Went to buy a bottle of Vodka but it was not in stock. I was told to call the day after and reserve a bottle by 2 staff members. The following day I called to reserve a bottle and the staff member told me they could not hold it because it was selling too fast. Went to the store as soon as I could and another employee told me the order was back ordered and never even arrived that day. Obviously the employees need to get their stories straight, or get off their butts and check. Would have preferred to be told the bottle wasn’t there over the phone instead of rushing into town after work only to be told a completely different story.

This is a really clean place and the staff is nice. I am also impressed with the amount of knowledge they have when it comes to asking questions on best type of drinks and what type of wine goes with certain food. The parking is fine only when it's not busy. It can be a challenge get around the lot when it's busy. The displays here are really neat looking. Overall, it is one of the best LCBOs in Windsor. They also sell beer here.

Big clean nice store. They have so much stuff and variety’s of wines, lowers and beer. Wow their beer room is LOADED with so many different craft beers you can’t even get through them all to try them. Constantly adding more or changing it up. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, so ask them, they really can help narrow things down when some of the walls and selections seem overwhelming.
