We usually go to Maxi for our basics but sometimes we need to go to IGA to find different items. This store is always clean and friendly service. They have counters for lunch meals to go which is convenient if you don't want fast-food at lunch. They have a good microbrewery section and great beer deals all the time.

We moved from Vaudreuil-Dorion to Dorval in 2013... We are so disappointed. There are no other groceries with fresh meat or fish in the area. We have no choice to go there or drive 15 min to Lachine . People are unfriendly... Staff hangs out smoking outside. Return fish few times. Fruits and vegetables section is often empty. In 2016, it improved a little bit but it is far from being perfect.

They are like any other IGA, but the Gold Standard is still the one on Victoria and Sherbrooke in Westmount. This place simply doesn't have the selection (perhaps the clientele do not know better) that the top rated IGA has. And the service, well, good luck finding someone in the aisle that knows what there selling. At least there is plenty of parking so plus one star more in my review for that.

This store is generally trash the kids that run the place are a joke. The slowest cashiers and they don't stop talking amongst each other. Yes it's a min wager job but common be professional. The only reason why it gets 5 stars is because of the flawless online ordering experience I had. The lady who picked my order was clearly more mature and did my groceries perfectly. I purchased the ready salad twice and both times , the salad went bad lot before the expired day ( 4 days before ) . I even went to the store to show what was happening , but the manager not only treat me bad/rude but also blame me that probably " I have left the product out of the fridge " . They need to do a little clean up and somebody to instruct the manager about customer service . I was not looking for a $5.00 refund but a place where I can do my shopping , knowing that what I paid is for fresh products . As somebody said " made my money worth " Even a customer that was listening to all , have commented that the place is not the same that used to be . Probably , they don't care but now they have another customer less .

Double check the expiry dates on their food! Not fresh. It's March 2017, and there are canned items that expired in 2016 on the shelves right now. The produce and meats are also not as fresh as one would hope and rot quickly. I now go to another grocery store, even though it's out of my way, and am happy to have switched. Can't trust the owners if this is the kind of store they run. Very disappointed.
