My husband and I went to the drive-through and we ordered 2 Blizzards. We had a very short wait for being second in line. I am finding that if you go to the drive-through, you get your food faster.

Despite it being an older building, it was very clean. Food was wonderful - two fries weren't as warm as the others, but that didn't bother me. Service was great and friendly. They seemed overstaffed, but maybe that's just how they are for the weekends.

Went on drive thru, the person kept asking what size fries I wanted. I didn't want fries at all. I reordered again and again she keeps asking me about fries. I just said never mind and pulled out. Came back that evening to order 4 piece chicken strip basket. Got to my rv and found I had no fries. I don't think DQ likes Ohio people.

My blizzard would have been good if they could have been bothered to mix it up. Almost solidly ice cream for the first half and the bottom half a sickening chocolate bomb. I don't think those mixers take a genius to operate so this is just laziness.

Have never seen so many spiders in my life except here. They should clean outside, it was traumatizing. They were closed to go indoors so we had to use the drive-through and if I was alone, would have driven right out. Tons if spiders on and around the order box and even at the pay window. The poor girls saw I was freaking out, not their fault but scary to pay and grab your stuff. I know Hallowe’en is coming but seriously clean that up…. Makes me look at DQ very differently now. YUK and YUK! From a person that never complains…

Customer service need improvement. Cleanliness definitely needs improvement - trying to find a table to sit on and all of them are sticky! The fries tasted gross like they didn't change the oil in the deep fryer for a while. Not worth my money! Won't recommend to anyone.

The food quality was good, but they didn't give me four chicken strips like I paid for. I only got three. And I was dropped straight off at the airport afterwards, so there was nothing I could do about it. I checked my receipt, and I was definitely charged for a 4 piece.

If you're looking for a total lack of tact or food that takes 10 years even when there's no one in line, come on down to this DQ. It's cheaper and faster to go down the road to any other restaurant. At least the other restaurants might speak politely.

They were slow as hell, their was only 4 of us and 2 cars in the drive-thru and it took 35 mins to take all of our orders. I ordered a 6 piece chicken strips, and only got 4. Mind you it's not hard to count, I paid more for less. I don't like being ripped off, pretty sure no one else does either. Their french fries were overcooked, I had to use a fork to stab them even then my plastic fork broke from the fries. It took them 25 mins to give me my food, plus I saw that they had a goal for a person to wait in line at the drive-thru which their goal is 3 mins. Every time it got close to 3 mins. They would reset the timer, probably to say they are getting the orders out. Well those cars in that drive-thru waited as long as I did. The chicken was good, not great it's the BBQ sauce that made the difference. After I heard my crew say they take this long every time, I said nope never again. I hope people read this and understand the slowness of this fast food place. Just don't even bother, waste of time if your trying to get a quick meal.

Well where to start, if i could give no stars i would. Well standing deciding on what to order the cashier was playing with her hair complaining about how it looked, went to the other cashier instead. Placed our order well waiting we could see in the back and seeing my burger come out of the microwave was just the start. As it got busier someone decied ti vacuum well it was out the door with people. Got out food to go, got home and my burger looked like someone had sat on it. It was a soggie mess. No bacon, fries were a limp mess. Not impressed at all, will never go back!

Great DQ quality! The staff would rather make it fresh than serve poor quality food. Service can vary based on time of day, so be prepared to wait and you won't be disappointed. My guilty pleasure is the chocolate dipped cone, which brings back great memories of my youth OR the mint-oreo blizzard. We will also split the chicken strip meal for lunch and then add our desert of choice and are quite satisfied!

There was a young man standing in front of us at the counter. Apparently not a customer, he was giving the crew a bit of a chewing out, (6 team members that I saw). Not clear who he was chewing as everyone was busy with orders and the drive threw. As he moved aside a bit I was still unable to place my order as he continued talking AT the employees. (Apparently either the son of the owner or a day manager.) People waiting for there order sat down at a booth and were abruptly told they couldn't sit there as they closed the dining room in now closed! It didn't matter if they were just waiting for there order. While placing my order from the menu (2 for $4.00), another employee chimmed in that wasnt supised tp start untill sept/7/21 i stated that I was ordering from the menu above her head! I had to wait longer as the cashier didn't add in my fries. I got my order, looked at the recite and called the customer survey #..... The brief survey # is the actual store #. I've never experienced that before! I didn't ask to do the survey as there was a lineup at the drive threw and several customers inside. 7pm seemed to be rush hour on this wed night, needless to say.... I will be avoiding that time if night for awhile!!

All the usual delicious DQ treats in this busy ice cream shop. The staff is efficient and very pleasant. Only complaint is a parking lot too small for the amount of traffic (we parked in the lot next door) and loudly cursing teens in the back of the restaurant.

We went to the Dairy Queen tonight. So disappointing. We all got blizzards they had nothing in them but the ice cream. There was about 1 teaspoon of ingredients to the peanut buttercup blizzard and even less in the others. It tasted like vanilla ice cream only. No flavour for over 5.00 each. I guess we wont go there unless Shelley is working as she is the only one that puts some ingredients in the blizzard. In kingston on Division st. They put in enough ingredients so you can taste the flavour you ordered. Maybe they should train staff how to make the blizzard properly. Everyone that ive talked to lately say DQ is lacking this season. So sad for them. Wont be going back back for a long time.

Obviously ice cream is always good however the store itself was filthy. One staff member sitting with family talking instead of cleaning up the table and floors. I hate to give anyone a bad review however it is what it is.
