s completely wrong ????! We went to Brick Outlet and was amazed to see their collection! All types of furniture and appliances are available there. Store size is big, wide open, you can see one corner to other. Nicely decorated and very good layout for furniture. We really liked the store. The staffs are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Canadian make items are available in 3/4 days. However, outside Canada make items has long delivery time due to 3 month or so due to COVID-19 pandemic. Product price is reasonable. Some items are on sale. We bought few items and are very happy with the price and customer service. There are parking available for customers. I highly recommend to buy furniture from this store.

So I along with my friend went to Brick outlet about a week back. He had ordered a centre table. So we went in just to pick up that box. The lady at the front desk wanted us to go to the unloading station. We went outside and towards the unloading station and saw a buddy just pulled in with a big U Haul truck. So we went back in and requested her to give the box to us right at the front desk for which she totally refused. It was just 1 box probably 25-30lbs about 2 feet tall and half feet wide. Upon requesting her again she just said that she cannot do that and she needs to go through a line and cannot skip people.(that makes sense but apparently there was no 1 else except for me and my buddy at the front desk). I asked her again why can she not just hand us the box here and she got frustrated for no reason. When we did not move she asked someone to get the box and told us to wait and said it will be a little bit till we find the box. The buddy who went to find out box came back with the box in 30 seconds and gave it to us. We took it and left. Talking to her the very first time, going outside coming back in and talking to her again and then convincing her to give us something which belongs to us took us over 40 mins. This could have been totally avoided and we could have been in and out in 5 mins. A perfect example of awful customer services. People wanna support local businesses and buy local but if the customer service continues to be as awful and frustrating then you are going to see more and more businesses shut down. Either she is not trained properly which is a skill issue or she is not willing to help. Skill issues can be solved but will issue is a big one. Bad bad customer service

Long story short go to the outlet not the reg store!! The manager and sales people work with you and helped fix the reg stores mistake. The sales people actually ask if you need help and not just all sit in the corner, talking amongst themselves making you feel like you are disturbing them.

I had a delivery of a recliner chair scheduled from The Brick Outlet in May 2021. Zach and Terron were the best. They called ahead because they were a little ahead of schedule, took the chair out of the box, set it up in the living room, and took the box away - all in a matter of minutes. Very nice young men. And the chair is pretty nice too (made in Canada, which is a plus for me!).

I called in looking for a bed frame in stock, when Bill called me back he said they had one bed put together but it was "out of my price range because it's a higher end bed".... I never discussed my budget. I asked how much this frame was, it's regular $1400, on sale for $649... Bill, that was probably the worst sales pitch I've ever heard..... I'm insulted and 100% shopping somewhere else. Also, I looked it up online, the bed is actually pretty nice and for $649 I would have purchased it.

Clearance pricing is the same (actually a few dollars more) as the regular prices for the same item everywhere else. Arbitrary high prices do not mean you're getting a deal. Shop around online and you'll see what I mean. 20% off of a price that is 20% more than everyone else is not a deal haha

Bad bad experience .. with financing employees really don't know how the financing effects the credit report....or how it works I was advised by a fellow employee that they only do soft credit checks which does not affect the score ... After few day I find out from my credit alerts that they did a hard credit check not ones but freaking twice which reduced my credit score 42 points ... I was really unhappy with this one I tell you ....do your research if your financing with them ....better not to ...

