Update: Thank you for responding so quickly. Unfortunately, the email address you provided has not responded to my email from weeks ago. As for the phone number, no one answers or no one in tech support is ever answers. My initial experience was wonderful. Unfortunately, I have now had issues with my account being connected to someone else’s contact information. I have asked to speak with the manager. It is 3 weeks and no one has called. The online forget password doesn’t work so I called and I was told they would connect me to corporate and they too have not called to in 4 weeks. I have also contacted corporate directly and no one answers.

I ordered the Christmas Dessert & Flowers Bundle - Large for my mother. (I live in Australia). I got a family member to pick up the order from Upper James location in Hamilton. The flowers are old, wilted, rotten and smells! I wanted to send my senior citizen mother something special and she got disgusting flowers! I also ordered the gourmet Gourmet Shareable® Caramel Apple: Salted Caramel - It is cutely packaged and in one piece as shown on their website: It was given to us in a box... each separated. It looks like a dogs breakfast. Communication is also a disgrace. I got an email that the order was ready. My family went to pick it up and was told to come back after an hour as they were doing QA on my order and realised they messed up. Obviously, they didn't QA the flowers! And, now trying to get a refund for the flowers is next to impossible (still waiting as I am getting the run around...) I would give them 0 stars if I could. I will never order from you again... thanks Edible Arrangements for ruining my Christmas gift to my mother... well done.

Paid for $100 get well arrangement for get well. They charged me eventhough the balloons did not come as thwy were out of helium and no get well container as advertised because they didn't have in stock. They did however take my money and have me a basic white container. Nothing as a replacement and looked very very plain. The manager has horrible customer service and refused to do anything about it. I would not recommend this location

I placed an order online on Monday, and it was for my aunt's brithday on Saturday, but they called me on Friday afternoon and told me there is no strawberries to make the basket and they want me to switch the strawberries to apple/orange slices or cancel it, It was a huge disappointment to me, no mention the different prices between strawberry and apple slice, they should let me know eariler so that I can have time to find other solutions, and their store in London is horrible, I went there before Monday to check how good the basket looks like, I asked the only waitress in there with smile and reception about the price and time arragements, and that lady kept saying the same thing:" just place your order online" with along face to me all time. Now I have to get up early on Saturday to go around the whole city to find another brithday cake, thanks to Edible Arrangement, I will tell all my friends what I had been through.

Really efficient service with no problems. I placed an order for Valentine's Day in late January. I've heard horror stories about a lot of other brand's delivery, especially on holidays like this, and was worried this wouldn't get there intact, on time, or with what I ordered. I'm so used to having to call customer service at least once with similar brands that I was worried going into it today that I hadn't touched base with them other than placing my order online. I shouldn't have worried! They had it delivered by 10 a.m. and it was exactly what I ordered. Everything was so nicely arranged. They made things easy for me and took care of things without any problems which is exactly what I want and expect for a delivery service like this. I would absolutely order from them again.

The staff worked so hard at the St Catharines location and they are so friendly even on a crazy busy day ( Mothers day). Ordered some chocolate covered strawberries and the picture doesn't do them justice. They were a lot bigger than expected and very fresh and delicious! The ordering process was easy to use online and was excited I could make an order pretty close to mothers day (4 days away). Thanks so much! An amazing company! Today was my aunt's birthday, so I hired Edible Arrangements to deliver a bouquet to her workplace. Turns out... she was working from home today and I had no idea. Edible Arrangements called me to say she wasn't there to accept the delivery, and when I told them that she was working from home, they changed the deliver address and delivered them to her home. Above and beyond, such a nice thing to do. Would definitely recommend them to others.

The manager/owner is an @$$h0le. The way the one lady, who is the manager, and a man who seems to be her boss (possibly store owner??) speak to their staff is degrading and awful. The seem to have no respect or appreciation for their employees, and it makes me ashamed. Due to this not only will I not give them my business, but I discourage you from giving it to them as well. If you do decide to visit this establishment, be extra kind to the staff, tell them you appreciate them and that they are doing a good job, because I’m sure those will be the kindest words they will receive while under that roof. How distasteful.

