Have been trying to get in contact with this place for a few weeks now and it just brings you to a voice message stating that if you call next week we will book you an appointment by phone. I just got off the phone with the main office and they said they are doing drop off only at all H&R locations... this location needs to answer their phone...

Advertised as “convenient, accurate, affordable “. It is poor, expensive service. They’re only open when they feel like being in the office, yet they’re closed, only to return calls and seek more commissions. There are other people who can do it for cheaper, just ask around!

Recently went to H&R to file taxes, Aaron was a huge help. He was very patient and understanding as we worked through the process. He was very thorough and explained all the details and steps as he finalized the return. It was a pleasure to be served by Aaron. Everytime i try and call here i am met with an answering machine. During hours when it states that you are open. And when I have gotten through to somone I am told that I must drop it off on a Monday and come back another day to pick it up! Which for one i have never had to do at any other H&R block aswell as I am from out of town and am already driving a few hours there and back to have said taxes done. So I dont want to be making an extra trip to do so. All in all I will be taking my business to thunder bay. I have been trying to book an appointment for over a month now. A representative told us he would accommodate us because he wants my business but then the representative answering the phone keeps saying that they can't And won't make it possible to speak to the representative that said he would accommodate us. For the record the instore representative who did my girlfriends taxes prior to this and said he would accommodate us was deservid of the 5 stars.

Had some issues regarding a past tax return, Aaron was the one that helped us out, made the stress of owing money before Christmas disappear.
