$12 for a hot shower, you can't go wrong. The 4 showers are newly built they get cleaned in between each customer, included are full sized towel, face cloth, floor mat, shower stall also have a soap dispenser. The restaurant is currently under construction, The staff were very polite.

I'm a long distance truck driver so I'm here regularly. This place has the worst customer service during the day. There was a line up from one side to the other. One person working till. 5 people behind the counter plus the manager over eating lunch watching the line up get longer tempers getting flared. This is just one visit. How about sitting in fuel line while customers are done fuelling and shopping in the store....of course there service is still slow now big rigs nearly lined up on the highway to get diesel. We are now buying DEF in new liskard so we can avoid this truck stop.

I came here on a Thursday evening just to use the shower facilities. We originally went to the Husky travel center in Saint Catherine's because it was closest, but they wouldn't allow showers for anyone other than truck drivers. We have used Flying J in the past and loved the experience, so we decided to drive an extra 20 minutes to this location and we were so glad we did. The people were friendly, the wait was short, and the showers were spacious and so clean! We will choose Flying J over Husky 10 times out of 10.

Just going to say it, BEST GAS STATION IN CANADA, and I travel one end to the other non-stop. Showers are as hot as you want for as long.g as you want, and they're crazy clean seriously. If you wake up in the massive parking lot with tons of room for semi trucks and any vehicle, go inside and the staff is so damn nice, they'll put you in a good mood instantly.

After packing up our apartment and two days down the road on our cross country move, we were searching desperately for a rest stop with showers open to the public. We finally found a review (of a different truck stop) mentioning the Flying J in Port Erie which was near our detour to Niagara Falls. Best shower of my life. Facilities were impeccably clean, the staff friendly, and ample parking.

Avoid this place like the plague. Rude staff. Posted signs taped to the mirrors in the men's washroom " No face washing, no teeth brushing permitted, hands wash only" . Take my money for some of the most expensive fuel on the highway and not offer me the decency to be allowed to wash my face and brush my teeth before going to bed. Where am I supposed to do this basic necessities when I'm driving a truck? Shame on you Flyng J.

all their pumps r junk. Truckers, avoid this place as much as you can. standing in a pond for fueling during the spring. no def pump working during the winter. 20% chance here or there not working. today, all their pumps were broken. im on a pump for more than 6hrs now. still no one can fix it. 1 star for frendly staff, but this is the worst flying J in north america.

Stopped by on June 8th, 2019 -- there is no longer a Denny's Restaurant here. But they do have a restaurant which mostly serves Indian food. I ordered a potato samosa with some eggs and coffee, and spicy Indian sauce., It was good! The female host/server was very polite and wore traditional Indian clothes ;)

I just wanted to share with all of you this remarkable experience in this travel Center , today 10/23/20 I was waiting for a shower . The cleaning person was out for lunch and guess what the manager saw me standing around waiting for a shower and this great manager decided to go himself and get it clean it for me . What a good example of how been a great manager and leader !!!! Hopefully he gets what he deserves from his employer. Thank you very much sir ????????????

This truck stop has gone from one of the best in the Golden Horseshoe, to one of the worst. They should have bent over backwards to keep the Denny's. The hot-box food is a horrendous ripoff, as per the included picture. 6 miniscule chicken tenders and old dried-out onion rings cost $14!!!

This Flying J is a good store with good service, my only complaint is that it's not big enough. 1st, very often there are trucks lined up to get fuel, so not enough fuel islands, also these trucks end up lining up throughout the whole parking lot so the parking lot is not big enough either. Lastly, there are only 4 showers, it's time that this place begin to think about expanding and updating some of their services.

I would normally give 5 stars to this place but during COVID is different. Too many bodies allowed in at once and too many coughing customers, many masks not pulled over noses and no enforcement. Tell customers to pull them up or leave. It's not like they have other options close by. I walked out today without a purchase. I'm not sure if staff have heard but there's an ongoing pandemic and it's going off the charts. I'll take my business somewhere safer. My parents lives may depend on my responsible choices.

I honestly believe it's left off to force drivers to buy bottles instead of at the pump. More expensive bottles=more money in the owner's pocket. I don't come up to Canada a lot. And when I do I don't typically buy anything. But a snafu at the border has me spending the night. So I walk in to get a drink and a snack. What a three ring circus is going on in the store. Incompetent people manning the registers. after standing around for a few minutes with items in my hand I literally put them back and left. No wonder the parking lot is empty.

One of the ONLY Flying J in ALL of Ontario where the cashier was not wearing a mask and apparently couldn't careless if the customers were either! Why do you have signs when you don't have the employees wear masks, at least not today's cashier also allowing healthy strapping young men in with their face exposed! This is the only Flying J north of Toronto / Mississauga on Hwy 11 south of Nipigon/ Shuniah. The store is on the smaller size, but they do stock most of the essentials for the road. A&W burger joint next door if you prefer something other than what they have, mostly a small selection of burgers and pizzas. Good selection of coffee, just as you would expect from flying J. It's always a little chilly out here, and in winters the parking usually gets slippery. Almost everyone here speaks French and English, in case you would like to brush up your french.

What a fabulous travel center. Always spotless, always wonderful, always well stocked. It's like a home away from home. The food at the restaurant is fabulous. I really can't convey just how nice it is to walk inside and when you see the large bathrooms and shower facilities, the wonderful seating area for relaxing. It's just inviting.

