Bright, clean spacious and ample parking and access for all. Extra effort being actively applied to accommodate social distancing and other protective measures. Tellers were working particularly hard when I was there. Deepthi was friendly and efficient.

Quality Foods outlets have a fantastic selection. They same is true of this location. A big product section, a huge deli, a BBQ counter (good brisket), and a good Chinese food counter. The staff are friendly.

Big place, clean, friendly staff and lines were long but seemed to move along fairly well. Lots of Prepared ready to eat hot food, cold prepared sandwich's *very bulk style eating, deli meats, and frozen foods (pizza, chicken strips, fried chicken, Chinese food, mac and cheese...) being cooked for cafeteria style eating. they do a cheap basic breakfast in the mornings. they seem to always put food out at a discount for next day so check the coolers for a better deal. Over all if your not familiar with the place, its worth checking out.

I actually have to go out of my way to get to Quality Foods from where I live, but it is worth it for the bakery department and the deli. Their fresh produce is also excellent.

Excellent grocery store with a wide variety of food to purchase as well as great deals to be found all the time. The added bonuses are $1.49 day (once a month) and a hot food counter that serves delicious Chinese food. Would recommend to any shopper!

Great Chinese food!!! The produce is always fresh and looks good. There is a great kitchen/deli where you can get lunch or dinner. There is an upstairs that has amazing appliances and kitchen accessories.

Staff shortages are certainly causing problems, but there is no excuse for being impolite, for those that do not seem to like there job, simply remember ' treat your customers (people) as you would like to be treated. What goes around comes around!

Our favourite grocery store! We drive here from downtown Victoria every weekend because we love the produce and great prices. We often get extra discounts or even gift cards for our next visit! The prepared food is also very good. I would love to see more international foods, but you can't have everything!

My experience, after shopping the for months has been less than satisfactory. Quality Foods does not live up to its name. The meat never tasted quite right. The bulk foods stale, always...and limited, or packaged in containers much bigger than I needed. Less quality all around for much higher prices.

Love this grocery store! I've shopped at all of the chains that there are, but the others just don't have the same kind of offerings that Quality seems to have. My only negative is that there are some products they don't carry that are pretty common.

Absolutely the best place to shop in town. Everyone is extremely friendly and willing to help. Food selection is pretty amazing but runs out quickly so I would shop when you can. Beautiful cafe upstairs with welcoming attendants. The store upstairs is definitely pricey but well worth the money you're spending. The rewards system helps you with purchasing these items as well.

Can we just take a moment to applaud the effort put into this place to ensure customers have a top notch experience. The staff are friendly, accommodating and warm towards customers, you can find almost anything (don't count on finding a variety of ethnic ingredients-which I can live with). Tuesdays are always the best days to shop, because of their managerial specials and $1.50 deals. Oh boy, do they have some amazing deals. Their bakery, what a bakery, full of baked goods at absolutely amazing prices ( I guarantee you will not find another bakery that will come close to their prices). What else can I say, a round of applause to whomever is in charge of this place, a job well done.

Our new go-to grocery store. Less than a year old, still has that new store smell. The cafeteria and take away options are awesome. We use the Chinese food option regularly. The rest of the store is solid with produce and meat departments above average to many in the area.

Very nice store, nice laid out. Great Chinese food takeout...But groceries, esp meat products, are WAY too expensive. If you're on any kind of budget, stick to some other grocery store, like Walmart or Fairway Market.

I came here after hearing many praises of the Chinese food here. Definitely did not disappoint. The portions were large and the girl from the counter kindly added a few extra pieces of the chili chicken after hearing that this would be my friend’s first meal of the day (it was 2pm then). The chicken was crispy and fresh, and the sweet and sour pork definitely lived up to the hype. The chow mein actually tasted like something, as opposed to some restaurants that serve dry and bland noodles disguised as chow mein. I did have to wait a while since the people in front of me had large orders, but all-in-all, great experience. Definitely will be coming back to try out some more dishes.

Clean, well run grocery store. There is a nice cafeteria on the top floor as well as a shop. The deli is nice as well. Prices seem higher, probably similar to Thriftys prices. I really like the shopping center that quality foods is located in. There is underground parking which I like because if I have my dog with me it is nice and cool. There are also a lot of other shops and a YMCA gym.

LOVED this store! It is so beautiful, well planned layout with an airy second floor space that has a little bistro coffee bar and a home decor section on the upper floor you can't help browsing and admiring. They also have an outdoor deck and meeting spaces. It's a DREAM store to be in. I can easily spend half a day there for pretty much everything, if I wasn't inclined to shop around. And it is reasonably priced . If I had to give a downside, I'd say the level the A/C is set to is more than is required or needed. Bring a light sweater or jacket. I truly have not seen a more cohesive and beautifully designed grocery store in Canada, east or west.

They were out of coleslaw mix in the produce department. Went to go ask the only employee working in the produce department if he could go and check in the back for me. He said "no I'm too busy to check, I have to put out these cucumbers"! He was literally putting cucumbers out on display one by one VERY SLOWLY. And thats his job to go and check. Went to talk to the store manager and told him the situation. Manager gave me the coleslaw mix, there was lots in the back. He gave it to me for free and said he would be speaking to the employee about the situation...

I find this place to be ok, even before the COVIDs its selection was lacking. Low selection of alternative meats too. Their fruits and veggies are good though. Prices were also good, just couldn't always find what I wanted in the meat, bread and grocery departments.

Ordered two party platters. The deli meat & cheese was nice. The sandwich platter had nothing for a vegetarian. The sandwiches weren't tasty, & fell apart as there were no toothpicks used. I think for the high price, we'll choose Thrifty Foods for next time.
