I purchased a Mammoth Mug from Supplement King in Fort Mcmurray yesterday and forgot to ask for the receipt. I went to use my mug for the 1st time today noticed it leaked from the seal. I took it back to the store and asked to exchange it for another and was told there was nothing they can do without a receipt. I also called to speak with the manager and was told the same. I've spent hundreds in this store over the years and they weren't even willing to EXCHANGE a faulty mug they sold me for another. Ridiculous! Never going back.

OK so I’ve been going to supplement king in Fort McMurray now for about three years..I moved away about a year ago but every time I come up for work.. I always go in to supplement king to get my pre-work out.. and my protein.. i usually get excellent service from the girls that work there.. and it’s one of the big reasons why I go to the store when I’m in Fort McMurray.. they’re always very knowledgable about the product and are always so very helpful! Unfortunately this morning when I went into supplement king..there was a younger fellow there.. and I can tell you right now I will probably never return to this place ever again!!and I will recommend to my friends! Especially if they are female!! not to go back there!!not only did he not know anything about the product that I was looking for! But he was talking on his phone to somebody and I’ve never heard somebody be so degrading to women in my life!!! I don’t know how old this person is!? But he is definitely not a Man! He’s more like a high school kid! And somebody should really talk to him about his manners!his ego! And the language that he uses in the workplace!! I’ve never been so disgusted with somebody in my life and I can honestly say that is true!! It is guys like this that give good men a bad reputations!! His parents obviously did not do a good job raising him!! Because I can tell you!! if I ever heard One of my apprentices talking like that! He definitely would not have a job anymore!! I’ve never been so disgusted!! And it’s really unfortunate because I really like going to supplement king! But now I will take my business elsewhere to Popeyes! And as long as this “guy” I say guy because he is hardly a man! Works at supplement king I will not return!!and I will recommend to my friends to do the same! And I really hope whoever the boss is there keeps a good eye on this person! Or has a talk to him about the language he uses and the way he talks about women! I may be give him a crash course on the products that he selling for that business..I’m sure if the boss had heard what he was saying he would no longer have a job!! This person needs a reality check and he better hope that I don’t see him out of that store because I’ll have a few words for him!! What happened supplement king? I’m sure you can find better employees than this kid! I never write reviews but this time I thought somebody needs to know if they already don’t! I hope one day to return to supplement king in Fort McMurray. But like I said..as long as he’s there you will not get my business!! If I could give no stars I definitely would!

Went in because they supposedly have the GUARENTEED LOWEST PRICES as stated by the sign on the door. Asked the guy if he would match the prices downtown and ge said he couldnt because his manager woukdnt let him.. Was let down when I found that a product that was $40 downtown was 60 at this location. Huge markup.

My go-to supplement store. The best deals and a large well stocked variety of anything you could possible need. They also have a great selection of protein bars and snacks. The staff is knowledgeable and always ask to assist. The owner is also super friendly and always helping to support our community.

They have gone downhill over the years. Service is horrible, they refuse to do exchanges even on unopened items. Their website often doesn't work when checking out. When it does work, don't be shocked if one of the items is the wrong flavor. They don't honor their flyer prices. Last straw for me was their Black Friday sale today - "everything" is buy 1 get 1 at 50% off according to the flyer. In store they said it doesn't apply to any snacks, but online it is discounted and they wouldn't match it. They also deleted my comments regarding this and ignored my messages sent to give them the opportunity to resolve.The only good thing about the place is they carry a good stock. I will be taking my business to their competitor downtown

I bought some vanilla protein on sale here. The staff failed to inform me that it was on sale because it would expire by the end of the month. I opened it up when I got home. It was brown and rancid. They would not return the product because it was a "sale item". Indefinitely lost a client over $20

Excellent service! Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and so welcoming. Staff is always there to help when you have a question. Store is always well stocked, well maintained and very clean. Always have what I'm looking for in stock when I go in. Would highly recommend Supplement King as I never leave disappointed.

I went into this location three times in the last 2 weeks looking for things that we "on sale" in the flyer. Unfortunately they do not stock flyer items . "We get forgotten about all the way up north" as one of the three sales associates said to me. In the 3 years I have been shopping at this store ,I have never seen stock so short. I even brought into the online get it in 2-4 days, try 10 business days. I think its time to find i new places to buy local or online.

I didnt have a very good experience. I walked in Monday evening to get some advice on some supplements. Right away I got the dirtiest look from a blonde lady who was working. Immediately i felt uncomfortable. I browsed around for a bit hesitant to ask for help because of the look I got when I walked in. She just kept staring at me like I was going to steal something. After about 10 minutes she rudely asked "can I help you". I just nodded my head no. She looked a grumpy, hungover maybe. Or like she didnt get much sleep and didnt want to be there. I left a few minutes after that. I dont think I will be returning.

Absolutely amazing owner and staff!! One of the best places to get advise. This crew is warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. They treat me like gold every time I visit. They always go above and beyond by providing a ton of information and offering educated suggestions which is great! The store owner was super helpful and inviting. I didn't know what I was looking for and instead of being intimidating she made me feel comfortable not like most places. They have a wide selection of food products as well which is really helpful when you want a one stop shop!No up-sell, no pressure or BS. So you have a piece of mind that you are getting the best products and the best price! Amazing store, service, and especially pricing! Highly recommended to all my friends it's a pleasure to shop here and at the same time support local business. Keep up the great work!