Do not support this location! The owner is rude and disrespectful. She is biased and very unfriendly to her customer base. They have absolutely no concern for what their customers actually want, they do not pay attention while placing an order and most certainly have no element of surprise as they call they RECEPIENT before delivery and tell them what they are getting!? What really surprised me with them the most is when I went in for a job interview. The lady was extremely RUDE, I felt very uncomfortable with the (very personal) questions she chose to ask me (not even work related) she commented on my weight and had the nerve to ask if I had "enough stamina for the job" she proceeded to ask about my family life and what I do with my children. I could not wait to get out. I turned down any potential job there and they will NEVER get business from myself or anyone I know. Don't waste your money, fruits aren't even nice. I'm appalled that I even applied to work there. Every thing about them goes against anybody's moral standards.

As of 9pm nothing shows, and customer care is now closed. I send an email to find out a manager "may" contact me, and it can take up to 48 hours. I called this morning-- told I would be called back. No refund or apology, yet.

I understand that the world is under lock down, and businesses are doing their best, but wow! . So very sad to hear that my niece and nephew were gifted a $65 arrangement for their 20th birthday by a sweet friend and never had it delivered! . They were not there when it was supposedly dropped off ... It's just gone.... The owners refused to take any action on this. . How do they even know it was delivered to the correct address???? Are you saying their neighbors are thieves??? No photo proof of delivery? No signed copy of delivery? . And it's FOOD!!!! To just leave it???? That is so unsanitary!!! Very disappointed in the customer service. You obviously need to change the way you make deliveries. This is NOT working. . I am hoping more people will move to another company to order. Sammie's Sweet Strawberries has just opened and does this product. Please order from her instead.

THE WORST STORE EVER. PERIOD. For this Valentine's day, I ordered from this store 5 days in advance. I have made 30+ phone calls to the store and they have not picked up ONCE. My gf did NOT receive her gift... ON VALENTINE'S DAY. This place is absolutely unprofessional, at midday they turned their phones off as hundreds of people are wondering why their loved ones haven't got their orders... I've called the other stores in the area and they have said that many people have been calling them to complain. So looks like I'm not the only one. My 30+ calls to the store, 5-10 to other stores, and 5 attempts to call customer service (w/ no luck) has put me well over $100+ in long distance charges. Thanks a lot for RUINING Valentine's Day. I refuse to pay you guys one penny and will make sure everyone hears about this absolute atrocious experience. Never again.

This is for the st. catharines location only. I made an online order on 5-7-2020. It was indicated online the deliver would go out same day based on the postal code I entered for the shipping address. I then paid for the order online. About an hour later I missed a call from the st. catharines location saying the delivery would unfortunately have to go out the following day (5-8-2020). I called them back but their answering machine says they are not taking phone calls due to the overwhelming volume of orders. I then got an email delivery confirmation indicating the product was delivered successfully. I followed up with my sister (it was her birthday present and her birthday was on 5-7-2020) and she didn't receive the product as indicated by the email sent on 5-7-2020. I then tried to contact the store repeatedly as I had been charged $129 for the order, got an email delivery receipt, but no delivery received and no call back. I called the store at 10:05 AM on 5-8-2020 and they indicated again that they had huge volume and they would be picking up calls after 11:00 AM 5-8-2020. I called back after 11:00 AM 10 TIMES and didn't receive a call back and no employee picked up the phone. After trying for hours to contact them (I can't go to the store since I don't physically live in st. catharines) they conveniently changed their answering machine indicating they would not be picking up the phone until Saturday 5-9-2020 now! Wow! Thank you guys so much for the excellent service. Your email delivery confirmation system is malfunctioning, and you do not have enough staff and support to help your customers! You've left the customer wondering where their money went and what it paid for. Now I have to wait until the right second to call and get my money back, provided someone finally decides to pick up the phone!

The driver called her and asked her for the address and told her what he has even that she wasn't there! The fruits weren't fresh'! And the most disgusting thing is that there were blond hair inside (seems that the one designing it was blonde)! I totally don't recommend this store! Used their services in different cities and they were professional! Called the store to complain and didn't get a sorry even! Like they don't care: bad customer service

We purchased the overpriced fruit on stick arrangements in the past and were satisfied with service but our last experience will be the last! We ordered an arrangement to celebrate a birthday. The arrangement was not delivered, and we are stuck days later with not one but TWO charges on our Visa card. Yes, we order on arrangement but are being charged for two arranges that did not get delivered and with no way to get a refund! Phoning local stores you get no support, and they tell to "take up with head office" without giving a contact name, phone number, or email address. Phoning the number posted by the Bank with the Visa transaction is worse. Nobody ever answers the phone, and they give you an endless propaganda message, asking to leave a message but giving you no way to do so before you are looped back to the start of the propaganda. Very frustrating! If we could give a negative star rating we would. We are never again customers.

