This Fruit Store is included in the category of Pharmacy.
Staff are always helpful and friendly and the pharmaceutical team will spend time with you to answer any questions or concerns. I drive past other pharmacies to shop here.
Like the service. Very kind and friendly.
I get my prescriptions filled here. Auto fill prescriptions by phone is a great service. Staff is friendly and professional.
Shoppers drug mart one of my favourite place to buy beauty and health products. This location has lots of underground parking, unlimited time and main floor parking for 45 minutes. Accessible parking lots are also available, close to this store. Has a variety of products. Store size is big. There are other facilities and stores in this plaza. Price is reasonable. Staffs are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Always had good customer service. Highly recommend others to try this store.
Great place clean and well organized stuff
Very Clean Store!
I still had 10 minutes but you have to close… no big deal. Useless people
Hit or miss sometimes service is quick, others not enough cashiers.
Unprofessional and rude staff.
Smaller location but good selection and I can always find what I need. Well-organized and well-stocked, they've been very reliable when I needed first aid items or medicines in a hurry. Always have great sale items too, on a variety of products and even holiday and seasonal items. I've been shopping here for years and they always have great customer service.
Rachel from cosmetics is such a great employee and super helpful! Keep up the awesome work Rachel
Staff were friendly and current stock was pretty full.
Takes an hour to mail a parcel. Disgraceful.
Great store: good products at a decent price. Awesome pharmacy and staff.
Beauty boutique is amazing
I was in garrison rd shoppers drug mart today late afternoon, the woman who was serving us was coughing all the time, had a mask on but still picking up our items to put in a bag, why do you have someone working there who’s coughing all the time, you have seniors shopping there and people who have babies small children, please only have workers that are healthy,
tried to call the pharmacy, it was 1:00 pm and nobody ever answered the phone over 15 minutes
Pharmacy technician was so mean. No respect. She made mistake first to fill prescription then Arguing
Quiet
Tonight I got off work from the nursing home I've worked at for 20 years. It was extremely hot today and I work in dietary so it was extra hot. I've had anxiety as long as I can remember, shopping is very hard for me. So I sometimes look at something and look at something else while I think about it, and come back. Every single time I'm in the makeup section I hear the same announcement, and suddenly some young girl is asking me if I want help. That is the last thing I want. So it's blasted across the store like I'm trying to steal and you have someone come check on me. If I want help I will ask someone for it. Do you guys ever think about the fact not everyone wants attention called to them, that you are making it uncomfortable for some people to shop? That I'm not stealing, I'm making a decision. Now because of my anxiety, I will spend the rest of the night upset because I was reading razor packs to see what ones to get, not stealing
Excellence
One of the best place for quality cosmetics all good brands and new variety specially perfumes logistics foundations and much more beside this special place to get milk butter eggs on promotional rates large parking along with handicap parking handicap access pharmacy and much more and now its single points card for shopper drug and super store so enjoy shopping and get more points every day Excellent customer service and postal service too
The way I was spoken to on the phone the other day, and how the pharmacist assistant spoke to my wife in person yesterday made it clear, other pharmacies would rather handle my households 4000$ a month prescriptions (before benefits). Enjoy
The staff is usually friendly but once a girl closed on me coz she had to go for lunch, found it rude!!
I was there a couple weeks ago just checking on perfumes. Yazmin came to help me and my friend, she belongs to a different department but she was taking over for someone elses break. Yazmin was so good that I ended up buying a perfume I wasn't planning on and I don't regret it. Kudos to Yazmin for her great customer service!!!
Nice atmosphere. Cashier Pablo was extremely customer friendly and helpful.
Poor service. Poor store. Well over priced. Abominable post office staff. Dreadful, and appalling operation.
Friendly pharmacy and pharmacists. Small store but has most of what is needed day to day!
good store,, tried to get the vaccine there and accidentally booked it at the superstore somehow
Went there for a covid shot NOBODY NOT ONE PHARMASIST !!! ASKED ME IF I NEEDED HELP. I STOOD AT THE COUNTER FOR HOW LONG NOT ONE WANTED TO HELP ME ... IM SURE ITS BECUSE IM NATIVE I WALKED OUT ... IF YOUR A NATIVE PERSON DONT GO HERE THEY JUST OVERLOOK YOU UNTIL U GO AWAY
Nice clean store. Nice varitey of items.
