Staff are mostly always friendly here. Today the lady was very nice. The gas pumps are very outdated and don’t except debit/credit. You always have to go inside to pay. What really drove me crazy was the Tire Inflator. Any other gas station you can put in one dollar and I have more then enough time to do all four tires and still have time left after. This morning I go, put my dollar in, and I only get enough time for one tire! It was shut off after 45 seconds tops. Just ridiculous.

I am very sorry I didn't remove my post sooner...I actually forgot. Just remember some customers share experiences and a mistake can pile onto a bad day.. just please offer to correct mistakes if they happen. Will shrug once but re-occuring.. no thanks. HOWEVER; I HAVE had a few GOOD experiences ordering, and if something was out they compromised well. but honestly skip just makes more work for the same pay, when we can just walk to the store

Would rate them zero if I could! I have been trying to get a hold of this store for over an hour to find out if they offer vanilla load like it says on the MC website. There are 2 phone numbers on google maps for this store, 1 is a fax # and the other one rings once and then hangs up on you. People won’t come if they think you are closed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a really good experience this morning. Stopped in ~1:30am to grab a couple beverages for the drive home, and I had a nice chat with the lovely young lady behind the counter (Natasha, I think?) She was extremely pleasant and nice to talk to. She did a good job upselling me on the personal pizzas, too. (I bought 2. They were pretty good!) She also agreed with me that corporate needs to bring back the cherry crullers. So management - if you are reading this, two things: 1. Cherry crullers. Please bring them back. 2. Natasha is a rock star, and should be promoted. Will likely be back again next time I am in town.

Over and over again have had an ongoing issue with employee ''NAV', will refuse to honor advertised price for 2 for 4 coke products. Will use excuse over and over again that he's new (has been there for a year) , when I show him the picture of the sticker on the coolers stating it's 2 for 4 for members he once again still refuse. I live right near 711 so its convenient for me to go there EVERYDAY as I do, but until this issue is fixed I'm not bothering anymore. Very tired of consistently dealing with an incompetent employee.

Stores a joke manager just centered my 2 boys out accusing them of stealing saying do i have to check my tapes all because they were in there on a break from driver's ed . I'll never bring my buissness to 7/11 again just lost a faithful customer of 20+ uears all because buddy with the title manger thinks hes some type of cop . I get that this store has alot of kids come in and out but unless you see them steal or take from your store shut your mouth ..... My next call is head office .... totally uncalled for ....

I’ve been in this store many times.. I work down the street at a reputable company. The clerk tonight was a disgrace to anyone that works in the customer service or retail field. Bad attitude and gave the impression that he was better than every one else.. also, he didn’t cut my pizzas so I had to eat them from the crust in or rip them apart to eat them properly..

It's the only place open all night in Nelson. It's a good place to kill time, get a coffee, slurpee and a bite to eat. I highly recommend the rewards program, it gets you alot of good deals and free stuff.

Worse customer service i have seen in my life. This Indian guy is extremely rude, these stores needs some serious attention from 7 11, they should teach employees some manners and customer service. You cant just say talk to 7 11 head office why the washroom is closed, or touch the food with hands that just handled cash, and then walk off, when you ask why.

Its your usual gas station stop with the feeling that it just dose not get cleaned top to bottom very often I know this usually is not the workers fault but I cant see them having time to shut their doors to clean everything there. Hope they can think about fixing both inside and outside the shop. It is a crash spot for locals to gamble or just relax it should be given a renovation maybe turn some of that really useless space around the shop to set up some more welcoming decorations like picnic tables.

The cashier was slow because she was talking with one guy when their was like five people in line. She finally stopped then forgot to grad his chicken. I stood there for about five minutes listening about how good a cigarette brand is. But it was probably just the worker but it is a big store. She also didnt ask if I had the 711 app or what bread I wanted for my hotdog. But whatever.

It's a 7-11, not much to say!! Frequently under construction, but doesn't really interfere with service. Staff are friendly and they have a small selection of Asian snacks that caught us off guard. You can count on them to always have new flavours of things, at least.

Always courteous and say hi to the customers in the morning. Good deals on a variety of things. I like the coffee :) One of the less expensive places in Port to get gas, and I collect about $60 in Big Bucks each year.