Stay away from this location they don't follow covid protocol, none of the girls wear masks when preparing your food I was hired to deliver for them and on 2 occasions I witnessed staff preparing food after smoking outside and not washing hands before preparing food orders. I'm disgusted by the management, not professional at all , using cuss words at my interview. Management doesn't treat staff with any respect , they hire you and treat you horrible and accuse you or horrible things . No wonder there's such a turnover in staff. I will never order from this company. Very unprofessional and unsanitary

HAMILTON, ONTARIO LOCATION: 1 star is actually quite generous, if I had the option I would give them no stars. I made an order on Valentine's day and of course I understand it would not be delivered on that day as I made the order so late and it was a peak holiday. But I waited nearly 5 days before I contacted them again because although the order said delivered it was not. When I called they offered to upgrade the delivery and have it out that day by noon. Many days passed and yet nothing was delivered once again. I called the store to ask for a refund and the sales associate said she would direct my message to the manager and call me back. I received no call back so I phoned the Help Line and spoke to a women who said she would send out a message to the store manager and that I should expect a refund within 48 hours. Instead 6 days passed and nothing. I am on the phone with the Help Line once again on hold trying to the get my refund 2 weeks later. I would think twice before ordering from this location unless you wanna gamble on the off chance they actually make your delivery. Still waiting for a phone call from the manager to issue my refund!

Very unhappy customer... terrible customer service on the phone. I had ordered the best birthday ever arrangement. I thought it looked so cute in the photo and even had balloons. Well the person who received the arrangement was happy. They had sent me a photo of everything saying thank you. I looked at was she had received my jaw dropped.. ITS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO. I understand that things may vary. And in very small print it states the the balloons and container may very depending on stock. I’m not an unreasonable person. I get it but I do expect it’s to be similar to WHAT I think I purchased. Especially for $86. I had called the store just to voice my concerns and in a little bit of hope that they would rectify it . BUT instead the girl who answered the phone shrugged it off, saying that they just go off the computer. She didn’t seem to care nor was she apologetic about it. I even say that the person who received it was happy but me the one who purchased it wasn’t. That I felt ripped off and it wasn’t worth $86. All she said was okay and hung up. I wish I could attach a photo of it.

I decided to try this place out for valentine's day. At first I thought the fruit bowls were a little on the expensive side (I paid $63 after tax) but I figured I would probably pay around $50 for a nice bouquet of flowers so it's not that bad considering this is entirely edible. I ordered the orange bowl which has a mix of honey dew melon, cantaloup, orange, grapes and strawberries. I opted to add chocolate to half the strawberries at a cost of $8. In hindsight I wouldn't have paid for that since only 7 strawberries had a bit of chocolate on them, which means I paid over a dollar per strawberry... a little much. Aside from that the arrangment was awesome, everyone who saw it stopped in their tracks. The fruit was top notch and delicious. I'll definitely be using them again.

Horrible experience. Had a Valentines surprise that was to be delivered to my place of work on Feb 13. They couldn't make it on time before I left although my husband told them what time I was done. They called and I had to drive back into red deer. Took an extra hour out of my day. The strawberries were already turning bad and had bruises on them. Called them to complain and they just said it was the delivery drivers fault. Not even an apology. Will never use them again!

I would just like to personally thank you for making me cry today! With everything going on in the world me and my sister haven’t seen our mom in over a month. Today is her birthday and she was quite upset we wouldn’t be able to spend it with her. So we decided to surprise her with a birthday themed Edible Arrangement to show her we were still thinking of her. I placed my order on Friday 4/3 for delivery 4/5 (today), got my confirmation and everything. To call today at 3:30pm after not hearing from my mom, and get your store’s voicemail! So I phone your call centre and they informed me that you just didn’t care to open my order! Were open all day yesterday and today and just didn’t open it or make it. Thank you for making these tough times that much harder!

Pros: Lovely staff. They are always so willing to help you choose based on your needs and go over customization options. Cons: Prices are astronomical for what you are getting. I paid nearly $100, on two separate occasions, for a birthday arrangement, including ~30-40 pieces of fruit, a thin chocolate lollipop, and a balloon. The second time I chose to pick up instead of have it delivered as that is an additional $16. I've been twice; once, the fruit was great. The other, it was soft and smelled quite ripe.