I purchased appliances for my home which my builder still hasn't completed ( over a year pass due) they held the appliances and were super understanding of my situation. When some of the floor models arrived there was obvious additional damage. I went back and spoke with Jacob to show him pictures. He was very understanding and quickly worked to find a solution, replacing them without hesitation. Since the fire it seems like everything is always a fight to replace. I was referred to Dillion K because I had specific questions concerning a gas range hood. My sales agent had indicated that you could not have any kind of glass on the range hood because the whirlpool stove I was purchasing was gas. I really loved the one that was on sale but I was concerned because it did in fact have glass styling. Dillion said don’t stay online I will call Whirlpool for more information and I will call you back. I thought to myself he probably won’t call me back. A couple of days later Dillion called me back with all the answers, he had to wait for whirlpool to give him a call back and I was so impressed by his follow up. He was professional and you could tell he really knew what he was talking about which made me more than comfortable to move forward with my purchase. He found a Brick store in Hamilton On. where I can go and pick up my new purchase. I cannot say enough positive things about Dillion and I am so happy that I was referred over to him! Jordan was the most knowledge and helpful warehouse worker/salesman I dealt from all 3 appliance stores in town. Even answering the phone past closing hours and giving Me full details and prices on all the over the range Microwaves in stock. I told them they should make him a salesman but apparently his skills were much to valuable on the warehouse. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE ASAP! Fast fwd to 1 day later, the LG microwave had very minor signs of being dropped and took twice as long to heat food which Jordan had given Me a $50 credit in lieu of. I called My salesgirl Cassidy and explained the situation and she called back with a better alternative within 40mins and with no hassle whatsoever replaced it and I was on My way.

So bad place to shop. I had a cabinet and that was given damaged for 2nd times. They offer very little money to keep the damage product or telling me to bring back to store every time. I just ended up getting a refund on an entire dining room set worth $1800 because of the most unacceptable customer service I've ever experienced. I called simply to ask about an update on a delivery time if available. I know this is an all day delivery, but I wanted to know when the cutoff time would be, only for the manager on duty to tell me in an unbelievably rude tone "it will be delivered when it's delivered" and ended in her raising her voice at me and hanging up on me!!! Absolutely unacceptable/unprofessional and my business was lost because of it. I will not be purchasing anything from this store if I can help it.

Even after our items were delivered and we had a concern with one of the furniture pieces, he made sure to let us know that everything has been documented and taken care of on their end. Just ordered a TV and a Matress and so far they didn't even call me to let me know it was going to be 4 days after the day they said tey would deliver. In no moment I heard them apologize or even promise to follow up. I swear, do not shop at the Brick or here, they don't care about your money and have the WORST costumer service. Helpful staff, nice clean place and we'll run. Selection is limited because it's a clearance centre, but you can usually find the same products as the Brick downtown for a bit cheaper, as long as you don't mind a scratch here or there.

They called me and said their dolly broke and they had no spares. Not a big deal. I call to see when I can have it delivered they representative at the store was completely unconcerned and told me I had to wait another week. The representative kept telling me the delivery people are comtractors and its not her problem. This is not the first time I have had terrible customer service at the brick fort mcmurray. They have no concern for their customers and quite frankly are usually rude and unhelpful.

Iggloo freezer. After spending around 10 grand refurnishing my home after the wild fire. My $200 freezer died within a month of purchasing it. And nobody would fix or replace it. After meny trips to inquire about my freezer and hours wasted talking and e-mailing iggloo. And after three months of promises to replace it I had no choice but to cut my loss and dump the freezer back where I bought it. They do not help with warranty. Rip offs. Don't shop there and don't wast money on worthless warranties. They do nothing. You would think after a major disaster and making a massive fortune because most people replaced everything that they would eat the loss and replace my $200 freezer. But no...

After having filed a claim through the brick for my "Leather Couch" peeling at the beginning of the year with the Brick and then having their repair man coming out and assessing what they were going to do, then having COVID delay this for several months was both a lucky and unlucky thing. Lucky part was it showed the peeling was not subject to the one area of the couch as it spread in those COVID months and unlucky because people at the Brick could not seem to accept this. it took some convincing and a while to get their repair guy back to the house to re-check but low and behold they for whatever reason could not seem to grasp even from the repair man that things were worse. After several frustrating weeks trying to solve this issue l went for a visit to the Brick and came upon Trisha Hill who not only lent a sympathetic ear to my issue but also understood my issue and went to great lengths for me to fix the situation, she was very professional in her approach, very personable in her attitude and best of all solved all the issues to our satisfaction with one visit! Received a phone call from Dillon today to confirm what Trish and l discussed and arranged delivery for us, even Dillon was very nice to speak with and when an issue arose in getting delivery he very happily made the arrangements to suit my schedule . Please "Mr. Brick" don't lose these employee's!! they make it pleasurable and bring up you store's stature in this community!!