Kathy at the make up counter is amazing!!!! professional mature and very courteous
Normally I am quite pleased with the service I get in this store but yesterday I was thoroughly disappointed ☹️. I had to pick up a prescription from my cardiologist who had sent it to them on Wednesday. It was ready for pickup yesterday afternoon which was great. I paid for it and stated to the cashiers that I have never used this before, could the pharmacist take a moment to inform me of what I needed to know. She said absolutely and asked the pharmacist to speak with me. After watching him continue to fill 3 more prescriptions and was reminded that I was waiting he continued on. I finally left after waiting for 10 minutes. Done ranting.
Great service ! Linda was very helpful !
They don't keep my prescription on hand, so requested I call in 24 hrs in advance. I did that, but when I went to pick it up the next day, they said they didn't have it, hadn't ordered it, and it wouldn't be available until the following day. I needed it now. When I asked what my options were for getting it today, I was told they couldn't help me, there was nothing they could do, and that I just needed to wait until the next day. The lack of care and compassion was blatant. The woman was more interested in telling me it wasn't her fault that the medicine wasn't available than she was in helping me to get it. I called Walmart Pharmacy a few blocks away and they had it on the shelf. Walmart had my perscription transfered and I picked it up 20 min later. But there was nothing Shoppers Drug Mart could do!
Such a bad experience i ever had. No customer service skills. Its a complaint about the passport photo which was not taken properly- too much shadow on the face as well as it was not cut properly first time, the lines of cutting are visible and i came back all the way from my home to set it. And then the lady cut the picture diagonal it was not the size i needed. I was so disappointed because i went back to get my refund and the lady said their is nobody who can help me with it. I went back from my break and my problem was not solved. You guys needed to get a professional and good employees who can satisfy the customers need. I went there three times and still they could not helped me. Awful services.
Very nice clean location , Just sad that they price guide during a pandemicTheir stuffIs almost double ALL OTHER stores
Friendly helpful staff in a clean organized shop. Ample parking in a newer retail environment. Close to the highway. Bammm
one little cheacky pharmacist who believe her opinion is the only one.
Convenient with a wide variety of things and open later than other pharmacies in town! Getting prescriptions here is always super easy and fast. The pharmacy staff are very knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate the connivence of their up to date systems. The store is well stocked although I’d like to see more of the beauty area like in other shoppers drug marts across the province (with more options and variety) - other than that would recommend this location!
Honestly the treatment I experienced today at this store was disgusting. Shoppers themselves nice- the pharmacy well after today im changing pharmacies it just absolutely AWFUL. Reccomened the Save on Foods pharmacy if you wanna be treated like a decent human being.
Nice clean and organized store. Cashier was amazing. Found exactly what I wanted here. Russel Stover chocolate when no one else carried it. ????????????????
The staff argue in front of customers. They are consistantly making prescription errors...
Love the PC optimum.
Small, quaint, well stocked store. Wonderful employees who are willing to help and are very kind. Kevin is a great pharmacist, at the ready to assist and answer all of your questions. Highly recommended establishment.
I am from Kamloops and I was working out of town, I required emergency prescription medication. These folks are amazing. Big thank you to Nav !!!!
Will not use again because pharmacy owner doesnot know how to talk with customer if they have any concern, there was no refill on prescription but they did gave us only for one cycle on calling him making useless arguments .At the end he rudely said he will waive off dispensing fee .That shows how professional he is or staff will be to deal with customers.
At first I thought the pharmacist was having a bad day. But then a different day, a different pharmacist was rude and abrupt. Finally today, a third pharmacist was so ignorant to my family we decided to switch pharmacies altogether. Stay away from this pharmacy, and go to one where they respect their patients!
This store had quite a variety of items you might need, all in one stop.
Good sales
Good selection of products, wide variety. Checkout service can be very slow.
I have never seen a more horribly managed shoppers drug Mart in my life! Unprofessional and rude staff at this location.
Great staff! I go to shoppers for all the little things I need for around the house and for prescriptions. The owner is a great guy who clearly has a passion for his work and for serving his customers. Places like this really help make Fort McMurray feel like a small town community and it is a treat to have access to people and facilities like this.