Website was super easy to navigate. Loved the ability to add on extra items and not be locked into pre-planned arrangements. Even had a phone call from the store asking me if I wanted the apple doughnuts I added as extra, in the arrangement, or on the side. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION RIGHT NOW. To be clear; I have used edible arrangements in the past, and enjoyed their products. It is clear that this franchise is not able to run a functioning business at this time, and their corporate office is not able to be contacted in any way. I would strongly advise against attempting to use their service at this time. We placed an order online for a birthday. Shortly after the order was placed we received a voicemail from the location indicating that "The order would not be delivered that day, it would be delivered the following day". About 10 minutes later we received a "confirmation of delivery" email, and our credit card was charged. We attempted several times to contact the store to no avail. Their voicemail noted that they would not be answering the phone until the following day, as they were overwhelmed with orders. The following day we tried to call again. Still no answer, and the voicemail message was changed stating that they would not be answering the phone for another day. We attempted to call the corporate number, with no success in contacting anyone. When you select an option, it simply disconnects the call. Later the same day, we received a phone call from the location, stating that they were unable to deliver, b ecause the name on the card seemed like a female, and the phone number we provided for delivery was male (the recipient's husband). We attempted to explain this, to which they responded "but the card says 'from your secret admirer'". When we attempted to explain that this was simply a light-hearted joke, they responded "I will just refund your money" and hung up. At this point, the delivery has not been made, our money has not been refunded, and we are unable to contact anyone from edible arrangements at any level.

My friend's birthday snuck up on me and I was able to get the perfect gift for her from Edible Arrangements! Not only do they do same day delivery, but they have the cutest box with 12 chocolate covered fruit options (4x of 3 fruit varieties) . She took it home and shared it with her family of four - and they were able to get 3 pieces of fruit each. They thoroughly enjoyed it! I did not see an option to customize the package though (I may have missed it?) - and I was thinking that if there was a nut allergy, or a specific fruit allergy, there was nowhere I could request this could be left out. I think maybe Edible Arrangements could do a little better on that. on their order form, in that manner. Otherwise, excellent and (mostly) healthy gift, extremely fast and reliable delivery (Ottawa Bank Street store) and very happy customers. Thank you so much!

Horrible customer service!!!! My daughter was gifted a $65 fruit arrangement for a birthday gift. While they claim the fruit arrangement was delivered, it was not received. Now they won’t re-deliver or refund. Zero proof of delivery. Apparently the delivery is “not their problem”. Multiple calls to the manager and partner - they just keep saying it’s not there problem. I ordered fruit trays for my boyfriend's birthday and they arrived one full week early. While this is quite funny, I must deduct a star since it was also quite disappointing. I've never had such a bad experience with this company before. They did offer to send an additional product for free on his actual birthday as compensation which I am very happy with. Although the fruit trays are yummy, well arranged and a unique gift I also have to deduct a star for the price. The prices have increased so much I don't see myself using this service often. It's not affordable for a student, such as myself.

Beautiful arrangements and really very fresh. They make it the day of and are very attentive to any specifications. I loved that I got emails as to when the production was done and when it was picked up so I didn’t have to call my friend and ask if she got it or not. I saved the $15 on delivery and splurged on dipped strawberries instead and got them to pick it up lol felt it was more worth it as they work in the area anyways. Ive gone numerous times and they will have a fresh arrangement for you to take in a hurry. Way better than cake! Once I had a question and Jan the owner called me back right away. She was great to make things right and give great service. I loved that they were more than happy to reach out for anything. I also liked that they were able to call the recipient to check they were home before delivering. Love the London location and have also sent to Ottawa as well!

The day I was suppose to pick it up, the manager had called me an hour before I was suppose to pick it up that they have run out of containers so they couldn't make my order. Clearly I've made the mistake of ordering from this store, I have never had such bad customer service. I understand it is a busy time of year for them and also understand that we are in a pandemic so they are also probably having a lot of extra orders to fill, however this is no excuse to give someone attitude for checking on an order. it is extramural unprofessional to answer a phone to someone asking about an order , and simply telling them there is cannot guarantee delivery times. I was calling to make sure the order had been processed, as it had not been updated in 48 hours from my order nor has it been updated on the day of supped delivery. Which would have been made known had your employee had bothered to ask for information like a tracking number for reference, instead of disconnecting the call. Needless to say I will no longer doing business, with your location, for the reasons stated above and simply put I may even halt service with Edible Arrangements all together as I find it better to be supporting equally skilled business, with much higher standers for their staff.