Parking is good. Truck wash available Pizza is good. But don't buy breakfast like boiled eggs, egg sandwiches, chicken sandwiches and tunas. These seems expire . They have to remove these products before expiration. I was hungry I ate it. Eggs was like white creamy eww. Photos attached.

Do you like trash bins over filled with garbage placed beside it? Washer fluid buckets completely empty and squeegees broken? Pumps down for several hours because of a REPETITIVE KNOWN issue? Well then this truck stop is for you! They cater to you more by not fixing their pavement leaving you to spill the coffee that's actually ok. And good luck finding parking, they have Drivers leave their cars parked in spots just for you! But you can park in reserved because they don't check at night, given they only have one person working -_-....... showers are clean=)

This is the worst flying j when it comes to fuel pumps, out of 5 pumps only 1 is working and for working pump key pad is not working for weeks rest are out of service for months management doesn't care and not planning to fix it by the looks of it. When it rain or snow melt fuel bays are filled with stopped dirty water. Only 4 showers mostly big lines up and actual shower place is too small. Staff is welcoming but actual truck stop is not Over all a place not to stop.

The best pizza in the region, fast service and most of all 24/7. They also have a nice size hot plate menu available from wings to pogo sticks. The locations is clean spacious and has everything from movies to bluetooth head sets etc. The bathroom was large and very clean. The staff are amazing!

Used to stop overnight here a lot, for one reason...Denny's. I try to eat one decent meal a day, which is tough for truck drivers. Now that Dennys is closed there's no need to stop here anymore. Fortunely the Husky in Niagara on the lake has a decent restaurant. Taking my business there from now on. Pilot and Flying J nation wide, have forgotten why they started business...to service truckers...now it's just what makes their investors another penny a share...how the hell do you mismanage a truck stop restaurant so it goes out of business? Charge too much for rent? Greedy entitled self absorbed idiots....Feel sorry for the poor sap who tries to start another restaurant in there.

Terrible flying J . Took almost a half hour to get a bill printed . Needed air in one of my tires but the air hose had a car fitting at a truck stop . Owner was there or a manager and had a proper truck fitting but would not be bothered to come out and screw it on . Told me to just continue with my almost flat tire to find another place with air .

Good location to stop have many parkings also staff is good but they can’t make things for you like if you need two slice of veg. Pizza at morning time they will say you can have all pizza not just two slice because in the morning veg. Pizza is not consumed by many customers. So it’s waste for them. Other wise I think it’s good !

It’s a clean & well kept Flying J. Lots of parking space and it’s nice & quiet. Easy off & on the highway access. Their showers are clean and have plenty of warm water . The staff members are courteous and friendly. They lack in food variety and the only thing missing at this truck stop is a restaurant.

They are slow. They won't accept corporate cards at pump forcing you to wait in line 2 twice just to pump gas. Asked multiple time to use my air miles card and employee still failed to do that. Go somewhere else

Short cleaning lady with nose piercing was unnecessarily rude and toxic. Walked in the washroom and despite there being no signs of saying do not enter she told me that next time I barge in there to wait for her to walk out first. Unbelievable she wasn't even cleaning, just being rude for the sake of being rude. 1/10

They should not be getting any stars at all. The worst and most confusing gas station in Canada, I drove by from out of town and decided to stop for a gas , it was very confusing which hose is gas and which one diesel. I have never had owed a diesel vehicles and never put the wrong fuel in my cars but I did it at this gas station. So confusing ,I even could not see a diesel sign . DO some upgrades on your gas station ,those pumps are terrible. I ended up paying 400$ in repairs and lost over 4 hours of my time. And also for the volume of people going through, you need more than two bathrooms. Avoid stopping at this location if you can.

Should be zero stars. I don't mind gassing up here as long as I don't have to deal with any of the employees. This morning, after two tries with my credit card, I was instructed to go inside. The person behind the counter informed me that the card readers at the pump were not working. Apparently the workers there are not bright enough to think that a sign, informing people of that, would be a good idea. Oh well, she could not help me with a fill up, so I drove across the street to the Esso. All went well there and now I have a new station to go to...no more dealing with the idiots at the Flying J.

The guy working the cash had on a pair of latex gloves on I think only to keep his hands clean. He was handling food and money from the till with the same gloves. Freaking disgusting. Seen a trucker reliving him self in the parking lot today infront of my wife and mother told the tattooed guy inside he said there's no camera pointing that way he didn't care or apologize it was pathetic been going there for years and he's always been there so maybe they need to retrain some managers or just remind them peeing in the parking lot offends other customers and just is no where we go to the bathroom my 6yr old knows that so truckers indecent exposure is allowed and tolerated here and your allowed to continue to shop and shower so this flying j is obviously not for the professional drivers

We stayed here on good Friday. My husband ordered pizza from kaleys pizza in kapuskasing. Food cost 20.00 with a 9.00 delivery. Worst food ever and ice cold. So we decided to go into flying j for dinner. The man behind the counter knew we just paid for food from an actual pizza joint. We ordered a $19.00 pizza from flying j. Omg, they gave it to us for free knowing that we threw out the food from kaleys. Best pizza. Soft, lightly brown with lots of sauce and toppings. This is where we'll be ordering from now on Thank you Flying J for making our easter weekend great.
