Have never been so appalled with customer service when trying to support a local business in my life.. Today I went into crescent gardens on garrison road in hopes of finding an arrangement for the family of a friend who recently passed away.. Upon entering the store I noticed the arrangement selection was very limited with only three done up, not that they weren't beautiful just not what we were looking for The lady behind the counter was more then accommodating explaining the truck would be in soon with more flowers and even pulled out a book of arrangements to choose from.. I selected a beautiful blue and white bouquet that I felt was fitting for the occasion When I went to pick it up it wasn't quite the same as the one in the picture but again the lady behind the counter was happy to accommodate my request for taller white flowers to fill out.. At this point the owner comes out and takes me to the back to look at more flowers saying this is getting ridiculous.. He failed to show me any options to fill the bouquet out .. And then proceeded to tell me that he's cancelling the order , they don't spend that much time on any order , and I was being high maintenance.. No sorry sir, I paid you for an arrangement and expected it to look like the picture I ordered, it was not my fault that you failed to follow through with your services... And then to be yelled at and followed out to my car afterwards harassing me.. Even the staff member was embarrassed by his actions I for one will be boycotting this business and hope everyone else does the same ..

I will never deal with Crescent Gardens again I called this morning to see if I could pick up an arrangement that was advertised on their website. I got the owner, I believe Wade. He was rude, very unambitious to help. Told me he'd had to substitute flowers. Wasn't sure which ones. Reading others reviews, it sounds like this happens in a regular basis. I asked if I could pick it up while I was in town. His reply "maybe". I finally just said forget it and hung up. This is no way to run a business. Smarten up Wade! Don't advertise something on your front page you can't make. Just close your doors, you obviously have no want or passion to run the business like your parents did I went to Sobeys and dealt with Dave. Who was incredibly friendly and happy to help me out. And it was way cheaper for better quality and customer service!

We recently had Crescent Gardens do our flowers for our wedding on Sept 3, 2016 at the Pillar and Post in Niagara-on-the Lake. We were absolutely blown away and extremely pleased with how everything turned out. Crescent Gardens came from a referral from a colleague that lives in the area. From the first consultation Wayne was kind, knowledgable, and very accomodating and mindful when it came to our wants and budget. We felt very comfortable that we had made the right choice, and that was more than confirmed the day of with Wayne's attention to detail and overall expertise. We had so many compliments on the flowers for the ceremony and reception. Crescent Gardens was a pleasure to deal with, and we would absolutely without a doubt recommend them for your wedding or any event that you need flowers! Brendon and Alyson

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a family member same day and the person on the phone was extremely helpful, asking about the recipient's preferences while keeping within the style and price-point of the arrangement I'd selected on their website. She said they would be delivered before 2pm, but they actually made it there is just over an hour and the recipient said they looked gorgeous! Happy to know I can rely on a local business even from out of town.

Very disappointed... I understand the place is under new ownership, not sure if they are aware of how high the previous owners standards were. We have always used and loved Crescent Gardens, but will not be ordering again after the Mother's Day flowers that my mother in law received. So disappointing, mostly fern leaves and greenery, hardly any flowers, definitely NOTHING even remotely close to what I asked for. Definitely not worth what we paid.

Got a dozen yellow roses for Valentine’s Day and there was no plant food. By Monday, half of them had either wilted petals or they were brown. When my partner called them on Tues (Monday was family day), they gave him a few packets of food. NO compensation for the cost. I am very disappointed in them, and I never want flowers from this place again ! Don’t go there.

I ordered an arrangement...for Christmas...lm in PEI...from Crescent Gardens...it was not what the web site shown...l received a picture from my sister in law....that wasnt even close to the on line picture....so l called...make it short ....she hung up on me...goodbye Crescemt Garden...go to Sobeys

I ordered one of the arrangements listed on their website. Though I was happy with the ordering and delivery process, when I saw a photo of the bouquet that was delivered I was shocked by the substitutions they had made. I ordered the 'Painterly Pink Bouquet' which is listed as having: hot pink roses, peach spray roses, pink asiatic lilies, pink gerberas, dark pink alstroemeria, pink stock, green hypericum, spiral eucalyptus and camellia leaves. Delivered in a pink cube vase. The arrangement that arrived had purple roses instead of pink, no spray roses, no lilies, no hypericum, no eucalyptus, no gerberas. The only pink was in the carnations that weren't part of the original arrangement. Even the vase was lacking pink! The company's substitution policy states states the following: "Substitution Policy: Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays." The arrangement that arrived still looked lovely, but it definitely was not what I ordered. I suspect the value of the new arrangement was less than the original but I am not 100% sure. I think substitutions of this scale should be made known to the purchaser prior to being sent out. Hopefully future customers can make a well-informed decision based on my experience!