This location gave me a bad experience. Not only did they call me to say they wouldn’t deliver to the address I wanted, she didn’t even tell me where she was calling from. I had to put things together while she was talking to me. Then she didn’t give me a chance to give her a time that I will come pick up my order she told me a time to come. I was there 20mins early and they told me to give them 5 mins 30 mins later and it was still not ready and they told me well I wasn’t supposed to be there till 2:30 yet it was 2:40 by time I got my order it was 2:50. They were rude and had no customer service what’s so ever. Will never deal with them ever again! My order was almost $150 oh and to top it off I paid $10 plus tax for them to deliver my order and I didn’t receive the tax portion back just the $10. I know it’s change but that would be my change not theirs. Never again !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chocolate covered strawberries are my mom's favourite thing in the world, and so I went to Edible Arrangements as it was closest to her house and I saw on their website that they have lots of different stuff, even just for what they put on the strawberries. I placed my order on the website and the girl working there came out to my car for curbside pickup. It was really fast and easy from start to finish, and my mom was super happy for her birthday.

Extremely disappointed with the way this company works. My wife and I wanted to order two platters for McMaster Children’s Hospital after the birth of our daughter this past weekend for the Labour and Delivery and Postpartum wards. When I called the store I had said I would come pick it up at the Hamilton store if need be so I could insure that the platters were going where they were supposed to and as I was looking for same day delivery on a Sunday. They assured me on the phone that they would be able to deliver to the hospital same day so I would not need to leave which was great, It was also in the order notes to call my cell phone number so I could come get the delivery at the main doers due to COVID protocol in the hospital. The person I ordered from had given me a pretty specified delivery time between 2-4 pm. 5:30 pm came around and I decided to call and see if I could get in update as we were trying to get the platters there for both day and night shift nurses to enjoy. Unfortunately they don’t answer their phone after 3pm on Sunday which wasn’t a big issue, it is what it is. The real problem started when we never got a call at all. The next day I called back and spoke to a representative who had said that we would get a full refund which was great as I had already left in the morning to go get fruit platters and cards from a grocery store. No problem to me if there is a screwup and you own for it. I got a voicemail shortly after the previous call from their customer service who was now informing me that after investigation the delivery was dropped off with two security guards at the main doors of the hospital at 7:15pm the night before. Nothing was said if my refund would still go through or not. I called back and explained that this is great the platters were dropped off to the front but there was specific orders to call me to come get it due to COVID. The platters we know for a fact never made it to where they were supposed to go to which was Labour and Delivery and Postpartum. The service rep ended up calling her manager who ended up calling the OWNER. This went all the way to the OWNER and this is where I started losing my mind. They said because the delivery was made that they wouldn’t be giving a refund in any way but they would send out a new arrangement. Well that doesn’t work because we’ve already provided something else out of our own pocket and we had already left the hospital and were now home. They already screwed up because they didn’t call me like they were supposed too, so now when I’m not at the hospital they think that just sending more arrangements will rectify the issue. When I turned this down they said they will offer a store credit instead. I don’t mind a store credit if it’s from a store that has other value to me but they lost all value to me long before this so why would I want a store credit from a company that couldn’t even fulfill the stipulations of the order the first time and basically won’t accept that a mistake was made on their end that should be a full refund for the customer. So now I have a store credit from a company I never want to use again but will have to if I ever want to get my moneys worth out of the $165 we already spent. I hope there is interest on it because it will be a long time before I make that call. As my final note, I don’t expect this review to make a difference in what happens for me, as it looks like this company doesn’t care much for the opinion of some of their customers. I should’ve done what I’m doing now previously and read the reviews before ordering and maybe I would have made the right decision of not ordering in the first place.

The worst customer service ever. I ordered an expensive product online, paid a substantial fee for same day delivery, and when I called to confirm delivery was treated like I was inconveniencing them when asking for a delivery time window. If you can't provide proper customer service, you shouldn't be in business.

Have done both delivery and pick-up. It can seem expensive at a glance, but compared to flowers it is very competitive. The fruit pieces always of high quality (unlike the half-ripe precut fruit at the grocery store), the chocolate is decent, and the presentations are great. And they deliver. I choose EA over flowers for a gift any day.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Especially if your loved one if in the hospital or has a food allergy or food restriction. I asked for a basket without pineapple or oranges as my dad just had a triple bypass and can't have either with the medication he's on. I picked it up with oranges. When we called the manager was nothing but rude to my dad and called me a liar, claiming I never said no oranges. However when I made the order she said "no problem, we will add other fruit instead". She offered store credit but refused a refund because of the freshness, which was completely out of my control because he was in the hospital. We have called back and they can't even find our order number.