Unfortunately, my girlfriend and I had an extremely rude experience with one of the cashiers on Saturday November 25th at 7:30 AM. We first arrived at 6:40 AM and were there as customers, spending at least $30/ 40 at this establishment. Buying working fellows that I know, coffees while we waited for my boss to pick me up. I was told not to charge my phone and then about 20 minutes later, I was looking for a new truck on my phone, but was told that we had to leave the store because my girlfriend was assumably sleeping on my shoulder, which she wasn't; she was leaning on my shoulder helping me look for trucks because we only have the one phone. I felt it had something to do with the Stigmata involved with the homeless, but just because we were in the store sitting for less than one hour (not the over exaggerated two hours which she said we were there for) at theare tables and chairs that I presume are for paying patrons to sit. We feel discriminated against and I think that it was quite uncooth and I'll be speaking to the manager on this matter as soon as I can get ahold of the him/ her. Not pleased.

I'm usually all about my 7-11 wings and I was so excited to order the fresh out of the oven ones on display. Sadly, they must have taken mine out of the second case that I didn't even think to look in. When I opened up my bag to dig in, I found these six shriveled up lil wings so covered in salt they were inedible. Also the staff here is a mix between some of the nicest and meanest people I've ever met.

Customer Service was Absolutely laughable! Had the guy tell us he couldn't ring in a pack of cigarettes this morning because he was cooking a pizza and apparently he had to stand beside the oven and hold the oven door while it cooked !! Then when we made our order for 2 packs of cigarettes, The man ( Blad white man ) VERY RUDE starts yelling how he was Soooo overwhelmed because someone was ordering pizza at that time in the morning. It's a standard 7-Eleven but I've found the staff to be very friendly and helpful here. I won a contest a few years back where I got a years supply of a product. The 7-Eleven branded coupons wouldn't scan even though they were legitimate. The staff would process my the coupons without getting frustrated with me, even thought it made for a tedious process for them. The store is kept fairly clean for being downtown. Lines can get long but staff try their best to serve you quickly.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! The staff here surpass all expectations and I hope the owner is aware of just how amazing his staff are. They are warm, personable, extremely pleasant and, it should be noted, extremely patient. I worked in hospitality for 13 years and the stuff I see them have to deal with on and a regular basis never ceases to amaze me. This store is in a particularly bad area of our neighborhood and I am amazed at the level of grace they display when dealing with challenges that arise daily. The hoards of the addicted and street entrenched that linger/pan-handle/do drugs outside the front of store can be intimidating, but the atmosphere completely changes once you enter the store. To be clear, many of the pan-handlers and addicts are kind and welcoming, my son and I buy food or coffees for them when we can afford to. I commend all of the staff - you make us feel like family. Bless you!

a friend of mine was working as a skip driver and was rudely pushed out of the store by one of the employees because he was a minute ahead of receiving his order. one minute! creating a fuss over that and he wasn't even bothering nobody or pressuring them to work faster to get him the order. and yet the manager did him a bad service by reporting him over just that and caused the poor guy from his head office. bad service and worse behaviour towards delievery drivers.

Thank you the 2 young ladies who helped me with my experience on Oct 3rd at 2:30pm .. as I am very upset and I had put my cat down the day before.. then locking my keys in my van with my purse and cell phone after I had already filled and paid for my gas. They were so kind and wonderful to me. They helped me figure out what to do. Letting me use the phone to call since my cell was also locked in the van. They were super nice to me and I cannot thank you both taking the time to help even when it was so busy! You need more staff like these two. ..711 is truly lucky to have these 2 young ladies . I dont know their names but I hope they know they were my Angel's today! Thank you from.the bottom of my heart.

Avoid the coffee bar. Cream isn't consistently iced/chilled and is often room temperature; have had to throw away last 3 coffees I purchased because the cream had gone bad. Called to inform them and girl clearly couldn't care less. Coffee area and store is always dirty. It's a shame, it used to be much cleaner and I never had issue with the coffee a year ago. Management/staff changes maybe?

What a joke. 7-11 is known for one thing only. A slurpee. You get there in a heat wave and the machine is not working. Hasn't been working for days apparently. The sign on the door says "no slurp ice" ........ Icing on the cake. Premium fuel is 30 cent a litre higher than regular. Anywhere else in alberta its 12 cents higher. Must be nice being able to gouge citizens along with tourists all day.

I have always had wonderful friendly service here and as a result they have become my weekly go-to for snacks instead of the place across the street. Today, a man followed me around the store and then stared at me as I was waiting in line. I paid for my things and then asked if he worked there. A tall man who worked there said no. I told them it was creepy to have a man follow a girl around the store (especially such a small store) and the “not an employee” remained in the store and I left feeling very uncomfortable. I am not sure if I can go back there.

