Twice now in 2 different jobs i have asked for certain paint and they have "upgraded" me to a "better" paint. I asked for eggshell and the upgrade did not even come in eggshell and they do not tell you its not in the sheen you want. I will be avaoiding sherwin williams on any of my future jobs Edit: Told me they needed to order paint for me as they did not have the paint I needed in stock, advised me it would be 2 weeks, has been 1 month and no call back and they have the paint in stock.. don't go here unless it's absolutely necessary..

1st time going to this store. My experience with these ladies was fantastic. They were able to walk us through picking the right color, matching exactly what we already had plus entered the paint into their system that we bought earlier, through a contractor. Highly recommend buying here. We found the paint a touch more, money wise, but the quality was great and didn't have to put more than 1 coat, so saved that way. Larry