This shoppers is the worst i have been to. The pharmacist (bigger guy with glasses) is always so rude! They have messed up my birth control twice now.. not sure if these people know what they are talking about. one time they gave me a generic brand and told me it was the exact same but decided to give me this one cause i didn't have coverage at the time. It was not at all the same and completely messed up my cycle. I didn't mind paying the extra for what i wanted they didn't give me that option.. that was last year. Then on Friday i went in for 3 refills and the lady told me my Dr. only gave me a script for 3 packs which was odd cause he always gives me a year supplies worth. So i didn't get the script i needed to start on Sunday. I went to my Dr. first thing Monday morning he showed me the script he gave me (the one shoppers already had) and it said 3 refills... so he gave me a new script and even circled the 3 refills part and laughed like wow... When i told the girl that my pills now got messed up because i was supposed to have 2 more refills and i didn't get them on time she was like well you have this script now right... that wasn't the point i wouldn't have had to get that script and i wouldn't be behind in pills if they did their job correctly. Not to mention when i was standing in line this gentlemen pulls some vitamins off the shelf and asked "are these chewable?" the pharmicist says "well they are gummies so ya!" in a rude tone like the customer was a dummie. Some people cant read completely especially older people or if they are picking it up for someone else they want to make sure its the right thing. No question is a stupid question especially when it is about medication.
Poor customer service at the pharmacy. The lack of effort to help me with my request was zero, just a "No, we can't do that." Wasn't even busy, didn't ask one question, pharmacist never got off the chair, not another person in the store to be seen. Will not ever step into that pharmacy again.
Worst customer service received from the post office clerk name Rosella…me and my wife went there to send a parcel to ontario upon reaching there I gave the box to her and asked her to send the parcel and I was not aware that we have to pre fill the label..rather than giving us proper instructions on what to do she started telling me that this is not a courier company and when I went to fill the label she started shaking her head and rolled her eyes on me and wife and made us feel that we are some dumb person..also we thanked her for the tape which she gave us but still she did not responded i generally dont review much on google but this time i felt that I had to post about this incident.
Chris the manager at the pharmacy is an amazing guy very professional and friendly.
Good sales. Sometimes problems with the delivery of paramed supplies I think the student truck driver is a relative of someone like at Waterloo Ontario pharmacies hence doesn't push himself ever and I think he pretends that he calls me when he doesn't call me and he is at the cafe of st tim having a coffee. For me
The Shoppers Drug Mart in Fort Erie have thefriendliest staff. They always have a smile and are very accomadating.
Good to deal with.
I realise things are difficult right now, but their post clerks are rude, poorly trained and grossly unhelpful.
Always great staff knowledge about most everthing you have questions about. They will find a solution to your problems. One of the best pharmacies i have been to. Keep up the grest work.
I bought two pairs of similar socks from shoppers at stone creek last week. I opened one and it was not my size and was hurting bottom of my feet. I went to exchange the second pair today at the store and the girl at the Customer service without listening right away denied ver rudely that she can not exchange. I requested to talk to her manager. Before I could talk to the store manager, she started talking about this to her other colleagues and they all started gosping and making faces and embarrassing me and passing sarcastic smiles. I am made to believe that the sore sold me second hand socks as I never even touched the second pair and they were telling me that I had opened it. I am made to believe that I was sold the pair with a packet which may have been opened .i was a regular customer at the store and beauty section as the girls at the beauty section provides good service. I will not even think of going to the store and tell other family and friends to be really careful of what they buy from there. Poor customer service
So disappointed today with shoppers, I've never had a bad experience at this location before. I came in the store just before closing and was told very rudely that they were closing. I asked if I could quickly grab what I was looking for. The item I was looking for was moved, I asked for some help I did get some help but the clerks were a little impatient, I though of one more item I needed and veered to find it until the supervisor made a rude announcement the pay for my items because they were closing. Never ever have I been treated like that anywhere. Your Supervisor needs a little patience when ushering customers out the door. I usually buy all my cosmetics there but from now on I will be shopping elsewhere.
Shopper's is a delightful combination of the everyday and the deluxe. You might be trudging inside for Kleenex and Tums but the Cosmetic Counter lady greets you like a celebrity! Designer fragrances bring back the frisson of department stores from days gone by. The staff is caring and friendly which means a great deal during Christmas in the Age of Covid. The Post Office serves the customers with true grace.