The staff is nice and the inside of the store is presentable but the mess that the homeless leave outside at times is enough to scare people away. I just drove by at 3:10 a.m. on September 30th and one guy has made such a mess outside. It looked like a dumpster barfed up some of its contents. Most distressing. Service is horrible. Hot food is never fresh. Staff stops cooking food at 10 pm. I've asked to have a set a wings cooked for me, they refused. People who work graveyard shifts get poor service because staff thinks we're drunks or stoned comming in for a late night snack. This is the worst ran 7/11 I've ever walked into. I've been to dozens of 7/11 stores and always have had food cooked upon request, It didn't matter if it was at 3 pm or 3 am. Never have I been refused a requested order. This has happened on multiple times and I'm officially sick of it.

Not usually too busy. Store is clean, staff speak decent English and the hot food is prepared well. Lots of panhandlers outside depending on the time day. Large groups of agressive drunks - not recommended for small people or women.

Went there this afternoon and asked for a pack of cigarettes, the girl who was working there asked for id and I provided one. She refused to give me cigarettes because am 25 she was like we can only give you cigarettes if you are 30 or above. And she showed me poster on the gates which was id zone under 30 I told her its mean you have to check id if it looks like the person is under 30 she refused and told me she is working for 3 years and know all the rules.

Great convenient store to go to if you have half a day to wait to be helped. They constantly put priority on petty needs such as putting a hot dog on, emptying trash, topping off coffee rather than helping customers in line. While those other things can wait. Used to go there in the morning for smokes and coffee but decided to stop as I didn't have 10 minutes to wait for someone to cash me out.

Worst store I have ever seen in canada. Two girls were working today. Both of them was too rude. 7-11 need to pay very much attention on this store. They guys use washrooms for themselves only. They said washroom is for staff only. They refuse to give keys to customers. Why we should go on this store where ,there is no convince for customer. Government should take lega ll action against these types of store which don’t give service to customers. I highly give this store negative points.

It's great cause it's the only place open after 12pm. Covids tuff on restaurants and they seem to be burning thru staff. Staff need more training on how to run the till , cook food , etc... Nelson gets a low rating . Can't blame the new workers they were poorly trained !

Filthy washroom . If that's their best at showing how good this place is I sure wouldn't eat or order food here. Cleanliness standards very low. Not taking any chances. Good luck. No seriously. Nothing has been wiped down in months. Layers of grime on vents and don't touch the walls. Might catch something. Gross.

Yesterday one of my friend went to 7/11 for skip order, he drives for skip the dishes. The manager was so rude to him and because he was 3 minutes early to pick the food and he throw him out from the store. How rude is this, how someone can do that, if you are doing that with skip drivers who are just doing their jobs so you must doing that with the customers as well. We will go ahead and the take the action against it. So rude and very disrespectful

Every time I go to buy smokes the price is different. When asked why the answer is the price went up. I have been a smoker for many years and have never seen the price go up every day. Also when there are sales they still charge the regular price not sale price

I recently left a gas cap at this 7-11 on a trip back to our home in southern Washington State. I realized the mistake a couple of hours later at the next gas stop. I called the store and got the manager, Daniele Hanley. She was kind enough to mail me the gas cap and paid for it out of her own wallet. Daniele did not have to spend her own money but she kindly did. My big thanks to her and for her kindness and generosity.

Very good and satisfying store visit. it was my first experience in 7-11 15th Avenue store. I was there to buy fuel and some cigarettes today in morning. one East Indian guy Bikramjeet served me. He is best and talented guy I ever met so far in 7-11. he push me to buy 2 cigarettes instead of one pack. He upsell food and I buy it only Because he explains me the deal very well. He has good knowledge and experience of dealing with customer. They way he served it make me feel good and happy ???? ????.

We drive out of our way to 711 so I can get coffee. The staff here are always friendly and get to know their customers which is why there are so many come back. The store is always clean and well stocked. Can get busy around school times with the students around but great location.

Just got a Tim's coffee from there. They are not using tim horton beans. It taste like Columbia. The coffee beans normally used at 7/11. So don't expect Tim's coffee.

Horrible overnight staff. Rude, snappy, unpleasant, unprofessional. Not sure why your employee chose to roll her eyes when given a 50$ for a 20$ Purchase... But I’ll make sure not to bother her with my money again! Have also asked multiple times when visiting- when was the hot food was last refreshed? Every single time I am responded to with sarcasm or “they don’t go bad”... but with an attitude like that how and why would I trust you... big let down. Should’ve kept the sweet young man who didn’t stand a chance being trained by this awful employee and got rid of the rude old lady herself, but we knew he wouldn’t be comfortable working there after watching how differently she trained him opposed to the young lady working now. Not impressed.