My husband received an order as a gift. It didn't come with a card so I had to call to see who it was from. One of the balloons was torn and the delivery driver just said sorry. Ordering process was handled very well, and several emails confirming the progress were received including a "safely delivered" confirmation which was a nice touch. In July I purchased chocolate covered strawberries and gave them as a birthday gift. I placed the order on Fri and picked them up on Sat since they are closed on Sun. I asked, How long will they last? I was told by the next evening. I purposely dropped them off Sat night and when they went to eat them at lunch on Sun the strawberries were all mush and had to be thrown away. I called to let the owner know and I had to leave a message. I went in and had to leave a message. I called again and spoke with the person who told me they would be fine until Sun evening and she was going to let the owner know. Since I tried 3 times and there was no response from the owner I felt Edible Arrangements lacks customer service. I will no longer make any purchases from them. I had 3 birthdays in August and 1 in Sept which I would have bought items from them, but they lost my business. Since the owner did not acknowledge the previous transaction I decided not to purchase from them and let others know so that they don't waste their money. I would give it zero stars, but I had to put 1 in order for it to post.

The new managing staff seems to be an issue, read your latest reviews! Delivery and customer service complaints adding up! Had a complaint with delivery. Took 4 phone calls over 5 days to speak to manager. Total 7+phone calls. At that point spoke to head office already. This location Said they’d called back every time. Never called me back ONCE. So disappointed and frustrating. Did not follow instructions after I finally got the order redone. Which was the same issue as per the first delivery. I was told letting me know when the delivery would go out to be no problem. Everything melted. The claim was delivery spoke to my mom. They did not. The delivery was said to have gone out at 1pm it DID NOT. ReDelivery was supposed to go out Sunday/Monday with a phone call to confirm. Did not deliver had to call again! Thank you for redoing the order the bouquets are always lovely, but I had to Hunt you down every day so No thank you for that. 10+ years of buying from you guys. Never again from this location. No understanding of customer service was shown.

Appalling customer service in Hamilton (Upper James I believe). I spent 6 hours waiting on a delivery for a dying patient, of where I called several times to ensure appropriate arrival for specific paitent, yet they continued to send it to a 'social worker at the hospital' the phone taker unable to comprehend the instructions, however claimed to have changed it. Mind blown. I called a total of 6 times inquiring where package was. Only to be told ALL 6 times, via maps?- he was 2 minutes away. I sat in waiting area at the hospital for 3 hours. Best part? Their store closes at 7pm. So they stopped answering the phone.. 7pm, forget customer service and loyalty, nope, ticket out for the night. Thanks. Job well done. Order arrived after hours. Warm. Unedible. Security guard delivered it. Amazing. Never again. When it did arrive, I had to argue with hospital as it was still addressed to social worker, not the paitent.

UPDATE: got ahold of them when they opened this morning and they sent out the missed box so my moms present was a day late but then on top of being late they gave us the wrong item supposed to be just plain chocolate strawberries but they COVERED them in sprinkles and my mom said their “pretty but she won’t eat them” Called earlier when the store was open around 11 am when one of my two orders arrived thinking maybe they just put them in separate deliveries since they were two separate orders I told my mom to wait till 9 pm like they said... still never came was supposed to be her present I tried the online customer service and they told me to call the store did three times first two was hung up after they put me on hold for 18 minutes then another 15, then the store at this point was closed customer service told me it could still be out for delivery after I got through earlier the third attempt they told me it was odd I didn’t get it with the other one and the second box would go out later (never did) customer service told me to call the store but at this point this already closed and their mailbox is full so I can’t even leave a message. Guess I will have to tell my mom have her Valentine’s Day present was I guess just not delivered and try to call tomorrow to the general phone number and get a refund.

My birthday was on Oct 29th and my best friend sent me an edible arrangement to my work to surprise me. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who delivered the arrangement but my friend requested that he sing me happy birthday when he delivered the flowers, not only did he sing me happy birthday (with so much enthusiasm) but he also asked the rest of the office to join in! It made my whole day. Just because my friend requested he sing happy birthday, did not mean he had to. He went above & beyond!!