I am a senior and visited your Fort Eire store today. I had 5 items to pick up and tried to get a basket to put them in. I could not separate the baskets as they were jammed together. I then went to get a cart. No problem getting a cart but there was nothing available to use as a disinfectant or wipes to wipe these carts down. I realize these are trying times but you are open to provide necessary services and I would expect as a pharmacy you would better protect your customers. Maybe you should visit Sobies to see how it is done.
I wanted to thank one of the employees, Ethan. I believe he is one of the managers . I purchased something from the electronic section and it was incorrect. He took time to hear me and do the best he could in the situation. I also want to mention that the woman that assisted me with the purchase was lovely and both cashiers that assisted were absolute dolls! I genuinely appreciate how lovely you all were.
The head pharmacist here is psychotic. Terrible service from all of the pharmacy staff. They will get your prescription wrong repeatedly. Double check that they are giving you the correct medication because they like to regularly give away people’s prescriptions. They rarely answer the phone. Post office always has a line even when it should be a slow time. Makeup staff follow you around even when you tell them you’re just browsing. Overall a horrible experience. Go to the pharmacy across the parking lot in the grocery store instead.
I've been a few times with no issues just never dealt with the pharmacy before. Called a few days ago and asked about getting travel vaccinations and was told I needed to book a consultation for 60$. So I booked an appointment late after work. Only to find out that I wasted my time and money because one of the pharmacists claimed the weren't doing consultations since Covid. Thats 2 years ago, so I dont know who is right. I'm disappointed in the lack of communication that wasted my time and has resulted in me waiting longer than I'd like for travel vaccinations.
Pretty standard Shoppers Drug Mart. Large beauty section, a Post Office, some basic grocery items. Nice layout and friendly staff. Has the new self check outs for quick, couple of item stops.
I like it. Sometimes getting meds is slow, but usually when that happens, it is because there is a new pharmacist. The prices are often higher than Wal-Mart, but they often have good sales and they have points. The staff are friendly and try to remember everyone's name.
One of them got rude at me over the phone because they sent out the delivery person to my house (without my knowledge) and I wasn't around to answer the door, this would happen a lot even after I told them not to send the delivery person to my house. Too bad there's only one shoppers in Fort Erie.
Great service and professionalism staff!
I am very disappointed with shoppers drug Mart this is the third time they have not filled my prescription I’ve been running out of meds you should get your you know what together or I’ll take my business somewhere else and I’ve been with shoppers for five years now very disappointing.
I really do not know why I go to Shoppers Drug Mart in Fort Erie, some of the staff there are so rude. I went there today with my daughter to get a prescription . I went with my daughter because she was diagnosed with a mild intellectual disability so she is not very good around people. We were lined up just outside the door and when it got to our turn to go in the lady manning the door was not very nice about the fact two of us were going in. This is not the first time I have been spoken to in a harsh tone, I think I am going to start going somewhere else for my drugs in future.
Was in and out quickly, staff were very friendly and helpful
Owner of the Pharmacy Scott discriminates against people with special needs, refuses to listen or research law and is rude. I have been going to this Pharmacy since I moved to Fort McMurray 2 years ago and have had no issues with anyone else. As he is the owner I will never walk into that store again and I would and will suggest the same to anyone who asks. There are plenty of other Pharmacies to visit, this place has lost my respect aswell as my buisness
Be nicer if it was bigger way to small, one of the smallest shoppers in Canada!!! Yes wheelchair accessible to go in but hard to go anywhere in there so I don't go. Isles to small inconsiderate!!! Nice to hear they have no name products.
Exceptional customer service products are well-organized and store staff is always ready to help!
went to see my doctor on a Monday, he unfortunately was on holiday. My high blood pressure pills needed refill. So as usual shoppers drug mart was my go to place. have been a client of theirs for years. In the past when requiring a short refill to get me by until I can see my own doctor, there has been no problem. On this day the young women behind the refill desk wanted nothing to do with assisting me, then projecting her attitude toward the pharmacist, who then promptly rejected my refill, which had run out that day. If they don't want to be in the business of assisting the public they should look for work else where, I have since moved my business and will be recommending others to do the same.
Excellent store.Fantastic.
The " cashier" couldn't be bothered to her job and just said to use the self check out.
