Today I bought few items from this store which include 4 bottles of thumps up and 2 bottle of limca and few vegetable. I usually dont check the receipts but fortunately I checked it today and found that for these 6 pop bottles I paid $41.94 plus bottle charges and env fees, Which when i pointed out they said they can refund the extra amount so they refunded me $41 inclusive all fees and taxes. And charged $1.49 plus taxes for each bottle but this was ok if they are good but they were all expired with no fizz which is total waste for me. I have to buy grapes as needed for something and have no time to go different stores but if you check the price of grapes its insane. My suggestion is just check your receipt always from this store as similar thing happened to my family friend too when i discussed.

Awful.. the produce is not fresh, and the place is dirty. I saw an ad so I stopped in and I will never go back.. Go across the street, the produce is fresh there, the prices are better and best of all, no fruit flies or rotten food.

They are way expensive than other locations... the henna cones they are selling $3.49. The whole box (12 cones) for $42+ tax.... seriously??? I got the same henna from 12788 76a ave for $18 + tax (Whole box 12 cones). I came on this location after 3 years. Because they had worst vegetables n fruits So we stopped to come here. We were passing from here, saw today they changed the store but the things are still same. Worst vegetables n fruits. Worst experience as usual. Will never come here next time. If anyone read this review please compare the price with other locations too.... Please it’s request you can save your time n money and will get fresh things...

South Asian grocery store. Variety of fresh vegetables are available here that may not be available in any other grocery stores in the city. Most of the vegetables are south Asian. Seasonal fruits are always very good quality and reasonable price. Species, snacks, variety of beans, rice, flour and dry foods are available in this store. Many types and sizes of Indian style cookware available here with reasonable price. Store is good size. Always feel good going there. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They always keep store organized, neat and clean. Recommend others to try this store.

Inexpensive produce. Lots of specialty East Asian items. Quick cashiers and short lines. The only downside is the parking lot is terrible. Small and difficult to maneuver. Even worse when Fruiticana is receiving shipments, and the trucks dock in the same parking lot. Just as easy to park on the street and walk a little farther.

Preferred store to stock up on South Asian groceries. Their produce is fresh and there is always someone there to help out in case of questions. Ambient music/radio can get very loud and annoying at times. There is street parking available here but if it's full, there is ample parking at the back.

Went today and there onion was completely rotten and had white stuff on it. So I told the staff member and he said that's ok and he did nothing. So I also added the pictures of the onions here.

Gamechanger for New Westminster!! Typical fruticana so it has everything!! They just opened Sep 2nd 2021. Back entrance: check, including checkstand at the back entrance. Ample parking: check, includes 8-9 car parking at the back. See photos. Stock: really good. Cleanliness: check. It's new so everything looks great. Prices: affordable. Forget buying peppers from Safeway and Walmart. Prices here are much much better. Staff is polite. Big thank you to the staff and owners for taking the initiative and brining one of these to New Westminster.

I went to fruiticana 34 ave for shopping and ended up with an accident there, one of their staff had putted a heavy box on the way of aisle it was aisle obstruction , and i was passing by the aisle and due to that box i fell badly and hurt my knee and wrist, my knee started bleeding that time, and it was painful , i told about this incident to staff but they did not respond adequately , very unprofessional staff and not trained with health and safety, due to this accident i could not go for work next day and today due to pain, i will to lawyer to sue them for this negligence, i could hit my head and it could be deadly incident.

Very exciting that there is a fruitcana in new west. Its much smaller than most locations, but carries a decent stock. However, because of the small size, the aisle are very narrow. Staff do not care about this, and will actively stock shelves you are getting things from while you are shopping. Quite annoying, even if social distancing wasn't a thing.

Terrible, I purchased fresh produce to replace my old product and it was disgusting (even worse then what I had currently from last week), when I called to complain and I was hung up on by the owner. He hung up on me when I inquired on who supplies the produce for their business (which is mad concerning). He clearly did not want to get into details on his suppliers. I live in Clayton and always try to shop locally. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! customer service is a zero, although he did offer to replace prior to hanging up on me, they clearly have a sign stating no refunds which I respected. Im mad at the local business and also my husband as he knows not to purchase their terrible products (never mind pricing) and I will post this on Clayton community page; thanks for get product and exceptional customer service.. NOT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Vegetables are ok but dont buy anything packed like gachak, rewadi, roasted chana etc. They are stale always, I gave them many chances and bought different things thinking may be the last thing was bad only, but no.. everytime I am disappointed. For atta, spices and vegetables, this place is good.

This place is located on 34 Avenue and between 92 street and 99 street. There are many other shops in this location and parking is free. Its easily accessible from the main road . It's a big store with a variety of products from east India etc. They have freshly made sweets and other snaks. The grocery is fresh. The staff are helpful. It's an interesting place to shop.

Visited this store for the first time today and neither will I visit again nor will recommend anyone to visit because of below reasons: 1. No social distancing is being followed here. Not a safe environment to buy groceries. 2. Cashier do not serve customers on a first come first serve basis depending on the queue. A person with few items can visit the cashier and they do the billing for them even if the people are standing in the queue. Very unprofessional behaviour. 3. Cashier do not know how to operate the card payment machine. After payment, the cashier followed me to car and while I was pulling out of the parking lot, told me that the card was declined. When I asked for the decline receipt, she said look at the machine and figure out yourself. The issue was she did not press the button which gives you the receipt and assumed that the card was declined. What training are they given after hiring?

No one will ever have any doubt about the items sold here. Fruits and Vegetables sold here are bit cheaper than the other Super markets. Ofcourse fresh and good in quality. Most of the staff who are working here is friendly and helpfull. If you are not familiarized with any item look for the assistant, they will help you to find what you are looking for.

Fruiticana has all the stuff you can't get in the regular grocery store. Great place for all those specific ingredients you need when cooking traditional Indian food. This location also has a lot of cookware, great snack selection, lots of produce, and baked goods, both frozen and on the shelf. It would be super helpful if the spices were a bit more organized, but it's actually a lot of fun to hunt for what you need anyway, just because you'll most likely discover spices that you might not think you need now, but you will down the road. As far as I could tell, this location doesn't have bhatura, but they do have naan, roti, papadam, and tons of other breads.