I had wedding shower and I looked at flowers but I wanted something different. So I looked online for different gift ideas and came across edible's website. I called the store and asked questions about price, number of guests these arrangements would feed and etc. Staff was great answered all my questions. They requested I come in and see what we could do and offer. I went to the store and the manager met up with me, all in all I got 2 beautiful center pieces and little gift's for my guests. Everyone was impressed and loved the fresh fruit, dipped chocolate. We loved it and will continue to order. The best part was they delivered when we needed it. Thank you so Much Marcus and Ciera H.

Not Happy with this service at all, we asked for an a.m delivery and at 5pm we had heard nothing from my mother on her special day. I called the store to ask if it had been delivered, they stated that if I had asked for a morning delivery then it must be there. I called my mother, no delivery and spoiled the surprise. I called the store back, the attendant told me she would call me back. 5 minutes later she did call back, said that it was the next one on the truck. Why did she not do that in the first place. Would have kept the surprise alive. Customer service needs a lot of help. Next time I’ll pick another store, but I hear this owner has 3, so probably will get no where with this decision.

Wish i could give a zero star for this unprofessional store.I had an order with them to be delivered 1 day back for a bereavement.They send a wrong order .I called the company to tell about this mess up.A guy took the call and when i started to tell him the situation he gladly introduced him as manager (forgot his name) and i am speaking to the right person.I was glad that i am going to get help but apparently i realized am talking to a person who doesnt have any clue of the product or anything related to this. It took solid 15 minutes for him to even find the order i gave. Then he put me on hold. Then he was mumbling and i realized he is asking someone else as he wasnt sure what to do. I was patient with all these.Then he told he will call me and update about this. I waited 48 hours for the call but nothing so far. I never write a bad review for any business but they forced me to since i paid $150 for my order. And they couldnt even attend to my complaint.These companies want to loot people and make money in this pandemic time. Such unprofessional setting. If a manager couldnt solve it then i am sure its worthless trying to even approach them for solution anymore. I am sure now when they read this review they will remember the complaint. Well they maybe least bothered as long as money falls into their boxes. No more business with such unprofessional bunch of people managing these companies.

On Feb 18th I placed my order through online to ask for a delivery to celebrate my daughter’s birthday on February 20th. Even though it was delivered on Feb 20th, I felt very disappointed because of two following reasons. Firstly, it was delivered around 8pm when her birthdate was almost over and nobody expects this order would be delivered at late night. Secondly, the item delivered was damaged. Six balloons were supposed to be delivered but only five were intact and one ballon was torn. It is the saddest gift ever I have given her. I wish I could have read some of reviews here and I shouldn’t have ordered from this store.

Just received a delivery from Edible Arrangements on Bank St in Ottawa consisting of a fruit bouquet and a bouquet of real flowers. The edible bouquet was lovely. The flowers, however, are another story. The bouquet had bare stems with no flowers on them or broken flowers. Some were starting to wilt. Not acceptable. When I phoned the store to bring this to their attention, customer service was lacking. They stated that they source the flowers from elsewhere and just box and sell them. Not acceptable. It is they who sell the bouquets to the customer and should ensure that the bouquets are in proper shape before they go out the door. Would not recommend ordering flowers from them.

Ordered 2 boxes of fruit to only receive one, was not given the opportunity to fix the mistake at time of delivery because delivery driver dropped and ran! Called immediately after mistake and was told that they would call driver and have them come back with rest of the order. Almost 2 hours and still nothing, called again to be told they would "TRY" and get my order to me by closing and that they are really busy. I explained it was their mistake and I am expecting my order. I was told it would be delivered after closing again calling for 3rd time. It is now almost an hour after close and still no delivery. Very poor communication and delivery service, do better. Mistakes are made but they should be fixed.