Just had the WORST customer service experience at the Stonecreek location , not once but TWICE in one day. This morning I had a makeup emergency so I went in around 11am, makeup staff completely ignored me and were hovering by the perfume talking to each other like it was a girls night . So I got what I had to and left. Thought to myself that they weren’t doing their job , didn’t greet me or offer assistance. Went back this evening to return a item that was bought a hour or so ago from the downtown location , the supervisor went to ask her manager if I could return the item because she advised me prior, that it was a “seasonal item” and that “seasonal items are non refundable”. (There are no signs anywhere that state this) and I was denied my return and told to go downtown to return it . All the while the security person , a lady kept circling me and only me while I waited on word back from the manager for the return. I felt racially profiled and felt like they assumed I was a thief. I will NEVER shop at this location again. I did have to drive all the way downtown to the Shoppers Drug Mart at River City Centre. They did return my money with no issues and even with a smile. Downtown shoppers will be my primary shop from now on. By the looks of the google reviews perhaps there needs to be drastic changes and more training at the stone creek location. Many reviews echo my statement ; discrimination and rude staff/lack of customer service.
AVOID THIS PHARMACY!!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 I WOULD!!! The pharmacist (C.P) I spoke to on the phone was combative, argumentative, I have NEVER seen a more pathetic excuse for a customer service. The manger(C) I talked to the next day was also argumentative and raised his voice from the start. Don’t make the same mistake as we did. Instead go to a pharmacy that treats you with respect. AVOID THIS PHARMACY!!!
Racist staff everyone is rude walked in with my black friend the other day got treated like second class citizens. And got stares like they never see people there that’s not white. What a embarrassing store.
I was at the Fort Erie store today. I was in the cosmetics dept. and was helped by Sheila the cosmetician. She was pleasant and very helpful making for a good shopping experience.
When they did not have enough stock, they did not tell me there was an owing balance. I drove out to work and they would not honour the owing balance. They short changed my drug but charged the full price.
You get great service
Hello, neighbors PLEASE share your views. Should I learn English or this pharmacist? Date: 05/Jan/2022. Time 11.00 AM During my Covid Test, I noticed the pharmacist (I know his name, but I don't want to) refused to test even though he has an appointment. The reason is he did not bring his passport, but he has his driving license. I reached the pharmacist and explained this is not fair treatment. I explained for the covid test passport is not mandatory for travel. He said it's mandatory. I asked for the proof. He printed from the website. It says as " If completing a screening for travel purpose, please remember to bring your passport OR alternative government-issued ID to the appointment." The Pharmacist brought this statement and argued with me that a passport is MANDATORY. Friends, If I am wrong let me take some English courses. If the pharmacist is wrong, my concern is even though this simple statement he can not understand, how did he pass and get his license? WE NEED PROFESSIONALS IN HEALTH CARE FOR OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. Refuse to test and sending back book the appointment again( not sure we can get the appointment in the same day). USA guideline is the test is should be with in a day. Too many challenges we are facing air travel in this pandemic. Added to this these guys are treating us like this.
Fine Mart. Knowledgeable staff.
Very Friendly Staff, my husband & I both find the staff at this Shoppers location extremely polite, helpful, courteous & considerate. Every time we are in the store we have a very enjoyable experience.
I love the staff at the fort erie location they are always super friendly, I would love to give a higher rating over all but unffortunatly their prices are outrageous, it's pretty bad when a convenient store is cheaper the them most the time
I have been shopping on this location almost every week since I moved to Timberlea. But it is the first time I experienced a staff coming up to me asking me to leave my backpack at the front. My backpack is bulky due to some items I bought from other place. I don't mind leaving my bag but they don't have a place to keep my bag safely. So I have to lay it on the floor just close to the door. I know in some places, bags are not allowed to bring in but this is the first time I was asked to do it in this location while seeing other customers walking around with their bags. I was offended to be honest feeling like "am i a possible shoplifter?" I have been a loyal customer and to be randomly told to do it is just upsetting . And that ruined my shopping experience. However, a lady came up to me to comfort me and told me not to be offended. She is very nice unlike that chubby Caucasian guy in black shirt(I hope you're reading this.) I want to confront him but the last time I saw him , he is already at the back(storage area), where I think he belongs. I am still coming back anyway but please if this is your policy, make it applicable to everyone , all the time.
Sign outside says open til 6. When i called to refill script i needed tonight i said id like to be there around 5:30 and they said see you then. Closed at 5 and i dont have an important medication i need for HS.
Is is nice to see during a worldwide epidemic that none of your staff is wearing a mask
Staff is friendly and helpful. pharmacist not so much
Didn't shop there took a friend
