It was my first visit today and I had an overall good time! The employee that helped me was kind, funny and helpful. They have happy hour with lower prices from 7-11 am and 6-8pm. Only reason I give four stars is because they did not have their license to sell edibles yet. Hopefully they will have it soon! ????????

They have a tempting variety of baked goods, brownies, cookies and eclairs. As well as a wide selection of smoking product divided roughly into two categories. The first is relief from body aches and pains. The second is mind calming and mood lifting, the stuff that makes you laugh until your stomach muscles are sore. They also have oils and all the equipment you need to enjoy everything. The only drawback to the place is the limited parking. If you are looking for a dispensary , and don't mind walking a block or two check out the Pineapple Express.

I come here often & I come from Langford, I left one star out only because I wish the same store with the same people were closer to me. Everyone is willing to help when you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. & I always go for what they recommend because I have never been steered wrong. They have awnsers for all my questions which was nice when I tore a muscle & was in pain just to breath & I can't take t3's They have great daily specials on alot. I have only had one bad experience there with one guy I thought he was rude, I did not get greeted & he stayed behind the glass even when I had a question, he gave me a vague response & I just left. I mentioned it to someone & since then he has been better , maybe it was a bad day. But I love this place! Just bad parkinglol

I drop by about twice a week. Always get a laugh from someone and the service is amazing. You can ask any questions and they'll answer the best they can or find the answer for you. Don't be shy these guys rock and you should definitely check this place out. Prices are very fair too. Go between 10am-12pm and 6pm-8pm for happy hour as well.

Open for the holidays. What more do you need? Very pleasant and welcoming staff. They were able to recommend me a strain based on my simple preferences no problem. They also have preemo screens that take a long time to burn a hole compared to cheap brands.

Their pre-rolls are 10/10 quality with an amazing price. I have absolutely no idea what other reviews are talking about. They are absolutely not laced with fentanyl, that is absolute insanity. Every time I go to Vic West skatepark, I always pick up as many of their pre-rolls as possible, they're absolutely amazing for their price.

DO NOT BUY YOUR GREEN FROM PINEAPPLE EXPRESS! I found out the stuff I have been buying from them on a regular basis has been laced with meth. I have been feeling withdrawal symptoms for a while now, lost a bunch of weight and started becoming very irritable after smoking their pre-rolled doobies. A few of my friends had way worse effects after smoking a small amount of their stuff. When I came down to the dispensary to discuss this issue with them, the manager there flat out denied it could have been from their green and basically implied that I just can't handle my weed. So they know about this issue and just don't care. I have also heard stories of their stuff being laced with fentanyl. For your own safety, DO NOT BUY YOUR GREEN FROM PINEAPPLE EXPRESS!

Expensive prices like most of the dispensaries in town. Go to BCPS. It has the best deals and top quality product in town. I'd definitely recommend them over any other. It's hard to beat their prices. $60 for a half ounce and it's great weed too!

The first time I went to the dispensary I was a little apprehensive as we were dealing with covid and everything had new rules and safety guidelines to follow. Everything in the store was clearly marked and only a certain amount of customers were allowed in at the same time. I was greeted by a young man who instantly made me feel at ease his knowledge of the product was very impressive.he was helpful sincere and pretty darn funny hoping he will be there the next time I visit!!!!! My first time visiting stepping inside, has left me with some queries. Is it general practice to offer only a $12 bag when it was $10 specifically asked for? Are all dispenseries cash only with an atm in the corner with an additional fee of $2 to accommodate this practice? Finally...is it general practice to not ring the sale into a cash drawer and to not offer a receipt? I would also suggest that The proprietors come to an agreement with the adjacent Hair Salon who purposely parked in one of the 2 dedicated P. E. parking spots and blatently blocked our vehicle from leaving even though we were in the process of backing out. They loaded 2 vehicles which were both blocking our passage and would not move,as obviously, their busoness and process was more important than was ours. This is a medicinal dispensary. The business both inside and out should be conducted as such otherwise it is us, the ligitimate patient, who will suffer.

They single worst customer service i have ever recieved in the dozens of despensaries ive been too. First of all the store stored there KLAR cartriges upside down so the cotton was bare and the CO2 oil was at the top, burning it on the first pull and refusing to exchange it b/c of there mistake and threatening to call the police on me for speaking my mind and telling them that im upset with there product. Then secondly trying to tell me that a pure disallite will take 5 mins to settle down in the pen??? Uneducated in there products and a mocking attitude from there manager. These guys are the bad apples that give despensaries a bad name

Pretty pleased with this one. Great selection and ever so slightly better than normal prices make this place a win. Their sign up process is fast and pain free. I have had a great experience thus far, having only had a single issue with one pack of pre-rolled joints being a little empty but a phone call resolved the issue immediately. Its nice when a store stands behind its products. 4/5 because I'd love to see more single dose edibles in the 300 to 500 mg range but I understand that is probably a niche product :)

Have had good service as well as not so good service. The flower is average or slightly under average, a BIG contribution to this is the fact that 99% of the weed I've gotten here is super dry and with the prices compared to those online, the dryness is unacceptable. I will not be making any future purchases unless I hear things have changed.