Crescent Gardens did my wedding flowers and they turned out more beautiful than anything I imagined! Going into the planning process, my ideas were somewhat vague as I was not really a Pinterest type of bride. No worries here as Wayne has the best taste of any florist! Now my husband sends me flowers based off our centre pieces every year on our anniversary and they are always just as beautiful! Do yourself a favour and let Crescent gardens be creative!

We used this florist for our wedding a year ago. (I kept meaning to write a review). I was so impressed with how friendly and personal every experience was. He sat with us and discussed price ranges and floral arrangements. I had given him a photo of what I was after and the day of the wedding they were delivered on time and we're PERFECT! They were everything I had hoped for. At the ceremony I got to see the centerpieces for the first time. I had no idea what they would look like. Because I was making wooden crates, I wanted more wild flowers. Something very organic and rustic, and he did just that!!! They honestly were better than I expected. We had so many compliments. Both of us were so happy with he outcome and with the entire experience. He was so helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I'm so glad we entrusted Wayne and Crescent Gardens with our 11/22/19 wedding! It was the third generation of weddings for my family. Wayne was amazing in helping us plan and was honest in things we could and couldn't do with flowers that were and weren't in season. His centrepieces really bought the reception space together and made the reception space exceptionally beautiful. My bridal bouquet was stunning, as were my girls' bouquets. I loved the added speciality flowers we were able to add to my matron of honour's bouquet. Everything they did was spectacular!!! I would highly recommend them!!! I thank you!!

Well, being in the customer service business and honoring all mothers on this holy weekend did not phase this place in the least! I attempted to order flowers for my Mother ,albeit a bit last minute, only to be treated in a manner less than acceptable. The man answering the telephone was abrupt rude condescending, asked me repeatedly what I wanted. I explicitly described the arrangement, red and pink carnations and roses pretty basic. This man tried to sell me what I didn’t want. He became so infuriated he replied nope we can’t do it and hung up! Whatevs... called The Tulip Tree in ridgeway and as always they were pleasant, more than happy and accommodating! Thank you Tulip Tree

I wish I could give Crescent Gardens a higher rating than 5 stars! I live in the GTA and this morning I called to ask for delivery of an arrangement to our friends in Fort Erie. Mary was wonderful, she took the time to listen and worked with me to ensure she put together an appropriate arrangement. She had it finished and delivered by noon! I was amazed when we received a thank you within hours of placing the order with a photo of the stunning arrangement! The flowers are beautiful and it was reasonably priced. There is nothing better than calling and speaking directly to the person who will create an arrangement specifically tailored to your personal requests. Thank you Mary and the rest of the team at Crescent Gardens!

I ordered the "Spirit of The Season" Christmas arrangement. The picture was available on line. I called the store directly stipulating what I wanted making reference to "their" picture shown on-line. Thank goodness the recipient sent me a picture of what she received! TOTALLY not what I had asked for and appeared to be of lesser value. I called Crescent Gardens to complain and ask why they didn't send what I had ordered. They said they would fix it, make a new arrangement and send it over to replace what they had originally sent. They did tell me that they did not have the magnolia or proper berries to re-do my arrangement (they were not in the original arrangement either) so I thought they would at least fill it up with more flowers etc. Again, I was dissatisfied. I received another picture form the recipient....although it was "nice", it did not look like the picture on their web-site, not as colourful or as full - quite sparse, not many flowers or pine cones and in my opinion not worth the amount I paid. Very disappointed.

We were discussing why would not be receiving a product as pictured even though they had a item I wanted. They told me it would cost $20 more for that item even though there were only two prices, small or large. She then hung up on me! Unprofessional behaviour.

If you require anything special or specific for your event, Wayne will listen, and will work hard to make it happen. The flowers we received looked nothing like the one we ordered. We understand the demand was high and they always reserve the right to substitute, however I do not think this is equal value, we are very disappointed. We have emailed the store but no response...
