Awful customer service time and time again. A few staff members are great, but the poor service by some workers sours my experience every time I enter the store. The products are usually overpriced, and I constantly feel like my time and business is not respected. Only go here if you have no other options.

Upgraded aging cell phone. Was asked if current plan was working for me. I confirmed it was. Next bill from TBay Tel included a 32% increase in price. Sight & Sound employee said nothing about this. Called TBay Tel who refused to take any responsibility for their agent not discussing this with me.