If i could could give you no stars.. Worst experience ever and this was my 1st order. Received an email stating my order has been delivered. While i was sitting at home. I saw no one delivery truck or anything I still checked my door and there was nothing. I instantly called the shop and got no answer. Following day I called again to advised I didn't get the order . I wish I got names cause no one there seems to no anything no one returns calls. Was told the driver dropped the order and they will speak to their boss and call me back cause I'm like there was no order he had to have dropped at wrong address. Since I'm hearing nothing back I called again same thing they will call back once they speak to their boss. Hours later still nothing. On the 3rd call I got someone else who stated she was the manager and wasn't aware of what was going on. I explained to her the situation she apologized and even stated the driver had 2 complaints and she will refund my charge still I no longer wanted the item(it was a gift for someone flying out). Only to get a call today from them (not the manager)stating they will not refund me will only send out a new box or issue a store credit and she has no idea who I spoke to yesterday that advised I would get a refund cause that's against store policy. What kind of nonsense is that? Your driver messed up I didn't receive my order and I can't get a refund. The girl on phone just keeps saying she isn't authorized and she only works there and will give my number to her boss to call and they will call when they can. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

100% agree with Matt Ryan's review! I too placed 3 orders on valentines day - 1 for each of my kids plus my husband - all three at the same address days in advance of Feb 14! Once it was 9pm on Valentine's Day and nothing was coming I called hundreds of times and no one answered - even worse, they charged my credit card and I never received my order! I too called another store in Etobicoke and they too said they were getting complaints about this store. Lucky I found a store with great service. As of today, March 13 I still have not received a refund. I placed a complaint on Feb 14 to head office and have been complaining to them ever since. Finally head office called the store and asked the manager to call me back - after 2 days I did not receive any phone call. I called head office again and they again tried the contact the store and I am still waiting for them to call me back. Anyone reading this, DO NOT deal with this location!!! Worst customer service ever! Ruined my valentine's day (one was for my son who was only home for that one day from University and had to go back the next day - ruined my surprise for him. He is a football player who eats a lot and was looking forward to the fruit (can't get fresh fruit that easily when you are a student away from home).

I ordered two items as a going away gift for coworkers of mine. When I went to pick up the items, I had to wait a good 10 minutes before anyone came out to serve me. The girl left two bags on the counter before returning. Upon inspection of the bags, I saw only one of them had my name on it. After I got back to the office, I noticed only one item was in the bag. Upon calling them, they told me the only solution would be for me to go all the way back. I asked them if it was possible to deliver (it was only a few minutes away and I was stuck at the office) and they refused. I later spoke to the store owner and she told me it was my responsibility to check the bags and when I told her the other bag had a different name on it, she claimed that my receipt on the bag said "1 of 2" and the other "2 of 2", so I should have realized; but the ticket receipt said no such thing. After being very unpleasant, she reluctantly reimbursed the second item and hung up on me. I would never return and I discourage anyone from buying from that place. The most atrocious customer service ever, I cannot believe they are still in business. I hope they get their just desserts.

Had a great and tasty experience at this location. Coming from Montreal, where I had not heard of Edible Arrangements, I was intrigued on what they had to offer. I recently purchased a box of fresh strawberries for my friend leaving town and she loved them. It was a great gift that did not lead to her having to lug more things out of town. I was at the mayo clinic in Rochester Minnesota. Until this time I'm told the person im sending a delivery to needs to be notified never had that before I told them the person will be home and I will take full ownership if they are not. They can leave it on the porch, this so called manager starts laughing at me on the phone and when asked what's so funny and I want her manager she refuses and just says she cancelled my order. The arrangement was very nice and looked really fresh, but, the flimsy red paper box, that is used for pickup, totally broke down from being in the cooler waiting for me to get there...so even after I carefully placed it in my vehicle, it fell over and broke a skewer of fruit when I made the turn out of the parking lot. Oh well, the receiver still liked the arrangement but for the price, I should be able to drive without worrying. Use a florist box's thickness at least, not cardstock.

Terrible custome service and it seems like I was not the only one with this kind of experience. The girl who answered the phone on Wednesday morning August 11 seemed annoyed I called. Your staff should be trained in customer service to be able to answer questions and guide a customer regarding their queries about the ordering process, especially a new customer. Today I had an amazing experience with edible arrangements! My kids and I went to the store to get a special treat for my daughter on her birthday and we were not aware they did not have fresh items on display. So disappointed!!! My twin and I were gifted an arrangement for our birthday from a friend from EDIBLE arrangements. We did NOT receive it! We called, my mom called, and the owners have refused to refund the money or prove they even delivered it! They say it's not their problem! We were not even home! I am so confused and so sad that a business would be so dishonorable. They said "too bad... It's not their problem and claim that after they left it at the door... It's not their problem" who leaves food at a door without verifying someone is there to receive it! That is so unsanitary! What if they delivered to the wrong address?!?!? I hope whoever did receive our 20th birthday gift by the sweetest friend of ours enjoyed it ... But we will NEVER be using this company again.... $65 gone.
